A new tale begins.

It was the age of heroes.

With the emergence of quirks what was once only dreamed about and enjoyed as entertainment was now a reachable goal that almost anyone could reach.  Along with quirks the human body and technology has advanced and evolved as well meaning that even those with weak quirks or even quirkiness individuals could become heroes as long as they applied themselves.

And it's during this age of heroes where our story begins. It was early in the morning as people went about their day.

"There's a villain attack!"

And that unfortunately is another sadly common occurrence with the dawning of heroes and others who want to use their powers to help people there were also those who used them for their own gain.

Which is what lead to this current situation. A giant villain whose only initial crime was a simple purse snatching was now facing down multiple pros including Death Arms and Kamui Woods, while Backdraft kept the civilians at a safe distance.

With the crowd growing larger and larger it was easy to miss a certain individual apparhlcing the scene before steadily making his way to the front of the crowd so he could see better. "Oh what's this? Death Arms and Kamui Woods fighting together? Villian must be a real monster then?" The new comer giggled and beside him a man with stars on his head nodded.

"I'll say. Shame he's using a power like that on something like a purse snatching." He said looking towards him only to freeze slightly. He was a tall and lanky and was paler than most people. He had dark green hair that fell down to his lower back that matched his hair in color. The man was also slightly to see him wearing a middle schooler's uniform. 'Kids these days.' Star thought with a chuckle.

The teen noticed the looks and let out another giggle before the two back towards the battle. When Kamui Woods described the villain as the embodiment of evil the teen nearly doubled over in laughter. Still he clapped and cheered for the two heroes as they worked together to both apprehend the villain while also keeping the civilians safe.

Finally Kamui seemed to find an opening and go for his special move Lacquered Chain Prison however it was just when the wood started to wrap around the villain when a giant foot slammed into him. The crowed watched frozen as a giant woman in a one piece suit kick the villain off the bridge he was standing on straight into the ground before keeping her foot on him as she posed and glanced  towards the crowed with a flirty look,

"Hi everyone I'm Mt.Lady and you don't have to worry about this bum anymore." She promised with a wink as she proceeded to shake her own bum. The crowd reacted instantly either getting all the pictures they could, blushing madly, watching the new heroine annoyed or in one particular case hunching over in laughter all ignored the frozen Kamui Woods who was frozen in place.

"Well she's certainly going to be popular." Star muttered still with a blush dusting his cheeks as the teen managed to get his laughter under control. "Popular certainly. Though I doubt she's going to be as useful as one would think." He told the older man who glanced at him questionably. "Oh and why would you say that?" He wondered with the teen developing a smirk,

"Why that's simple. If she can go only go giant or regular with no in-between that's going to limit her options quite a bit. Using her quirk in heavily populated areas would be dangerous along with the risk of property damage. And almost any inside operations that doesn't include the destruction of the building is out of the question and she doesn't exactly look like the type who's taken up martial arts and I'm not seeing any support gear on her." The teen explained before a wide grin spread across his face. "However if she can choose how much she grows than just forget everything I just said." The teen told the man while waving his hand.

The older man was gobsmacked for several seconds before he smirked. "That's a pretty smart mind you gotta there kid. You're looking to be a hero aren't you?" He accused his smirk growing as he watched the boy laugh. "Guilty as charged." He confirmed as the man grinned with a thumbs up. "Well than kid I'll be rooting for you so do your best!" He cheered with the teen now smirking.

"Thanks for the support, I won't let you down."

Line break.

It was later that morning and the teen was sitting in at his desk at school as he waited for the class to start talking and someone addressed him and glancing at the ashen blonde in front of him every so often and giggling getting a twitch everything he did so.

"Alright everyone butts in seats." Their teacher Mr. Obi ordered as he walked causing everyone to rush to their desk. Taking a glance around and seeing everyone where they're supposed to be before nodding. "Good now that you're in your third year you need to start thinking about what you want to do with your futures." Mr. Obi told the class as he held up a stack of papers. "So who wants to share their plans?"

"I'm heading for Egghead Industry! No one in the world creates support items like them!" A boy in the back said raising his hand. "I'm going to medical school. Doctor Yoshida saved my life when I was just a kid when almost everyone else deemed me beyond saving. Now that's a hero." A girl in the back announced her fist clenched in determination. One by one the students told their sensei of their future plans ranging from wanting to be a successful actor to taking over their family business.

Everything was going smoothly and Obi thought they could get through it without incident until one particular student opened his mouth. "Enough from the worthless dishwashers and garbage men." The ashen blonde shouted as he jumped to his feet. "I'm the only one who's going to make a name for himself after leaving this useful cesspool when I become the next number 1 hero after graduating UA!" He arrogantly announced a smug smirk on his face.

