7: you should learn a lesson

She lunged into me in no time with a loud shriek. Iniwas ko ang hawak kaya parehas kaming natumba sa kama, rolling on the dusty bed.

Well, I’m not allergic to dust but they’re sort of yuckie especially now that I dragged my physical body all the way from hell. She straddled on top of me, trying her best to take her underwear. Woman, she should be happy I complimented her for wearing something sexy.

She suddenly stopped when she realized our position.

Well, little Orion down there is disturbed. Ha ha she is aware she woke up the little devil.

Flush crept through her face as she tried to get away but my arms made its way to her waist and pulled her closer. 

“Hey hey you should continue what you started Angel.”

I made a low chuckle. “Of course I am, what do you think of me, a poster? I'm a real deal, virgin whore.”

Then she choked me as she grabbed the little lace thing I have in hand. Lol, she thought she can scare me with her choking. I guess she only did that to get her undies from me.

It was like feeling a tickle on my neck. Boo, loser. I have to give up and let go of the flimsy lace.

“Stop touching my things!” Tumayo siya mula sa pagkakadagan sa akin at tinago sa likuran niya ang underwear. Too late, I had it with me all night. All her undies were nice and most of it were lace so I have to eenie meenie miney moe which underwear I would take with me.

I stood up and started touching her things, grinning like a kid. Napabuntong-hininga siya at halatang nagpipigil lamang ng galit. I love it when mortals get angry, if they do they have a tendency to commit sins and pissed daddy.

Opsie, no mentioning of daddy. “Unbelievable yes but not childish. Why do mortals like you have this bad habit of calling dad in every situation? When you’re surprised? When happy? It’s not every day I have in my best mood to make fun and bother humans. It happens once in a thousand years.

“Anong kailangan mo?” tanong niya.

Good question. “What can you offer angel?”

I looked at her, smiling sexily. I mean, everything about me screams sexy so no need to emphasize that one. Kinuha niya ang kanyang bag at naglabas ng wallet.

Oh, money. She took out some bills and handed it to me. 

“Yan lang ang meron ako, take it and leave.”

What? What am I, a petty thief? What would I do with her money? I can have whatever I want without that stupid bills. 

“Hindi ko kailangan ang pera mo. FYI angel, I’m damn rich so thanks, you should keep that,” sagot ko. Napangiwi ako nang makita ang alikabok na nasa suot kong suit. What a waste of clothes. She should start dusting now, I hate dust.

“Do you mind if I use the bathroom? I need to clean up my glorious body, your room is so dusty. I only know the best for me so do you mind unpacking and cleaning up?”

She opened her mouth to say something but closed it in loss of words. She just shot me a weird gaze as I shrugged and walked passed her and went inside hr bathroom.

FAITH

I can hear the sound of the shower hitting the floor along with his whistle. What’s with this man? Why is he so annoying and why is he here? I only knew him recently, I thought he’s from my subconscious mind but actually he is real ar nakipag-usap pa siya sa mommy ko.

“Hey angel, do you mind passing me your bath essentials? Maybe some mint flavor body wash--”

“Wala akong ganoon!” I shouted from the outside.

To my surprise, he opened the bathroom door and showed up. Agad akong napatalikod nang bumaba ang paningin ko, and I stopped on his stomach before my eyes could see something I am not supposed to see.

Dear lord, what’s with that amazing abdomenal muscles? He had some tattoos all over him but his skin looks so smooth like he invested a lot to maintain it that way. Thank god I stopped before I could see below.

“What, you have no bath essentials? What do you even lather yourself up when you bath? Your lady juices?”

I cringed when I heard him spoke. Everything that comes out his mouth seemed so taboo that I chose not to listen.

“I have soap and body wash but not mint flavor!” sagot ko sa kanya. “Please... please close the door.”

I heard him chuckled. “Why? Afraid to see the devil?”

“Just please..”

“Alright virgin whore, now pass me your bath essentials.”

I moved fast as I could, rummaging through my luggage to find my things. Paatras na inabot ko iyon sa kanya, tossing it to his direction before he could play a prank and make me touch things I shouldn’t be touching. Given his playfulness na wala sa lugar, hindi malabong gawin niya iyon.

I didn’t hear the sound of my things hit the floor so I assumed he catch it. 

He made a low disappointed sound. “No fun.”

“Please hurry--”

“Join me?”

“Orion!”

“Just kidding virgin whore, fine fine fine I won’t insist. Make sure the bed’s ready when I come out of the bathroom, okay?” Then I heard the sound of the closing door, the sound of the shower resumed as well as his whistling.

Saka lamang ako humarap sa pinto at hindi makapaniwalang napatingin doon. What is wrong with him?! At anong sabi niya? Balak niya bang magtagal pa sa kwarto ko? Baka next week ay bumalik na ang roommate kong si Alison, at least I’ll have a reason to sue him away.

The moment I was done changing my bed sheets and pillow cases, I heard him call me from the bathroom.

“Angeeeel!”

My brows furrowed as I turned to the bathroom door. “Ano?”

“Towel! I need clean towels, soft ones okay?”

Oh god please.

