4: I'm more than mean

Her eyes started to water as her hand gripped on mine like she's begging me to let go. No woman must die for 1) she annoys me this much 2) she made me do good deed, hey I am the devil, how dare her tarnish my reputation? 3) she is seriously annoying 4) she's better off dead 5) I don't know I just feel like killing her, she wanted it anyway 6) why the fuck she's annoying?! 7) her room is as boring as her 8) oh fuck she's about to be cry and that's really annoying!

I abruptly let go of her neck at bumagsak siya sa sahig habang hinahabol ang kanyang paghinga. She coughed few times and looked at me with disbelief in her eyes.

"Y-you tried to kill me!" she said, fumbling on her words.

I fixed my hair and sat comfortably on her bed. "No big deal, I kill a lot of people every second."

She opened her mouth to say something but no words come out. She's still annoying me with the way her hair dishevelled and tears sprung on her eyes. She sob silently and I shouldn't feel guilt about it but damn, why do I feel something?

Tumayo ako at kinuha ang tumbler niya na may lamang tubig, binuksan iyon at inabot sa kanya. "Here."

She stopped sobbing only to stare at me.

See? Annoying! "What?" I asked with a brow arched. Nalipat sa tumbler niya ang kanyang tingin, and then she had that look on her face.

Oh crap, I'm out of my character again. So I smirked at binuhos ang tubig na laman ng tumbler sa kanya. I tossed the tumbler on the floor at napasinghap na lamang siya.

"Y-you! You're so mean!"

I tapped the bed, enjoying the softness of her mattress. "Believe me sweetheart, I'm more than mean."

Tumayo siya at kumuha ng tuwalya at pinunasan ang sarili. Nahiga naman ako sa kama niya at pinanuod siya sa ginagawa.

Bumangon ako sa kama at binuksan ang kanyang bintana. It's a high place and if human will face from such distance, malamang bali-baling buto ang aabutin.

Nang lumingon ako sa kanya ay may kausap na siya sa telepono at nirereport ako. Why the fuck is she describing me?

Bigla siyang natakot nang makitang nakatingin ako sa kanya. She dropped her phone amd stepped backward.

"What was that?" tanong ko.

"U-umalis ka na..."

"What's in it for me?" nakangising tanong ko. I love how scared she look. This is what I want, people scared of me. I want them to be scare of me than dad himself. And no, dad is nowhere in this narrative. Little angel here is scared of me, I like that.

"Alright," pagsuko ko. "But expect me to be back here tomorrow and hopefully before I arrived, you've made up your mind of killing yourself. Got that?"

"Ano?!"

"C'mon angel, I know you heard me."

"Bold of you to think I did that on purpose, duh. Anyway, I'm leaving, tomorrow you should be dead and I'll drag your ass down to hell as I figured out how you could be of use to me. I winked and poof, I was back to my empire.

When I blinked my eyes open, I was back to my original form. Unicorn was in front of me, looking worried.

"Master it took you longer than usual, may nangyari po ba?" tanong niya. Oh nosy ugly unicorn.

"No, nothing. I just bumped with some little annoying rat up in the human realm. Hey, you still plan right? What am I supposed to do at this hour?"

Ugly unicorn scanned in his planner. "It's your leisure time master."

"Good," I said and sat comfortably. "Now call my sluts, I need someone to play."

Unicorn didn't have to do that. Hundreds of succubi rushed towards the hall in their noisy squeal of excitement. I tried to search if any of them has good rack and bottom than little angel up there but none.

This is boooring.

"I change my mind," I told my sluts. "I'm not playing with you so get lost."

I woke up feeling a heavy body on top of me. My breathing was restrained at nang buksan ko ang mga mata, nakapatong sa akin si Orion at sinasakal na naman ako!

Ilang beses akong napaubo at halos lumuwa na ang mata. He didn't even hesitate to choke me for a second! He looks nothing but someone so frightening. Hindi siya mukhang tao sa paningin ko nang mga sandaling sinasakal niya ako.

I was losing consciousness when I felt him throw me towards the floor. I rolled and catch my breath at ilang beses na napaubo.

"Boo, you're no fun to kill," he sulked and sat on the side with a pout. I tried to move away ngunit tila wala akong lakas. Napaluha na lamang ako dahil sa takot. "This is so boring. Hey angel, got any suggestion what to do?"

Anong tinawag niya sa akin?

Inipon ko ang natitirang lakas at bumangon sa kama. I opened my mouth to scream for him but he smirked at me.

"Ah-ah-ah," he sang in his singsong voice. "No calling of mommy or daddy or stupid cops. Just ease my boredom."