The rest of the class seethed and scowled at the blonde and were about to start ripping into him when they noticed the unimpressed look on their teacher's face. "Good for you Bakugou." He spoke flatly before his eyes narrowed. "Now take your seat and stop causing a disturbance." He ordered causing the blond to seethe but another look from Kawaki caused him to reluctantly do as ordered.

'Well that's one crisis averted.' He thought looking over the class.  "Now who's next?" He asked looking the class only to realize there was only one student who hadn't spoken yet and it couldn't have been a worse one. So with a resigned sigh he called on his final student. "What about you Midoriya? What's your plan?" He asked the greenette now identified as Izuku Midoriya who smiled.

"Why I'm going to be a hero, what else?" He said his grin widened further and further as Bakugou whirled around and glared hatefully at the taller boy. "What did you just say Deku?! I thought I told you not to become a hero you freak?!" He snarled like a dog as Miodirya cackled. "Well I'm sorry to say that unless you're the prime minister you don't have a say in what I do with my life." Izuku smoked causing Bakugou to roar and move his now glowing hand to strike Izuku.

Only for it to be caught by Obi whose hands were now covered in stones. "Bakugou. We're going to the principal's office." He ordered his face cold easily matching Bakugou's seething look and with one pull hauled him to his feet and out of class.

All the while glaring hatefully at Izuku who only smiled his damn smile until the ashen blond left the room. The class was silent for a few seconds until a girl finally broke it. "So you think they're finally going to expel him?" She asked everyone as many looked towards her unsure. "Hopefully so" One of her fiends muttered with many getting nods of agreement.

"He should have been out of here years ago! I don't even know how he's still here." A boy scowled with the girl whose goal is to become a doctor scowled. "My mom's on the PTA and apparently it's the board of directors  that's keeping him here. Apparently they see him as prime hero material with such a powerful quirk." She informed disgust on her tone. "Sounds a lot like that old MLA stuff we learned about in history." The Egghead hopeful muttered.

"Well I suppose it doesn't really matter does it?" Izuku suddenly questioned looking towards his classmates. "Once he leaves the school district he won't have them to look after him anymore and he'll either have to get his act together or simply get crushed by the real world." Izuku smirked before giving a shrug. "Either way he'll be facing reality soon enough." He let out a low cackle.

The students blinked. "Well when you put it that way I guess it makes sense." A boy who can cause his eyeballs to fly admitted. "Yeah but it still means we're going to have to deal with him until graduation." A brown haired girl whined and getting laughs and chuckles from the rest of the students before they moved on to lighter subjects as they waited for their teacher to return.

Line break,

The last bell of the day had finally rung and the students were happy to leave for the day. "Hey Midoriya man you want to hit the arcade with us?" Izuku looked up to see a group of guys smiling at him. Izuku grinned as he let out a laugh. "Thanks for the offer guys but I'm going to go catch that new horror movie with Kagami and Aomine." He declined the invitation getting nods from his friends only to jump when a squeal echoed behind them as the brown haired girl rushed up.

"You're going to go see Plaque of Rats?!" She demanded getting a nod from Izuku. "Yup I'm hoping for some new ideas to pop up." Izuku confirmed grinning in excitement. "Wait until the rest of the horror club hears about this!" The girl squealed only to scowl and point a finger. "And no spoilers. I'm going to see it this weekend and if you spoil even a bit of it I won't forgive you!' She warned as Izuku while giggling held up his hands. "Oh no need to worry I won't dare do something like that." He promised as the door opened and two tall teens entered.

"Yo Midoriya you ready to go?" Aomine a tan skinned boy with dark blue hair questioned. "Yeah let's go before Aomine chickens out." Kagami a boy with dark red hair and eyes laughed only for Aomine to start chocking him. "The hell did you say Bakagami!" He demanded furiously only letting him go as a smiling Izuku separated them. "Come on guys no need for that. We've got a movie to catch." He remained them leading the two grumbling teens out the door. One by one students left the room leaving only Bakugou behind to start his month long detention.

'Fuck you Deku! This is all your fault!' He roared in his mind vowing to get back at the lanky freak no matter what.

Line break

Izuku, Kagami and Aomine were on their way to the movies. "So think this is gonna be any good? This is the director's first work into horror." Kagami questioned with Aomine waving it off. "Eh it should be fine, He's done pretty sold work on his previous films. So long as the CGI is good and the writing is decent we should be good." He muttered while scratching his chin as Izuku smiled. "We could only hope for the best." Izuku reminded them as they passed under a bridge.

BANG

The 3 stoped in their tracks only to turn and see a manhole cover fly through the air and onto the ground as a giant green blob with eyes and teeth emerged from the sewer. "Finally lost the big bastard." He muttered before looking in their direction and his face morphed into a hideous grin. "And three meat suits to choose from!" He cackled before lunging for the kids.

