Moni's POV

Lexi: Moni How can you marry him after the audio I had send you? Noah eyes popped out in shock hearing her words.

Noah: What the hell you're doing here? He gritted his teeth.

Lexi: Noah you're disgusting. How can you cheat me? She frowned.

Moni: I believe him Lexi not that damn audio. I invited you because Noah really treasure your friendship and cared about you. She lower her head and hummed in response

After our reception I rushed towards my room to take some rest. A hand grabbed my waist and pushed me into the dark room.

Moni: It's you Noah I'm very scared. I roll my eyes.

Noah: Why the hell you invited Lexi? He shrugged his shoulder.

Moni: It seems like he is like angry bird right now. It's scary but funny at the same time. I whisper softly I'm sorry Noah and peck his cheeks. He tightened his grip on my waist.

Noah: You can try better right now this kiss not gonna help you. What about that audio? He raised his eyebrows.

Moni: I played the audio in the phone.

Audio - I love you Lexi. You always have my back and I cared about you more than anyone in this world. You're there for me in all my struggles. Thank you for being with me.

Noah: He looked into my eyes and mutter what you think about this Moni?

Moni: It's your voice and it's not morphed. I give him a firm reply.

Noah: That's true. Why you don't ask anything about this? He's clueless about the situation.

Moni: Because I believe you Noah. I don't want any explanation for this. He's freezed in his position with teary eyes.

Noah: What I did to get you Moni? He kissed my forehead and I wipe his tears away. He mutter I send this message to her in friendly way. I nodded my head. I dragged him to his room and asked him to take rest because tomorrow is the big day.

Noah Weds Moni
Indian style

Now with all my beautiful bridal look I sit in front of the mirror. I can't explain how happy I'm today. Finally dream come true moment but I'm gonna miss my family and friends. I close my eyes to relax because I don't wanna ruin my makeup. Someone opened the door.

Vino: My ugly sister is looking beautiful today. How it is possibly? He mocked me.

Moni: I fake sobbing. Vino I'm gonna kill you right now. I give him a deadly look. My parents came and blessed me. We four join a family hug together.

Moni's Outfit

I sit left side of Noah near the Agni ( Fire altar). He looks stunning and He's gawking me without even blinking his eyes. We both exchange the floral garlands during Jai Mala and He's pouting his lips while pinching my neck. I give him a deadly glance.

Now it's time for Kanyadaan. My papa(Dad) take's my right hand and places it in Noah's right hand, it's symbolises that he's asking him to accept his daughter (me) as his equal partner. This ritual signifies both the acceptance of the Bride's Father and his official approval to give his daughter away.

After joining our two hands, (Hastamelap) My Mom pours sacred water on to the palm of Papa's hands, allowing it to flow through his fingers onto my hand and ultimately to the Noah's hand as well. Rituals are chanted during this process. I'm very emotional while seeing my father teary eyes in happiness. I blink back my tears.

Kanyadaan ( Giving away Bride )

Then Scarlet joins the end of his scarf to my gown (sari) using copper coins (which stand for prosperity), rice (indicating happiness) and betel nuts (representing unity). She ties his scarf and sari in a knot which is meant to show the everlasting bond that the couple's marriage will create.

After the Kanyadaan Noah's still holding my hands tightly and possessively. I give him a clueless expression. He take my hand and placed over his chest. I can feel his heartbeat clearly.

Noah: This heart is beating only for you. Don't be sad Moni. I knew what's bothering you. You miss everything. I promise you Moni I'll never ever leave your side. He interwined my fingers and kissed my knuckle. I'm gasping for words and I hummed in response. Priest cleared his throat to gain our attention.

Saptapadi ( To circle around the fire )

Then the priest asked us to stand for Saptapadi ( To circle around the fire ) First Noah lead the front and I walked behind him for first four rounds while holding our hands and then myself lead the front for next three rounds. He can't understand exactly what's going on here but He's trying to do all things perfectly for me. I'm very proud of my man. I blushes while taking the last round with him. We make seven vows and promise to be with each other for eternity

The Sindoor Ceremony

Then he followed the priest instructions. He takes the Sindoor and applied it on my head. I looked at him through corner of my eyes and he giggles. He's so cute today. I'll be like pinching his cheeks all the time.

Ceremony of Mangalsutra

He finally tied the Mangalsutra. I blink several times to stop my tears but it's not helping me at this moment and tears running down my eyes. He looked at me worryingly and utter " You don't like me"
I shake my head and he wipe my tears away. He seems to be upset. I teach him about the rituals but not the emotional parts so he can't understand my emotion. I whisper softly "I like you so much Noah"

Noah: Then why are you crying? He frowned.
Moni: Because of happiness. He kissed my forehead. Everyone clapping their hands and then we touch our elders feet and get their blessings.

Post wedding rituals

It's a ring game. A ring is hidden inside the bowl filled with milk and we wanna find out. Let's see who's gonna win.

Sara hidden the ring inside the bowl and everyone is cheering for us.

Vino: Noah gonna win this. He give him thumps up.

Scar: Wrong guess. My Moni darling gonna win this. She shake my hand. It seems like boys are supporting for him and girls are supporting me. I often tell right Vino is my bro but what he's doing? No matter what Men will be Men.

We both started to search. I pinched his hand he hissed in pain. I smile innocently and then he smirked. He's softly touching my hand it's send a shiver down my spine and It's tickling and I'm totally embarrassed. He leave my hand and then I searched the ring and finally find it. I placed the ring in his hand and He takes it out of the bowl. Everyone shouted his name. He opened his mouth to say something but I stopped him. He put the ring in my hand.

Vidaai Ceremony

It's final stage of the wedding. I wanna bit farewell to my parents. I know very well that they're coming along with me to England but my heart fails to take that. I throw the rice in backward direction. It's like showing gratitude for my parents for feeding and taking care of me from my childhood. I started to weep and Noah cooled me. He wipe my tears away but no use it's not stopping even I don't have control on my tears today.

After an hour, Now I'm sitting in airport and It's painful to leave my country. I had went to different State or Country for vacation but it's seems very strange for me sometimes. I can be there for a while but when I come back to my native it feels like heaven. Now I'm leaving my India how can I gonna survive in different country for my whole life. I love him so much so I can do this for Noah. I looked at him he's very happy. I always want this everlasting smile to remain with him.

After ten hours we reached his house only some close relative come along with us to England to attend the wedding which is going to take place at church.

This one guys because I'm not gonna lie, the truth is I just watched North Indian wedding rituals in movies or serials so can't organise the ritual orders properly. And also South rituals are just reversed of this so my brain struck and confused in the middle but finally I completely it. 💯💕💕💕💕💕💕
