Jungkook woke up to sizzling sounds in the kitchen since he's on leave. Meaning, his father didn't agree to return to work while his vacation isn't finished. He'll stay in his apartment with Seokjin plus, the second contract like before is on the line. This time, being a real couple for 1 month.

He didn't want to face Seokjin, but he needed to reconcile. All this time, the latter only wanted to love him, he did nothing wrong within their 3 years of marriage.

Seokjin hummed everytime, he did everything from cooking, cleaning, even laundry. He glanced at his phone, seeing the day today.

Laundry day.

Jungkook sighed of defeat, usually, Seokjin hung out with Hoseok every Saturday for work in 2 Seok. Now, Seokjin resigned from the company, making him free every Saturday.

He sat on the table, then he looked at the 2 chairs on his both sides. Remembering the kid's room upstairs.

"Good morning Jungkook," Seokjin greeted like nothing happened last night, but Jungkook noticed a heavy eyelid indicating that he cried over night.

"Seokjin about last night―" Seokjin held his movement and turned his gaze. Looking at him with a sad expression mark on his face.

"You don't have to worry about that, you're right, I'm not expect it to last longer. Besides, you already stood with a loveless marriage for three years. At least, for only just love me and even imagine me as Jimin, that would be fine. This is my last wish before we get separated." Jungkook didn't hesitate to hug him. Seokjin sobs as he hugs backs. He really wished that this wasn't a dream . Neither woke up to his fantasies.

"God, I hope this will last forever." The latter muttered while he cried again, he instantly released the hugs, afraid the shirt would get wet. "Sorry, we need to finished our breakfast, laundry are waiting,"

"The earlier we start, the earlier we finish." The couple eat, breakfast and did the laundry as a couple. Seokjin was happy. Doing a house choir is easy, but, boring, however, when you have a person with you it is kinda fun.

While laundry is on the spin, Seokjin and Jungkook remove all the curtains and even change the bedsheets. They also clean the children's room.

"Seokjin, if we get divorce. What are you gonna do to the apartment?" Seokjin froze to the question and he answered without any hesitation to hurt inside of him.

"Well, the house will stay. Since this apartment is my parent's gift. I'll stay here. Maybe, my parents will find a suitable husband for me." The latter answered which is true. The Kim family already knows of their incoming divorce. The father Kim decides to arrange a marriage to Seokjin to one of his friends who owns a huge Corporation in Asia.

Jungkook agrees, he doesn't want to stick to a person like him. Jimin said that he had no goals, no growth, also sticking his nose under his father who the company already owned by Kim. He becomes downcast as those words infiltrate his mind making him depressed, he's starting to doubt himself about his decision.

Then the sound of the washing bin woke up Jungkook's thoughts.

"The dryer is finished," Seokjin looked at his smartphone. "Jungkook can fold the clothes. I'm gonna cook for our lunch." Jungkook nodded and the good thing, he's with Seokjin.

This wouldn't last until a month.

Seokjin and Jungkook live as a couple even though that would be a short time. They live as a couple, enjoying themselves until the end of the month.

"You mean, you asked Jungkook to love you until the day of your divorce. Now you are both living as a partner and afterwards, you both have separate ways!" Hoseok exclaimed while sipping his latte.

Seokjin nodded and stared at his caramel macchiato. It's not his favorite coffee, but something Jungkook likes. He is curious about the taste of the coffee and he is trying it. Now, he loves to drink the flavor.

"You'll get hurt afterwards! Is that okay with you?" Hoseok asked, and noticed a hurtful sigh.

"It doesn't matter Hoseokie, as long, he's happy and I'm also happy, even though that'll hurt at the end of the day. That's alright, even, its hurts, the wound would heal. Time will come, you can see the scar, but only a reminder that you do everything for his happiness." Seokjin smiles and Hoseok contends with his decision.

"Seokjinnie is getting mature,"

Seokjin finished his shift at the restaurant and took some leftovers for their night date at the bridge.

Having a night date on the bridge became their habits and both of them loved it.

Same as Jungkook, he's always excited for their night date. Curious about Seokjin carrying food for today.

They did everything from sports, activities like playing cards, and competing with each other.

One time Jungkook was always smiling and Taehyung noticed his excitement especially when night came.

"Oh, leaving so soon!" Taehyung teases as Jungkook organizes his things plus preparing a schedule to his secretary for tomorrow's activities.

"Yeah, Seokjin and I have a date night on the bridge every night and I find that kinda fun." Taehyung sighed and pats Jungkook's shoulder.

"Give me that file, Soobin is not on his station. I'll give that before I leave." Jungkook instantly leaves the station but he holds his step as Taehyung shouts a reminder. "Don't forget the liquidation at the end of the month."

Jungkook world stops hearing those words. "W-what did you say?" The raven nervously turned his head to his best friend.

"I said, finish the company liquidation at the end of the month." Taehyung laughed, seeing his best friend being weird without knowing anything. "It's a company protocol to pass a company liquidation." He detected an uneasiness in Jungkook's face. "Jungkookie, are you alright?" Taehyung said in a calming voice, when he felt something was wrong with his friends, he told him his cute name.

Jungkook shook his head with assurance that everything is alright even though deep inside. He'll never see Seokjin ever again after a month. All of their night activities, weekends, vacations especially, the cuddling on the couch and bed will end tomorrow.