Huwag ko kaya siyang bigyan? Ako din ang kumontra sa naiisip ko. I was afraid he’ll walk out the bathroom naked! Mabilis na binuksan ko ang maleta at inilabas ang bagong towel.

“Here!” sabi ko at tumalikod.

“Well, thank you!” Tinanggap niya iyon at muling nagsalita. “Just one? How about for my hair? Come on angel, every part of me deserves the best.”

Napabuga ako ng hangin at padabog na bumalik sa harap ng maleta ko. I took another towel and tossed it to him, thank goodness he tied the first towel on his waist. He started drying his hair and was amazed to see the bed done.

“Well, wow!” he tossed his coat and  shirt on the bed. Mabilis na tumalikod ako. I can hear the shuffling sound as he wore his pants and then he tossed the towel on the floor and threw himself on the bed!

This guy!

“Orion, umalis ka sa kama ko!”

He sat up, looking at me with wide eyes. Why does he have a pair of beautiful eyes? “Kama mo? How about that one?” He asked, pointing on the vacant bed.

“That’s Alison’s.”

He nodded and resumed drying his hair, then whipped his head back to me. “Who’s Alison?”

“Roommate ko.”

“Ah, you share a room with someone.”

“Of course--”

“Well, let’s tossed her out.”

“What?!” Natampal ko ang noo. How did I even last a minute talking with him? He’s a total headache. “Wala ka bang bahay?”

“I do have, it’s nice and huge. Wanna come with me?”

Itinaas ko ang isang kilay. “Saan?”

“To my home. In hell.”

Napailing ako. He must be out of his mind.

He pouted at me. “You still don’t believe I am the devil, do you?”

“Binisita mo rin ba si doctor Montgomery kaya nasa clinic ka kanina?” tanong ko. He must be there for some sessions because I certainly think he needs one!

“What am I gonna do with an old woman who had a faulty sex life? Sorry angel, not interested with overused pussies.”

Napatakip ako sa tenga ko. He is unbearable! “But you are certainly someone who needs professional help. Alam mo, sabi ng mga article na nababasa ko, mahirap daw talaga sa simula na tanggapin ang serbisyo nila--”

He snorted at me. “I am Lucifer the devil, what’s hard to understand?”

“Ikaw! Can you just leave, feeling ko masisiraan ako ng ulo sa’yo--”

“So how do I prove that to you?”

“Ha?” Natitigilang tanong ko.

“Think of a way angel,” he grinned. “Oh, I have an idea, I am Lucifer and that means I am immortal. Shoot me. Do you have a gun?”

Napangiwi ako sa kanya. Siguro kaya niya ‘yon sinuggest ay dahil sigurado siyang wala akong baril. I guess he thought I’m too dumb to see through his tactics. “Why would I possess a gun?”

His grin faded instantly, realizing I figured out his trick. “Oh, I didn’t think of that. Or maybe you could stab me few times.”

What? Ayoko nga! I cannot just stab people because I know that’s wrong. Why would I stab him for no reason? Kahit gaano pa niya ako kulitin, I cannot bring myself to stab people!

“You’re crazy.”

He lie flat on his back as he think of another way. He still didn't wear his shirt so he was topless. On my bed. “Or you could jerk me off angel, I cum gold.”

“You!” I gritted my teeth and prevented myself to say something horrible. I’ve never ever said something horrible to anyone all my life.

“Well, that leaves you to believe me when I say I am the devil. If you really want proof, go die and I’ll welcome you to hell...”

Hindi ko na pinakinggan ang sinabi niya at muling nagtakip ng tainga. He must be making fun of my mental health. Why does he keeps on telling me unbelievable things? At ano, kapag naniwala ako ay kompirmasyon nga iyon na nasisiraan ako ng bait?

“Orion, can you just leave?”

He shook his head and sat up, pulling something from the back pocket of his pants. “No, I like it here. My sluts in hell do not have this sexy thing up their asses.”

He had another of my underwear in his pocket!

That’s it! This is getting out of control he is invading my privacy in a perverted way! Nakakuyom na lumapit ako sa kanya at hinablot ang hawak niya. He had the audacity to twirl my underwear with his fingers!

Okay, that was mean. It was awful. I know how everyone can be sensitive kapag usapang pamilya. I've never said something as awful as that in my entire life at dinamay ko pa ang pamilya niya.

But it was too late to say sorry about it.

I saw how his eyes turned dark and thin, like of a serpent. Gone was the childish annoying grin, at napalitan iyon ng delikadong ngisi. A grin which is telling me I've crossed the line.

"What do you even know about me and my dickhead dad huh?"

In a split second, he managed to flipped us over. Now he's on top of my while I catch my breath as he started to strangle me!

"What now angel? You rubbed me the wrong way. Don't say it's my fault if I'm way sensitive over that matter huh? You little slut should learn a lesson or two." Something dark flashed behind his eyes before he took it more forceful to choke me.

It was so painful that I think I couldn't last more than a second. Before I totally lost consciousness, tila may nakakasilaw na ilaw mula sa likuran niya. It was so bright that I couldn't bear to look at it.

And there was a cracking sound like bones being crushed.

Probably MY bones.

And everything turned black.