'A villain!" They thought in unison before Izuku grabbed the scruffs of their necks and jumped back hauling them with him. "Now. Now. None of that. It'll all be over in just a few seconds!" The villain mocked once more lunging towards the boys who dodged. "Damnit where are the heroes?" Aomine hissed before glancing at Midoriya. "Think you can take his guy Midoriya?" He asked with Izuku raising an eyebrow.

"Sure about that?" He questioned getting a nod. "Yeah we'll be fine." Aomine promised and Kagami nodded in agreement. "Yeah go kick his ass!" He cheered as Izuku grinned while letting go of his friends and walking towards the villain. "Oh what's this? A willing sacrifice?" The villan mocked getting a smirk from the teen. "Not exactly." He denied holding out his hand as a large book appeared in his hand.

It was entirely black except for the cover which depicted a face that was fixed in an expression that could only be described as agonizing laughter. "Oh pretty scary quirk you got there. What're you planning? Going to give me a paper cut?" The villain questioned amusement dripping in his tone though when he saw the smirk on Izuku's face. "If only you were so lucky." He told the villain as the book burst opened with pages flying by.

"Hold it right there everyone!" And just like that everything froze with the 3 teens started to grin ear to ear as the sludge villain whirled around to see none other than the number 1 hero All Might emerge through the manhole, a wide smile on his face. "Take cover boys!" The pro ordered pulling his fist back as he saw the teens rush to the other end of the tunnel before leaping to either side.

With the boys out of danger All Might had no reason to wait so with gusto he threw his punch. "Texas Smash!" He roared fully extending his fist with such force and power the air pressure caused the sludge villain to splat across the walls which he slid down with a groan. "You can come out now boys! The villains been taken care off!" All Might called seeing the teens poke their heads back in. Seeing the danger was indeed over the teens rushed over to All Might looks of awe on their faces.

"That was amazing!"

"He never stood a chance!"

"That's All Might for you!"

All Might threw his head back. "It was no problem at all boys, but now I've got to capture this villain before he gets away again." He reminded them as he brought out some empty bottles. "We can help you All Might." Aomine volunteered with the hero shaking his head. "No. No. I could never ask you to do something like that." He tired to decline only for Izuku to grin wildly as he waved his arm. "We could in exchange for some pictures and Autographs!" HE cackled getting rapid nods from Kagami and Aomine.

Seeing the hopeful looks on their faces All Might's grin widened and gave a thumbs up. "Sounds like a deal to me." He confirmed before tossing one of the bottles to Kagami. "Why don't we split up the work? Make things a little easier on all of us." The pro suggested with the boys quickly agreeing.

It was a little tricky at first but eventually they figured out a method to fit the sludge villain in the bottles and during that time All Might wanted to strike up a conversation. "So boys what are your plans for the future?" He questioned as Aomine spoke up. "I'm gonna be a police officer. My old man's one and I want to follow in his foot steps." He declared in pride with All Might nodding in understanding.

"A worth wide goal indeed, and one that's vital even with heroes." He praised the tan skinned teen. "Well I'm gonna be a fire fighter. Never been afraid of flames and with my strength and speed I can get anyone to safety." The red head boasted. "Ah rescue work how noble! Just remember while your heart can burn hot you need to keep a cool head. Same goes with police work." He told the two teens who nodded in understanding.

"And what about you young man? WHat's your plan for the future?" The hero questioned with Izuku giving a grin that matched his own. "I'm aiming to be a hero of course. I've been inspired by you and so many other heroes since I was a kid and I want nothing more to be a hero. So I'm heading to UA and give it everything I got to reach my goal and become a hero that can inspire others the way I was inspired. Izuku promised and All Might felt something stir inside him.

'This kid.' He thought before shaking his head. "So aiming for UA eh. That's a pretty big challenge you've sit for yourself." All Might warned with Izuku cackling. "Oh belive me I know but I'm always up for a challenge. Izuku told the pro. "Glad to hear it. Those are some noble goals you've got boys and I now you make it." He told them as pride surged through the 3 teens before they finished up scooping up the villain and All Might placing them in his pockets. "Thank you for the help boys but now theres' one last thing to do." He said seriously and the boys glanced at each other confused before All Might broke the salience with a laugh.

"I believe I owe you some pictures and autographs!" He reminded them causing them all to brighten up. Soon each teen had multiple pictures and an autograph secured and stowed away. "Thanks All Might this is awesome!" Aomine said his eyes shining with gratitude. "Yeah sir this is...Eh All Might why are you smoking?" Kagami questioned as he and his fronds tilted their heads in confusion.