Anong nangyayari? Paanong tila walang boses na lumalabas sa bibig ko? I tried to scream again ngunit sumakit na lamang ang lalamunan ko ay wala pa ring lumalabas na tunog ang sigaw ko.

"A-anong ginawa mo?" I asked with fear as I stepped away from him.

"I did nothing, now any suggestion?" he asked, eyeing me with curious looks. "Aha, wanna bang?"

I opened my mouth to say something about his awful attitude ngunit sa takot ko na baka tangkain na naman niya akong patayin ay isinara ko na lamang ang bibig ko.

He pouted at me. "By that, you look like a fish by the way. So what do you think of my idea?"

Minasahe ko ang batok at napailing. Maybe he's a psycho who escaped asylum. "Orion, gabi na. Siguro mas mabuting umuwi ka na muna kung saan ka man."

He's here last night too and in a blink of an eye, bigla na lamang siyang nawala. And now he's back out of nowhere. Ano ba talaga siya?

I've figured out my resisting would do no effect him. Ang malala pa niyan ay baka mainis siya sa akin at patayin ako gaya ng ginawa niya kanina. If I can convince him to leave tonight, I may worry less if he comes again tomorrow. Kailangan kong gumising nang maaga upang maireport ang pangyayaring ito sa mga pulis and maybe they can impose a restraining order.

"So? There's no day or night in hell." Then he grinned like he had an amazing idea. "Oh you can sleep if you want to. Let's just pretend I have the slightest idea not to smother you in your sleep."

Napabuntong-hininga ako dahil sa sinabi niya. There's a big possibility he will kill me in my sleep! Kapag naiisip iyon ay natatakot lamang ako lalo.

Suddenly, a knock on the door echoed on my room. Nanlaki ang mga mata ko at nagpalipat-lipat ang tingin sa pinto at kay Orion. He just grin like a kid at me.

"Faith? Nandiyan ka ba?" It was my mom! If he see me with a guy in my room, I'm doomed!

If I report Orion's presence, malaki ang posibilidad na dalawa kaming patayin niya!

"Papasok ako."

Before I could jump towards the door, binuksan na ni mommy ang pinto at pumasok. I froze on my track as I looked at Orion, comfortably lying on his back in the middle of my bed.

"I-ikaw pala Mommy..."

"Okay ka lang ba?" she asked in a worried voice at lumapit sa akin. Her smile told me she had an idea of what happened about my relationship with Jack except the part that I almost committed suicide. Almost.

Ha? Hindi man lamang siya nagulat na may lalaki sa kama ko? Nang mapatingin ako kay Orion ay naroon pa rin ang nakakalokong ngisi niya.

"Okay lang po ako." Ngumiti ako nang pilit at nag-isip ng paraan kung paano ko maipapaliwanag ang presensya ni Orion. "About the—"

"Matulog ka na okay?" she said caressing my cheeks.

Ha? Hindi man lang na itatanong ang tungkol sa estranghero— well she looks like she cannot see him.

She turned to me with a smile. "Yes?"

Now Orion was giving me teasing grins. This guy is so annoying to the bones!

"Do you see anyone in my room?" Napakunot ang noo niya at tila nagtaka sa tanong ko. I tried to elaborate my question. "I mean, may nakikita ka bang ibang tao sa kwarto ko?"

There was a glint of sadness in her eyes. Lumapit ulit siya sa akin at hinalikan ang noo ko. "We will see a doctor tomorrow, okay? Goodnight Faith."

Napasinghap ako nang lumabas siya ng kwarto. Now she thinks I badly need to see a shrink. Napaupo ako sa sahig at niyakap ang mga tuhod. My tears rushed to my eyes as I started to weep. I just feel so sad because of what I've become.

"Hey hey angel, anong problema?" tanong ni Orion.

Maybe mom's right. Wala ako sa tamang pag-iisip kung kaya't kung anu-ano at kung sinu-sino ang mga nakikita ko.

Orion sat on the floor, next to me. "Oh, you mad?"

I still opt to ignore him.

"Hey hey, I shouldn't be neglected!" he whined like a kid.

Nang iangat ko ang ulo ko ay bahagya siyang natigilan nang makitang umiiyak ako. "Uh-uh, crybaby."

"Please, umalis ka na? Gusto kong mapag-isa." If I'm really seeing things, maybe I can talk to him and at least leave me even for tonight hanggang sa tuluyan na akong mapagamot kung sakaling may problema na nga ako sa pag-iisip.

I started weeping, thinking of what my life has become. Ilang sandali ay naramdaman ko ang mahinang tapik niya sa balikat ko as if he's trying to console me.
