Izuku's POV

"In fights where a lot of one on one combat is expected, most people tend to go after opponents they've already got a lot of intel on since its safest. That's why I tracked you down because there's a good possibility U.A students will be ganged up on. See I didn't want to miss the chance to interact with such a prestigious school and I've taken quite an interest in you," She smiled.

"Huh? You sure like to talk," I glared at her waiting for her next move.

Ketsubutsu Academy will show up to fight any second now, this is no time for a leisurely chat. But I'm sure she understands that, does she have team mates coming to help her? Or is she just that over confident.

She threw a rock at me and I moved to the side. I saw her ball and jumped out the way.

Doesn't matter! I've gotta make sure I don't get taken out!

"Huh?" I gasped when I saw she was gone.

Where'd she go!? She couldn't have-

"All I have to do is tap you with the ball and that makes two!" I heard her yell behind me.

I jumped out the way just in time.

No way! Gotta counter attack!

I went to throw the ball but she was gone. I looked around and didn't see her at all.

Or not...she's gone

"Uh what? You think my quirk lets me disappear?" She said behind me.

I gasped and looked back. "No!"

She grabbed my wrist that had the ball in it and pinned me to the ground.

"That's not it, I was just hiding," she smirked.

"It wasn't your power quirk?" I asked.

"No, that's just a technique. I make my opponents eyes and ears blind and deaf to my presence, to do that I hold my breath, clear my mind and disappear. It's simple the hardest part is not thinking to be honest," she said in my ear.

"Wait, you learnt a technique that impressive at Shiketsu?" I asked shocked.

"The trick is to not view your training as some kind of chore, I'm glad we're learning about each other. Now my question, why exactly do you want to become a hero? For honour, pride or is it for someone else's sake? I wanna know your dearest desires and what scares you!" She smirked with wide eyes.

I clenched my fist and pushed her off of me. I jumped to me feet and looked back. The ground was rumbling and I gasped as it basically exploded sending dirt into the air. I was pushed back from the blast and I can only assume she was too. I landed on my feet and looked to the left.

"Man Shiketsu's tryna take him down too?" I heard a guy say.

"Not good!" I muttered to myself.

We're trapped!

Everyone from before was on the rocks above waiting to attack.

I couldn't find anyone and now I'm the target! The worst case scenario I thought of earlier is now a reality!

The ground beneath me began to shake.

This is it! Here they come!

I jumped up.

Dodge!

I kept dodging their attacks making sure no balls hit me.

Just keep avoiding them!

"Are you okay?" I heard Uraraka's voice call out.

I looked over to her. "Uraraka."

"Over here! Hurry!" She held out her hand.

What does she have a plan?

Someone shot something at her.

"Hey watch where your shooting!" She yelled as she fell off the mound she was on.

Back then I chose to fight and save someone. Which destroyed my arms, if I could've used them, then I might've been able to save Kacchan. And if Kacchan was never taken then All Might would never have had to fight All For One at the warehouse. If I had only been faster I should've been able to get Kota to Mr. Aizawa sooner! And then I could've gone against the villains myself!

I jumped to Uraraka and caught her.

That's why I have to train my legs now. So that I never fail to save anyone ever again!

"An opening!" Someone yelled.

I landed on the ground.

Because to help others you have to be able to take care of yourself!

I kicked some of the ground smashing it up and sending it flying. This caused the whole mountain to come down and everyone on it to fall down. I ran off.

"I dunno, based on that kick I'd say you're further along than you think. So you should be ready for this test," All Might said.

It's just like All Might said, until my body is able to catch up to my quirk I won't use One For All at 100%. Instead I'll work on my legs, thankfully these new iron soles create a powerful impact! And the toes spring back so it's basically two hits in one! This support item compensates from my lack of power. I'll make myself stronger! I'll keep fighting! And become the idea of hero I want to be!

The guy on the speaker yawned. "Well we've finally had a 30th person pass, still a pretty long way to go though. Can't you kids speed this along? For me?"

Y/N's POV

We stared at the guy who took out Kirishima. There were fleshy things all around him on the floor.

"U.A High, I have respect for your school. I take pride in the fact that our institutions are treated as equals. But your class is shameful, you laugh in ways that disgrace hero's!" The guy yelled.

"HEY WATCH WHO YOURE TALKING TO!" I yelled at him.

"He's attacking again! I don't wannabe gross!" Kaminari yelled.

"Shut up! Obligation? Dignity? You just like to hear yourself talk! I don't see any proof, show us with your actions not just cheap words! If you can," Katsuki yelled.

"Sounds a lot like you Kacchan," I smirked.

"Shut up!" He yelled.

"Beast, you're the worst of all!" The guy yelled sending his flesh towards us.

"AP SHOT, AUTO CANNON!" Katsuki yelled sending a lot of small explosions towards him.

He was knocked back and his attacks didn't make it towards us.

"I had to make a weak version so I didn't kill anyone," Katsuki smirked.

"Ya know what, this is why everyone's terrified of you! You're way to hardcore," Kaminari said looking at Katsuki with a scared look.

"Look Pikachu I ain't scared of nothin' let alone my boyfriend," I smirked at him.

"So those nasty finger things just float back to him?" Kaminari asked grossed out.

I will admit it is pretty gross to see, but hella cool at the same time. What's his quirk called again?

"I see now, I'll teach you a lesson by breaking you! This will show you what it means to be dignified, and behave like a hero!" The guy yelled.

"What is up with this disgusting dude?" Kaminari asked.

"He thinks he's better than us!" Katsuki went to run after him. "But I bet he'll shut up-"

"Hey don't forget we're in the middle of a test!" Kaminari yelled cutting Katsuki off.

"THATS EXACTLY WHY I'LL KILL THE GUY!" Katsuki yelled still running to the guy.

"Observe!" The guy yelled attack again.

Katsuki kept shooting to the flesh pieces preventing them from attacking him. I gasped as I saw another piece go to him. He almost didn't have time to attack.

He can't even get close! What will it take to beat this guy!?