'Crap! Lost track of time!' All Might mentally scolded himself. "Sorry boys but I've got to go and get this guy to the police! Good luck and I'll see you all soon!" The Hero said giving a hasty goodbye before leaping off with such speed the wind that was created and forcing them to cover their eyes.

"Man so that was All Might. He's as incredible as I imagined." Aomine whispered with Kagami nodding. "And to think we were just on our way to see a movie when we would run into him." The red added before the 3 stood in silence as they simple tried to fully absorb what just happened.

And when they did they also remembered where they were heading in the first place.

"SHIT THE MOVIE!" They shouted as one before sprinting towards the theatre.

"Crap we're gonna miss the opening!"

"Maybe not! If we run we should make it right before it starts!"

"Eh doesn't matter really, with all the previews they show we should still make it!"

The boys were moving full speed away from the bridge to the theatre. But in their haste they nor All Might noticed a bottle filled with green sludge laying harmlessly by the side of the road.

Line break.

"What an amazing movie! The acting, the visuals, the story, the scares! All of it was was nothing less than absolutely spectacular." Izuku gushed as he walked out the theatre before glancing towards the book he materialized earlier which was giving off a sickly green color. "Not to mention all these new additions!" He practically squealed before managing to calm himself down and dismiss the book. "What about you guys? Did you like it?" He asked turning to his fires and barely holding back the laughter as he saw the two walk out hugging each other tightly and pale as the moon.

"I can never sleep again." Aomine muttered hollowly with Kagami shuddered. "I can never blink again." He muttered with the same tone breaking Izuku's composure as he doubled over holding his stomach.

"Come on gentlemen it wasn't that bad." He tried to reassure them only for them to glare at Izuku. "Easy for you to say and at least stop laughing before you say that!" They shouted in unison with blank eyes and shark teeth.

The sounds of sirens and the flashing police lights caught everyone's attention as numerous police cars and fire trucks raced down the street. "Wonder what that's about?" Izuku questioned with Kagami raising an eyebrow. "You want to check it out?" He questioned. Izuku considered it for a moment before ultimately shaking his head.

"Honestly I'm good for the day. Besides it's getting late and we should probably be getting home." Izuku reasoned with his two fiends nodding in agreement before they started to head home.

Not knowing what was occurring a few blocks away would be the start the world shifting into a new age.

Line break.

"Holy crap Midoriya! I can't believe you actually meet All Might!" One of his classmates shouted in awe as they crowed around Izuku to see the pictures of him and All Might from yesterday. "Was he just as awesome as he is on tv?" Another asked getting a nod from Izuku. "Oh yeah! The term larger than life doesn't do the man justice!" Izuku cackled putting the phone away. "One punch and the villain splattered all over the walls." Izuku retold the story to his excited classmates.

"Though it is a little weird he was in the city. His agency is located in Tokyo isn't?" A girl questioned with another shrugging. "I'm sure he has his reasons, He is the number 1 hero after maybe he was here working a case." She suggested before their teacher walked in. "Alright kids butts in seats time to start." He ordered as the students moved quickly to their desks.

However once everyone was seated everyone noticed a desk was empty and that desk belonged to Bakugou himself. This did raise some eyebrows as Bakugou had never missed a single day of class however after a moment everyone shrugged it off and went on with their day. Bakugou had no friends or even acquaintance in the school. His behavior having pushed everyone away so no one truly cared why he was missing one way or another.

What did raise a few eyebrows was that he was also missing for the next 5 days as well. His desk remaining empty with the teachers paying it no attention. It wasn't until they came back from their day off school that Bakugou retuned, but not in the way anyone expected.

He was deathly pale and breathing hoarsely, dark bags under his eyes and shaking near constantly. His eyes burning with rage and snarling at everyone who he caught staring . Questions piled up in everyone's head but seeing his current state and knowing what he was like normally they knew better to just openly ask.

The teachers seemed to know though which made sense as they only gave the boy a passing glance before continuing on and didn't even react when Bakugou got up from his desk suddenly and walked out the door only to return several minutes later.

It was only later through Izuku and a few others who's parents were friends with Bakugou's parents that they managed to put together what happened.

Apparently on his way home from detention Bakugou had a run in with a villain that attacked him. And while they didn't know exactly what that entailed what they did know was that Bakugou was struggling and held hostage for nearly two hours. Two hours of the villain's quirk affecting and attacking Bakugou's body, primarily his lungs while watching more and more heroes arrive only to stand around and do nothing while saying they were waiting for a more appropriate hero to arrive.

Only when the pro hero Snatch arrived was Bakugou able to be saved but the damage was already done. Bakugou was sick and something was wrong with his lungs, something that would take a long period of time to recover form and even then there was little chance he would get back to what he was before.

Despite his attitude and past actions there were people who couldn't help but feel sympathetic to the teen and reach out to comfort and reassure him. This however only made the situation worse and caused him to shout and pop off some explosions.

