|He Asks You Out On A Date|

Steve
He had returned to your bar for the millionth time. Tony wasn't with him. You smiled at Strve and wiped down your section of the bar. Steve sat in front of you, and smiled.
"The usual, Stevie Wonder?" You asked. He nodded. You poured him a glass of water. He usually drank water when he showed up, but every now and again, he'd actually order alcohol.
"What's going on today in the Mighty Potts Tower?" You asked him.
"Well, tonight, we're having a party for the newly acquired Scepter," Steve said. You ground your teeth lightly.
"That sounds like fun. So if you're going to have fun tonight, why come here?"
Steve turned a light shade of red.
"We need a bartender." You sighed and set down a glass.
"Steve, you know-"
"And I need a date." You paused. Your entire body froze up. You admired the guy, actually, it was a full on crush, but you never even thought of him reciprocating those feelings.
"Are you..." You couldn't find the words to say.
"It's okay if you don't want to come with me, I'd totally understand-"
"Steve! I'd love to come!" He grinned. "So it's a date?"
"It's a date."

Tony
"So, Y/N, I've got these flowers and this dinner reservation and I don't know what to do with them," Tony said, sitting next to you as you shuffled through papers.
"Tony, I honestly don't have time for this. Ever since you gave me my ex's job, I've got a lot on my plate. I don't have time to find you a date," you told him, not looking up from your papers.
"What if I already found my date?"
You sighed, still looking down at your work.
"Tony, seriously, I don't have time for this-"
"Y/N, as your boss, I command that you look up at me." You shut your eyes.
"Tony Stark," you turned to face him," You can't just command people to-" Upon opening your eyes you saw a bouquet of flowers. You scowled.
"What are these?"
"Flowers."
"What are they doing in my face?"
"Asking if you'd join me on a date tonight."
You stared at Tony, a small smile creeping up your face.
"Okay. I'll shoot. What time?"
"7:00, Potts Tower."
"7:00 it is."

Thor
"Lady Y/N?" The familiar booming voice of your extraterrestrial friend filled the house. You were in you room and as soon as you heard the voice, you ran downstairs. You rushed over to Thor and shushed him.
"My nephew and nieces are asleep!" You said, smiling. Thor nodded, trying to look innocent.
"I am sorry." You opened a box of pop tarts that was sitting on the counter and stuck two in the toaster. "But I had a question for Lady Y/N." You leaned against the granite countertop.
"Well, I'm here, ask away, Muscles."
"Would you accompany me to a movie and then to a very fancy restaurant, where I will bring you flowers and we shall drink wine?" You blinked a few times at the smiling god. You waited to answer so long, that the toaster popped.
"Uh, sure. I mean, yeah! I mean, I'd love to!" You stumbled with the pop tarts.
"Are you alright? I did not intend to make you so flustered," Thor said taking one of the pop tarts.
"It's just, I've never been asked on a date before, and I didn't expect my first one to be with a god."
Thor smiled.

Bruce
It was after he became the Hulk. You had been working with him for a while before the experiment backfired. Luckily, you weren't in the room when the gamma leaked. Unluckily, Bruce was. He tried to avoid you after the Hulk emerged, but you wouldn't let him. You went with him to Kolkata, India, where your knowledge in human anatomy, organismic biology/chemistry, and cellular biology/chemistry helped you heal those who were sick and diagnose others. After he was recruited for the Avengers, and he brought you with him, you two were in the lab studying the scepter (a field which isn't your strongest). Tony was rambling about something or another, but you were busy thinking about something different. You turned to your boss.
"This may seem entirely inappropriate, but I was wondering, if we survive this war, if you would like to have tea sometime," you said before you could get nervous.
"Y/N-"
"Don't give me that monster crap, Bruce. Will you or will you not?" He gave you a sad smile.
"Sure, Y/N, I'd love to." Tony appeared behind you guys.
"Did a date just happen?" You shoved his face away from yours and laughed.

Clint
"Hey," Clint threw another punch at you, which you easily dodged,"Y/N?"
You kicked at his legs, but he jumped and punched your face. You crumpled to the ground.
"What?" You growled, spitting a little blood onto the mat. You stood again, ready to fight.
"Would you like to go out sometime?" He asked, raising his hands to protect his face. You punched his stomach and as he knelt to the ground to recover, you climbed on to his back, rolling him over and pinning him on to the floor.
"Sure!" You said as he groaned. "I'd love to."

Pietro
Pietro ran past you, blowing your hair every which way.
"Yo, Speedy McGee! I just fixed my hair. Don't go messing it up!" Pietro stopped running and looked back at you with a cocky grin.
"Who'd you fix it for, Bombshell? Me?" You grumbled a response. Pietro walked back over to you and picked up a strand of your now messed up hair.
"I like it like this." His accent was still enough to my your brain fuzzy. You blushed.
"Let's go on a date tonight. I want to see Jurassic World," he said. Your mouth fell open.
"A date?" He nodded.
"With me?" He nodded again. Shaking your head to clear your thoughts, you nodded.
"Alright. Okay."
"Good."

