|Interracial|
Basically, you're a different race than he is, so you get a lot of slander thrown at you for this.
Steve
There were more than a few times that the two of you were insulted on your date. Your dark sin was an obvious contrast to his pale skin, and the way the two of you acted around each other, it was obvious you were a couple. Sometimes, an older woman would walk by and sneer, or a younger man would come up to you and say that you shouldn't waste your time on white trash. It angered you, more than anything in the world that people couldn't just accept the fact that an African-American girl and a Caucasian boy were dating. There were many times when Steve had to actually hold you back from knocking the old lady into the street or punching the man in the jaw. Whatever the case, Steve would always have to buy you something sweet to cool you temper afterwards.
Tony
It's a widely known fact that your mother and father were immigrants from the Philippines before you were born. After you broke up with your previous boyfriend, the only one who knew long ago, he made sure that everyone else knew. You were terrified that Tony wouldn't like you for some reason after that, but he really didn't care. It was the other people who cared. The people on the streets would make crude gestures to you and Tony or say really awful things. You weren't usually one to ignore a fight when it came around, but in this case, you just wanted to ignore everyone. You had pleaded with Tony to stop punching people when they said something.
People don't do it much any more, but if they do, both you and Tony have learned to ignore it.
Thor
Technically, since Thor is from Asgard and not Earth, your relationship is far more than just interracial. However, it's blatantly obvious, even to those who don't know Thor is a god, that you two don't come from the same place.
You were born and raised in Costa Rica, until your parents died and you had to move to America to live with your sister. Your hair, skin, and eye colour gave it away that you were from Central America. Thor couldn't care less. He had met dark skinned women, blue skinned women, even women who looked like cows and hardly cared.
He didn't seem to understand that Midgardians don't accept different coloured relationships as well as Asgardians do. He learned it when you were on one of your many first dates.
The two of you were sitting in a cafe when a young white woman came up to your table and started flirting with Thor. You glared at the back of her. Her shorts were too short (in your opinion) and it was obvious that she wasn't wearing a bra. You stood and tapped her on the shoulder, clearing your throat.
"Oh, hi!" She said turning. You flashed a short, fake smile.
"Hi. That happens to be my boyfriend, so if you wouldn't mind kindly backing off," you said, giving her another smile, but this one was more threatening than real. She glanced between you and Thor a few times before laughing.
"Wait, you two are dating?" Another few laughs. At this point, Thor started frowning, especially since you were blushing. Thor stood as well.
"Is there some sort of problem, ma'am?" He asked, crossing his arms. The girl, finally realizing how big Thor was, stopped laughing and swallowed loudly.
"I mean, there are plenty of other girls you could date," she said in a quiet, innocent voice, "some nice girl who has the same skin tone-"
Thor cut her off, his eyes burning with rage.
"There is nothing wrong with the colour of Y/N's skin colour. She is perfect and kind, unlike you." He brushed past the girl, put an arm around you, and left the cafe. You couldn't help but flash the girl a winning smile as you walked past the window.
Bruce
It wasn't uncommon for wealthy, Indian families to move to England when they wanted to. So that's what your family did when you were 3. You became a PA and met Bruce banner. Now you live happily in America with Bruce, though some people try their hardest to make your relationship less than happy.
Your accent was a mix of an English accent and an Indian accent, so it wasn't too difficult to tell that you weren't born to an all American family. When you would talk to Bruce in certain places, young teenage boys of all ages and races would mimic your Indian accent awfully. You knew they were just messing around, but it still made you uncomfortable. It usually took them a while to recognize Bruce as an Avenger, as The Hulk, but when they did, they always ran off, muttering apologies under their breathes to you. Bruce made you feel safe.
Clint
Your family had escaped Iran as refugees three years before you were born. Your Middle Eastern heritage was something you were very proud of, especially as you got older. You wanted to show people that not every Muslim was a terrorist, but even so, there were few who rejected your relationship with Clint, saying it was unnatural.