And that's when they discovered the worst part of what had happened. The sweat glands on his hands were damaged as well meaning that if he used his quirk to much than his hands would start to bleed profusely. He also began to spit up blood and start coughing violently if he shouted to much.

So that's how Bakugou ended the year. Bitter, angry and alone up until the day of the UA entrance exam.

Line break

Finally. He was finally standing at the start of his dream. Izuku couldn't help but shake with excitement while giggling like a loon, The sight was off putting to more than a few applicants who gave him a wide birth of space.

"Cut that shit out deck!" A raspy voice growled as Bakugou stomped past him a look of murder in his eyes. 'Cheery as always huh?' Izuku thought with a tilt of his head. 'Then again it's a miracle he convinced his mother to take the exam in the first place.' He added in his mind. "Well it's good to see someone relaxed around here." Turning Izuku saw a girl with chestnut hair and seemingly permeant rosy cheeks. "Hi there. I'm Ochako Ururaka." She greeted with a wave. "Izuku Midoriya." He introduced himself with a small bow. "So here for the hero course exam?" He questioned getting a nod from the girl.

"Yeah and it's nerve wrecking! I wish I had your confidence to just laugh." She said enviously with Izuku grinning. "Oh I'm just always like this don't worry. Just do your best so no matter what happens so you can live without regrets!" He said hoping to encourage her and it seemed to do the trick if the fire he could see burning in her eyes was any indication.

"YEAH! I'M GOING TO DO MY BEST!" She roared terrifying the other appellants and sending Izuku into another round of laughter as he watched her charge into the building. A few seconds passed before Ochako face burning red laughed sheepishly. "So does anyone know how to get to the testing zone? I kinda forget my information booklet at home." She requested causing almost everyone to face fault on the ground and doubling Izuku over in laughter.

After a few mortifying seconds for the chestnut haired girl Izuku managed to regain control of himself before he led Ochako and the rest of the applicants to the correct room.

The written exam was easy enough and Izuku was confident he had passed quite easily and before long they were in front of Present Mic who was there to explain the test.

In essence they had 10 minutes to gain as many points as they could from fighting robots with each robot having a point value ranging from 1 to 3. There was a zero pointer but Present Mic it was to be avoided at all cost.

"And remember folks, friendly fire is not tolerated! Any sight of it will result in immediate disqualification at the least and could even land you in some real trouble depending on the severity of the injuries." Present Mic reminded them seriously and was more than a little concerned when he heard more grumbling through the hall than he was used to.

"Well than everyone, that's all I got, Now head to your busses that's going to take you to the testing sights. And remember the school motto when you're out there people when you're GOING BEYOND!" Present Mic shouted at the end with a raised fist and unlike the previous times he tried the participants were more than happy to match his call.

"PLUS ULTRA!"

Line break,

Just a couple more minutes. In just a few more minutes Izuku would be taking the test he had been waiting years to take. So as everyone was trying to pump themselves up Izuku had summoned his book trying to figure out the best course of action when he felt a hand on his shoulder. "Is now really the best time to be reading?" The one responsible asked and Izuku turned and saw a boy with blue hair and glasses staring at him with disapproval. 'He's the one from before.' Izuku thought with a raised eyebrow recalling how he called out Present Mic earlier about the zero pointer.

"Apologies but this book is actually tied tied to me quirk. I'm merely going over some last minute preparations." Izuku explained as a look of relaxation followed by shame covered his face. "I see." He muttered before bowing low. "Apologies for the false accusations and distracting you!" He shouted at the top of his lungs. Izuku letting out a giggle was going to reply when the gate suddenly burst open. Izuku darted in as the rest of the applicants were processing what happened

"And go everyone!" Present Mic shouted while all the applicants looked at him confused. "What are you all standing around for?! There's no countdown in the real world! Better hurry or chuckles is going to wipe out the villains!" Present Mic warned causing the kid's heads to snap towards the the testing site where the sounds of battle along with Izuku's mad laughter causing them to scramble in after him.

For ahead and already surrounded by broken machines Izuku was dancing around the bots, his left fist and arm transformed into a hulking slap of flesh, multiple moths running around his arm as spikes made of bone sprouted along his arm and hand.

Cackling wildly smashed, chomped and skewered each machine that got to close with his left arm while keeping his right hand which housed his open book close to his side.

'The demon charter really was the correct choose here.' Izuku thought while nodding in approval while clenching his demonic fist and extending his thumb and ring finger to give the gun motion as a red glow emitted from the red finger. "Now Demon Gun." Izuku ordered as a bright flash shot from his finger and blasted into an oncoming group. The robots were blown to smithereens.

