"Are you okay Jungkook?" Jimin stood next to him and they both looked at the security guard who was loading the girls' luggage into the car. "No, hell, I'm not okay! My dad is trying to kill my pregnant girlfriend, I had to send her away, and to do that, I had to tell her things I don't mean. And now she's leaving me! I'm definitely not okay " he felt like crying as he clutched the box with the engagement ring in his pocket. Mei-Lin refused to speak to him again, and now she was leaving without even looking at him, and even though he knew he would have a chance to make things right, it hurt him terribly.

"They're only leaving for a little while, Jungkook, it's not like it's forever" Jimin patted him on the back, but Jungkook shook his head. "I hurt her, Jimin, I told her that she was being childish because she wanted us to stay together and that because of her stubbornness, I wouldn't be able to protect my child. My child, Jimin, not ours, but mine! You have no idea how she looked at me, she called me a bully and gave me back her engagement ring, she's leaving me, hyung" Jimin gasped in surprise and looked at the car where the girls were just getting in. "It'll be alright kid, Lily and Sue will calm her down and she'll know you're doing all this just to protect them. Mei-Lin loves you, she won't leave you for something like this" Jimin tried to reassure him and Jungkook really hoped he was right because he couldn't even breathe without this woman.

Jungkook had once really seen his father as some kind of hero and had a great deal of respect for him. But over the years, he had realized that the man he called his father was nothing more than a simple tyrant, not a very smart one at that, and soon the respect became indifference to him, which led to constant arguments between the two. And what annoyed Jungkook the most were his father's attempts to control his life. In fact, his father was the reason Jungkook and Yuki met and about a year into their relationship, Jungkook found out that his relationship with Yuki was a one-sided affair and it was all set up because his father wanted Yuki to stand next to Jungkook at the head of the family and by marriage unite the two groups.

Realistically, given that Jungkook was in love with Yuki at the time, or so he thought, though his feelings faded quickly after he discovered that she had been cheating on him all along, he wouldn't mind marrying her ,except he couldn't stand being lied to and being played with like a puppet. This was the last straw that turned father and son against each other, as well as the fact that one of the men Yuki had cheated on him with was his own father. But what Jungkook had felt for Yuki had nothing to do with what he now felt for Mei-Lin.

What Jungkook hadn't expected was his father not attacking him, but his allies. Mei-Lin and the girls had holed up in a cute little hotel outside of Seoul, reserved entirely for them, while his father ran rampant through the city, attacking in all directions with no real purpose. Of which Jungkook and the boys presumptuously took advantage, and now the rumor that their group was ready to prove its loyalty even against their leader's father was spreading like a bird's song, gaining them more and more powerful positions.

Jungkook wasn't sure exactly what the purpose of his father's actions was, but he wasn't complaining. It allowed him to take out his men in small groups, with minimal damage, instead of all at once, in a bloodbath, risking him or any of the others in the group to be wounded or killed. "Jungkook, look" Jimin handed him his phone over the desk and Jungkook took it, looking at an open photo. "God she's really stubborn" the picture was of Mei-Lin snuggled up in Sue's lap, hugging Jungkook's t-shirt that he didn't even know was in her luggage and crying.

"She still doesn't pick up on your calls?" Jungkook shook his head. The girls had left a week ago, and since then Mei-Lin had stubbornly refused to talk to Jungkook, prompting Lily or Sue to tell him that everything between them was over, but he could hear her crying on the other end of the line. He missed her, he missed them both, and he couldn't wait to hold her in his arms again. And then he would punish her, but first he had to remind her who she belonged to.

"Damn, this is getting on my nerves" Jimin raised an eyebrow, surprised by Jungkook's sudden outburst. "Call the others, it's time to act" Jimin nodded and left his office, returning five minutes later, accompanied by Hoseok, Namjoon, Yoongi, Taehyung and Jin. "I want a plan of attack within three days, I'm sick of cleaning up after my father's crap. Besides, I can't wait any longer, Mei-Lin could give birth any minute and I'm not about to miss the birth of my son" he stated and they all looked at each other.

"Isn't that a bit hasty?" Jungkook looked at Namjoon and shook his head. "No, hyung, I've held back until now, just out of respect for our kinship, but my father has been playing his horse long enough, being led by the nose by a greedy bitch like Yuki," he leaned forward. "My father wants me to lead the Jeon family and I plan to do just that by beating him at his own power game" he started twiddling his thumbs thoughtfully. "My father thinks he is weakening our forces by attacking us on our flanks, gather all who are willing to support us in a direct attack under our leadership, the more the more quickly and painlessly it will all be over" he ordered and looked around them, waiting for someone to protest, but only got nods of approval.

"Great, it's settled, I can't wait to get this over with and deal with the mother of my child before he's born and she can run again" he joked, though he didn't really care jokes. He couldn't wait to have her in his arms again, and he could tell by Jimin's face that he had the same thoughts when it came to Lily. "You know what to do" he leaned back in his chair and leaned his head back, closing his eyes.