You were attacked once, on your way home alone, by a gang of angry women who had lost their husbands in Iran and the ISIS battles. You, being an assassin, could defend yourself easily enough, but Clint never let you go anywhere by yourself after that. He knew you could defend yourself, but he didn't want you to have to. You thought it was sweet.
Pietro
Your mother was French, your father was South African. The two different nationalities showed through your accent and your appearance. Pietro and you loved trying to figure out what the other was saying, since your accents were so thick and so different. The Avengers thought it was adorable, the case wasn't so with some other people living in this world.
You were very social. You had an Instagram, a Snapchat, a Wattpad, a Tumblr, a Vine, and Youtube, and almost any other social media you could name. You loved posting pictures of you and Pietro on everything or writing about your relationship. Tumblr and Wattpad loved your relationship, thought it was adorable, just like the Avengers, but there were plenty of people on Instagram and YouTube who thought you were, and I quote 'stealing all the good men from the nice, purebred people of the world'. It didn't affect you very much, you thought nothing of it, since they didn't know who you were, but it enraged Pietro.
When a comment got especially bad, Pietro would ask Tony and Vision to track it down somewhere to find where it came from. When they found it, they withheld the information for a while, hoping he would calm down, but he would never calm down until he went to the person and yelled at them for a few hours in Sokovian. You would never see that person comment on any of your things again.
Sam
You were American, as American as almost physically possible. Your ancestors came on the second boat to America. You even had some Native American in your family tree (somewhere). People either had a problem with you being white and a female football player and dating a black guy, or they had a problem with Sam being a black guy and dating you. No matter how many names you and Sam were called, either as a couple or individually, the two of you kept your heads. You'd laugh it off, get some ice cream, and snuggle while watching Disney movies. You never really cared what people thought about you.
Loki
You came from a long line of Native Americans on your father's side and a long line of white Americans. The strange mixture are nationalities gave you a light bronze skin colour, another strong contrast to Loki's pale, pale skin. Not too many people had a problem with your relationship, seeing as both you and Loki looked like you could kill someone with a single swipe of the hand. But every now and again, the occasional drunk guy made a comment or two, nothing you and Loki couldn't handle.
James
Your grandparents came from Japan. Both your parents and your siblings were born in the United States. There have been many-a-time when people insult you by mocking your voice or your facial features or your costumes. You and James were classy people, you were soldiers, you could take a little bit of hate from people who didn't really matter to you. It wasn't too difficult to ignore.
Bucky
You and Bucky were taking a stroll through town when a dark-skinned man came up to you and slapped your butt and said some provocative slurs. Bucky dropped his hand from yours and was about to kill the guy, before you grabbed the guy's wrist, spun him around, slammed his face and chest into a wall, and pushed his arm up his back, making him scream in pain.
"What did you just say to me?" you hissed in his ear. The guy whimpered and attempted to sputter something out. "You think that just because you and I have the same skin colour that you can treat me like that?" You pushed his arm up farther. "Huh?"
The man whimpered again, sweat beading down his face.
"I expect to never again see your face around here. If I even get a glimpse of you, I will find you, and I will kill you." You hadn't meant to quote Taken, but things happen. Bucky was very proud of you after that. When you left the man on the ground, cradling his arm, Bucky put his arm around your shoulders and kissed your forehead, sending a wink back at the man.
Vision
So basically, you're both robots and people avoid you. Plus, your skin is slightly blue and his is red, so, no one really cares about the different colour skin. Especially since the both of you scare the crap out of a lot of people and they don't doubt that you could kill them in a thousand different ways.
****
So, I tried to make it so I included multiple different races and i didn't want to make the annoying people one single race. I hope I didn't offend anyone. if I did in any way, please PM me so that I can fix it. I felt like doing this one for reasons I don't know, but there you are, interracial relationships.
Vote, maybe comment, maybe tell your friends?
I love every single one of you with all my heart, so thank you for reading. :)
With Great Thanks,
Bucky J. Carter,