The sound of whirling blades reached his ears and he saw flying machines with turrets quickly approaching him. 'Time for a new trick.' He deiced as the bots started firing their captured rounds towards the teen. The dust kicked up from the rounds impacting the ground obscured the teen from the machines view. For several seconds the machines waited for their target to reappear.

When he did however they saw he was perfectly fine, the capture rounds around his feet with a cane in his now normal left hand.

The drones started to fire again only for them to hit stop suddenly and drop to the ground. Izuku kept his arm extended until he heard the clicking of empty ammo clips. Once he was sure the danger had passed he swapped hands with the book going to his left hand and the cane going to his right. Though the cane seemed to fade for the split second the book was out of his hands before coming back once he was holding it.

'And now the counter attack." Izuku grinned as the cane started to glow and after swiping it in an arc formation a surge of power flew from it before impacting the flyers destroying them and causing them to the ground.

The sounds of battle had reached Izuku's ears by this point and so did the cries of panic and pleas for help. "Well looks like they need a little help." Izuku smirked before heading to an ally which was covered in shadows and where no sunlight reached.

"Nakime I require your assistance." He called as the book glowed purple with smoke emitting from it and flowed into the ally. "You summoned me my lord?" A female asked as the smoke cleared with there now being someone else in the ally with him.

"I did indeed Nakime. I'm going to need you to keep an eye on the other participants here and make sure they others don't get hurt." Izuku ordered getting a nod from the woman. "Yes my master." She declared giving her Biwa a strum. Behind her pulsing veins covered the building wall and from them sprouted dozens of eyes that grew tentacle like appendages and scurried to the the sounds of conflict.

Right before the eyes would hit sunlight however Nakime gave anther storm and suddenly they were in the darkness directly across the street and scurried off to help. This is how they traveled moving quickly in the darkness while avoiding the sunlight until the came across the first test taker that needed help.

they were backed into a corner and their quirks were at their limits. The robots moved to strike only for Nakime to give another strum and suddenly the teens were a few feet behind the machines. The teens were confused slightly but quickly regained their bearings and retreated to a safe distance.

Weird occurrences begun to happen all over the grounds whenever the would be students found themselves in danger. It didn't matter if it was from robots, other participants or the environment the students had someone watching it for them. Knowing this the students were able to run wild and claim more points with their confidence raising.

All under the unseen gaze of disembodied eyes.

Line break.

"I call dibs."

My oh my today was just full of surprises for principal Nezu and the staff of UA. The entrance exam was always an exciting time for the staff as they got to see just what kinda of students they would be taking in this year. And they already had seen some interesting hopefuls. A boy who can create blades from his body and slice the robots to pieces, a girl who shrunk the robots down to the size of toys and crushed them under foot.

Then you have the boy who had a sentient shadow for a quirk that was demolishing robots left and right. He was fighting beside a girl with a grig girl that was using her powerful legs and tongue to do battle.

He was a little concerned with the blond boy with an explosion quirk that was obvious sick but the participants around him were doing a good job protecting him despite is obvious protest.

That brought them to who they were currently watching. A green haired teen who was moving and laughing without a care as he fought the robots. Or at least that's what it looked like at first glance. It was obvious to the pros the boy who's move was calculated and coordinated to keep destruction to a minimum while destroying the enemy.

What truly impressed them however was what as going on now as he proceeded to rescue his fellow students.

Which is what lead to Shota Aizawa raising his hand and calling dibs. "Oh this is a surprise Shota. You don't usually have an interest like this." Nezu squeaked with Shota shrugging. "He might have the persona of a fool in front but his movements and strategies are sound and logical and he's willing to put others in front of himself while not putting others at risk. That's a rare thing these days." Shota shrugged getting a grin Nezu.

"Well we'll have to see about that. It's time for the final test after all." The principal said flipping a glass panel and pushing a large red button.

Line break

"Master, I believe all other participants have are out of danger." Nakime informed looking over the training grounds with all her eyes, "All training bots appear to have been destroyed and now the others are merely standing around and waiting for the trial to end." She informed her master who grinned

"Thanks for the old work the Nakime. You were great " He praised the woman who bowed low as Izuku closed the book causing her to disappear in a burst of smoke.

"Well than I guess I'll just head towards the exit and-" The ground started to suddenly shake violently nearly throwing Izuku off his feet before he managed to catch his balance before looking and seeing none other than the zero pointer towering above them debris falling off the building and near the fleeing teens.

Okay now I see why Present Mic said to avoid that thing." Izuku muttered perfectly willing to stay in the shadows out of the way unit the exam was over.

"Help! Someone please help!"

That was until those 4 words entered his ears and with a jolt Izuku was looking out the alley way and saw Ochako stuck under the rubble with the zero pointer however menacing above her. The others either didn't hear or were to scared to try and help her. Frowning slightly both in annoyance at the situation and disappointment at the others, Summoning his book Izuku sighed as it flipped opened.