Sam
It was rather anticlimactic, hadn't even fazed you. You'd been expecting it for a while.
You were leaving the weekly football game, on your way to your car, when he called your name.
"Yes, Sam?" You asked, looking back.
"How's lunch sound?" You smiled.
"Lunch sounds fantastic!" He grinned and ran over to you.
You let him drive your car.

Loki
You were on guarding Loki duty.
You had fought alongside the Avengers after Loki warned you on the attack on Manhattan. They practically adopted you after that. Now, you were in charge of keeping Loki in check. Usually, the two of you just sat in your apartment and watched Disney movies. You'd gotten close, closer than you had anticipated. Recently, you spent your hours with him talking about the weirdest things. Sometimes, he even laughed at your dumb jokes.
One day, you were lounging around, far too tired to talk to anyone. He looked at your curled up position on the couch as smiled.
"We are going on a, what do the Midgardians say, date tomorrow night. You have duties again with me tomorrow, correct?" You nodded.
"Then we shall go tomorrow." You smiled at him, still exhausted.
"That sounds like fun."

James
"So, y/n, we've been running with each other for a while now, not really talking. I was wondering if I could take you out to dinner sometime. To get to know you better, of course."
It wasn't very often that you were caught off guard, but James' sudden statement was enough to do so. You looked up at him with a very confused face, continuing to run.
"Uh-" you were abruptly cut off by a large root that had grown under the path. With a yelp, you sprawled forward, earning a large gash on your knee. You rolled onto your bum, hissing slightly.
"Y/N! I'm so sorry! Are you alright?" He asked. You managed a laugh.
"I'm fine." You stood up, your leg trembling slightly. "And dinner sounds wonderful." James smiled and helped you walk home. You set a date for Saturday at 7:00.

Bucky
Tony wasn't too keen on letting Bucky walk around freely, but you convinced him that keeping Bucky cooped up wouldn't be good for him. You asked Tony how much he liked being cooped up all day in a whitewashed room with only one person to talk to. He agreed to let you take Bucky out.
You thought that the best place to show Bucky was the park. He loved that idea. You two walked around for a while, chatting about this and that, when a man came out of the bushes and wrapped an arm around your throat, pulling your backwards. He pointed a gun at Bucky. There was lust for blood in Bucky's eyes.
"Let her go." His voice was strained, as if he was fighting hard not to pounce on the guy and rip his head off.
"It's alright, James. I'll be okay," you said, the arm around your throat making it difficult to speak. Bucky didn't look too sure. As the man pulled you farther back, you brought your arm up and jabbed it as hard as you could into his gut with your elbow. His arm loosened and you managed to twist away from the head lock. Bucky stood back, eyes wide. You smacked the gun from the guy's hand, but he pulled out a knife. You dodged the first few swings and a forth only just. You landed another punch in his gut before planting a clean roundhouse kick to his chest. He stumbled backwards into a tree, where you hit him once more in the face and knocked him out. You picked up his gun and knife and threw them into the trash. Bucky grinned at you.
"Would you like to go on a date sometime?" You'd liked Bucky for a while, after spending hours upon hours with him, but never had the courage to say anything. The adrenaline pumping through your veins doused your insecurities for a brief second, long enough to ask the question.
"I think that a date would be amazing." You smiled, dusting off your hands.
"Good."

Vision
The android was growing on you. That in itself was an understatement. You knew that if anyone found out, you'd be done for. You could already hear Tony's relentless jokes, see Steve's looks of shock, feel Wanda's narrowed eyes on the back of your head. The thought of your friends thinking of you that way made you tremble. If only they knew that you had much more in common with Vision than any of them, being an android yourself. They didn't know, how could you tell them? You were more human than machine anyway, so it didn't really matter all that much anyway.
Did it?
Not until you fell almost completely head over heels for Vision.
It ate at you, everday, that you couldn't just tell him. He probably knew anyway.
There was one day when you couldn't take it anymore. You were walking alongside him, the two of you talking about quantum physics and wormholes. You were listening to him, but not hearing what he was saying.
"Vision, there's something I have to tell you," you said, blatantly interrupting him, but he didn't seem to mind.
"Do you wish to tell me that you are and android, like I am?" He asked. You grit your teeth but shook your head.
"No. I wish to tell you, ugh, human emotions are so very difficult, but I really like you and I was wondering if you'd accompany me to Tony's party tonight...as my date."
You could practically see the wires in his head working hard to process what you had said as he stared blankly at you. You but your lip, bouncing on your heels, praying that he would say yes.
"I will accompany you to Tony's party as your date, Y/N, it would be my pleasure."
It took every fiber and every wiring in your body to keep from screaming.

This ones a tad shorter. I do hope you enjoyed. Vote? Maybe comment? I'd love to hear what you have to say! Any requests? Anything I can do differently? Please let me know! And I don't mind a nice comment every now and again ;)