"Don't you worry Ururaka I'm coming to help." He muttered as the book and started to glow a sickly green.

For a few seconds sound seemed to be erased from the entire arena, as talking and screaming, boots stomping on the ground and the sounds of the zero pointer all vanished. Blinking in confusion the test takers didn't even have time to open their mouths before the whispering started.

It was as if they were breathing into their was and yet and whisper was so low and distant no words could be made out. Growing more and more panicked the test takers were trying to figure out what they were hearing when a new sound mixed in with them. It took a few seconds before they figured out it was the sound of ripping and the source was the space in the sky directly above the zero pointed where a void of millions of different colors could be seen through a rift the size of the city.

That was quickly wiped from everyone's mind as a tentacle that was twice the size zero pointer slow deceasing from the rift. The test takers remained completely frozen, their minds trying to process what they were seeing and trying not to draw the attention of the whirling and writhing appendage.. The tentacle paid them no head merely focused on the zero pointer as it wrapped around the hulking machine and dragging it into the void which stitched itself back together once everything passed through.

And just like that everything went back to normal. Sound returned and and the whispering stoped. 'W-what just happened?" The boy with glasses questioned sweat running his face something that was matched by a lot of his fellow UA hopefuls.

Others weren't as lucky some vomiting in fear, others passing out from sheer shock. Izuku ignored all of this as he slowly approached the downed girl. "Hey there Ururaka! You doing all right?" He questioned the girl who seemed frozen. Paying that no heed he quickly moved to free her from the rubble until he was holding her bridal style.

Izuku walked with the girls in her arms passing the other contestants until he ran into a short old woman in a nurse's out fit and she did not look happy. "Well this is a fine mess you've made young man!" She shouted with Izuku giving a shrug. "It was extreme yes, but given the fact that I didn't see another way that I knew wouldn't harm the girl I deemed it the best." He defended himself before putting the girl in his arms down and leaving the arena with Recovery Girl tsking as she watched him leave.

"These next three years are gonna be long ones."

Line break,

The staff were just as stunned as their student hopefuls and from the monitors it was to easy that the scene was viewed from the other testing areas as well. Finally after several long seconds Nezu finally regained his composure. "Well we have quite the student joining us this year don't we?" He questioned which seemed to break Mic out of his funk.

"Are you serious sir?! Are we really letting someone like that into the hero course?!" He demanded his body trembling with fear as he tried to get control over himself again. Nezu tilted his head in confusion. "Of course I am Mic. He's earned more than enough points to after. That reminds me we need to figure out how many to give him for that rescue." He muttered under his breath.

"But sir with that kind of power and the training we give here we could be creating the next great villain!" He shouted and more than a couple of staff members hesitantly nodded in agreement. Aizawa rolled his eyes at his friend. "Pull yourself together. It's just a quirk. Before that he was fighting with the same depression we'd expect from one of our students while also saving others." Aizawa countered before shrugging his shoulders. "Besides it looked like he wasn't even going to face it until he saw that girl in trouble. Though we're going to have to work on that fighting fire with fire mentally the problem child seems to have." Aizawa muttered causing Nezu to laugh.

"Already declaring him a problem child are we? Aren't you jumping the gun for your new student?" Nezu questioned calling the sleep deprived hero to snort and cross his arms. "If he isn't I'll eat my scarf." He promised with Nezu smirking. "Well I'll hold you to that. In the mean time would everyone please follow me to the conference room." Nezu requested as he left his chair.

It was time to decided which students will be going joining the hero course and from the looks of it they were in for a long night.

Line break.

"Izuku! Izuku! It's a little from UA!" Inko Midoriya, tall, imposing and one of the most feared lawyers in Japan frantically scrambled into the living room with a look that was a mix between excitement and worry. Smiling softy and holding back the laughter Izuku took the envelope and while taking out the disk out and placed it on the family room table.

"HA HA HA HA It is I! Coming to you as a projection!" None other than All Might laughed as he appeared in the holo message. All Might!" Inko gasped and Izuku felt his eyes nearly pop out of his skull. "You might be wondering why I am the one on the recoding! Well the truth is that I am joining the staff at UA this very year!" All Might and as the mother was gasping in disbelief Izuku was shaking in excitement.

"Now on to your test results. You did very well in the written test scoring within the top 5 percentile of the year!" All Might praised while giving a thumbs up. "Well done." The recording spoke with Inko hugging her boy in pride. "As for your pratical exams you scored a very respectable 60 points from the villains. More than enough to get you into the hero course." All Might confirmed as tears started to fill Inko's eyes as Izuku was shaking with happiness.

"But that's not all! How can we simply ignore such acts of heroism?!" All Might cried as he pressed a button on a remote he took out of his pocket. It showed various scenes of Nakime moving some of the other teens out of the way leading up to him helping Ochako. "We simply cannot which leads us to the hidden scoring system- rescue points!" All Might smirked. "Izuku Midoriya you have been rewarded 80 rescue points total! Bringing your total up to 140 points total! More than enough to secure you a spot in the hero course and shattering my previous record! Congratulations young man and welcome to your hero academia!" All Might said before the projection died down and Inko practically crushed her son in a hug.

"Oh Izuku I'm so proud of you!" She cried with Izuku cackling like mad hugged her back. "Was there ever any doubt?" He questioned before the pair stood up. "We're going out! We've got to celebrate this!" She squealed with Izuku joining her in cheering as they headed out the door.

Life was indeed good for the Midoriya's.

Line break.

"Thank you for coming on such short notice." Principal Nezu greeted his guest who were none other than Bakugou and his parents Mitsuki and Masaru. The former clicked his teeth in annoyance and the later two nodding. The 3 were sitting in principal Nezu's office. "It's no problem sir, we're just a little confused about why we need a meeting instead of just telling us about Katsuki's results." Mitsuki explained remembering the phone call they got last night.

"Oh you needed worry about that. Katsuki did quite well on the written exam and earned enough points to make it into hero course." Nezu confirmed casting Katsuki to smirk and pride and his parents to beam. "However that is what I want to talk about." And suddenly they were brought back down to earth. "What?" Bakugou growled only to begin coughing causing Masaru to check on him.

"Yes that is actually what I'm worried up. As Katsuki is now I don't now if his body can keep up with the training required in the hero course." Nezu spoked his concerns and Katuski nearly burst another vessel until Mitsuki gripped his hand. "Enough settle down." She hissed before turning to the fury principal. "What do you suggest sir?" She questioned and Nezu shot her a kind smile.

"What I suggest is that he waits to begin his hero training." He told the woman who blinked in confusion. "Wait?" She parroted getting a nod from the animal. "Indeed wait. The best course of action I see is that instead of enrolling in the hero course. He spends the next 3 years in General Studies. This way his body can recover in a much more stable environment. In addition to that he can also still practice with his quirk as well as one school ground. Something many of our students outside of our hero course take advantage of when going for a quirk use license outside of hero work.

Once he graduates he'll have a better grasp on his quirk and with a degree from UA along his grades if he can keep them up from what he had in middle school. He should be able to get into any hero college he wants." Nezu cheerfully told the parents. To the two elder Bakugou's this sounded like a great idea and it did but some of the fears to rest.

Though it only made Katsuki angrier and angrier.

"On the other hand." Nezu continued and his tone sounding much more business like. "Should Bakugou continue in the hero course and we find he can't keep up with the curriculum we'll be forced to remove him and move him to general studies that will be a mark on his record which will be noticed by the hero colleges as well as the all disciplinary actions that he faced in middle school." He warned them getting winces from the other adults before Nezu sighed.

"Please understand that I personally have nothing against your son, but given what I saw from his exam and his recent medical records I don't believe he will last long in the hero course. I'm merely suggesting the best possible option for all parties involved." The unknown animal told the parents who nodded.

The parents however were in complete agreement with the principal and were about to confirm that when Katsuki couldn't keep his mouth shut anymore. "FUCK THAT! YOU'RE NOT TAKING MY RIGHTFUL PLACE FROM ME!" He roared only to go into another coughing fit. "Please Katsuki try and see reason. We're only trying to look out for your-." "Shut your damn mouth rodent! No one asked for your opinion." The ashen haired teen raged with coughing up more blood.

"Katsuki!" Mitsuki roared towards her son before glancing at the principal to apologize only for him to sigh, "Well I'll let you decided what's best. Please call within two days to make your decision." Nezu informed them with the elder Bakugou's seeing a dismal when they see one stand to leave.

"Thank you for your time Principal Nezu." Masaru bowed along with his wife. "Of course I always have time for my students." Nezu offered a smile before glancing toward Katsuki. "Please think hard about my offer Katsuki and I'll see you at the beginning of the year." He spoke kindly to the boy who just shot him a look of rage before stomping out his office with his parents changing after him.

Leaving the smartest creature alive alone with his thoughts and hopes his new pupil would make the right decision.

To be continued.

And that's the first chapter of a new story in the bag. I hope everyone enjoyed it.

Now the Izuku in this story personality wise I'm basing off Undertaker from Black Butler. As for his quirk that will be explained better in the next chapter.

The pairing in this story will be with Seiko Intelli who will be a student at UA

What I want to do next is rewrite Hell Class. Same concept just a slightly different class and opening.

I think that's it for now.

till next time,

bye.
