(Izuku is seen sitting on his throne as he watches Cybertron CIty's population rising.)

Izuku: Hmm... I guess I'll need to expand my city.

(Then he uses a communicator.)

Izuku: Call Shockwave here.

(Shockwave comes in.)

Shockwave: Yes, my lord?

Izuku: Shockwave... I've been thinking about expanding my city.

Shockwave: Why don't you merge it with the Dragon Continent, sir?

Izuku: Dragon Continent?

Shockwave: Yes, it's where various powerless and faunus are located.

Izuku: Okay, that looks like a good suggestion. Since there will be faunus in that Dragon Continent, I'll be bringing Sienna with me. She is always focused on bringing equality between humans and faunus.

Shockwave: (nods) Right.

(Meanwhile at Union Academy, the headmasters are seen discussing about the recent events.)

Gal Might: How did Izumi and the others become so reckless?

Neza: Her disobedience could have cost her dearly.

Olivia: Good thing All For One doesn't know about this.

Sera: Unlike us Union Heroes, Izuku and his Decepticons aren't something All For One would be likely to mess with.

Michaella: I just hope nobody else tries something stupid.

Jennifer: I heard he has some advanced technology in his hands. I'm planning to understand it.

Najenda: I wonder what he's doing now...

Tsunade: The ANBU searched around Union Square, where he was last seen, but it looks like he...

Superwoman: Returned to Cybertron City. Class 1-A got lucky Izuku didn't let that Decepticon kill them.

Inko: Then what should we do?

Gal Might: He will return to us, Inko. I promise.

Neza: (in mind) He isn't easily convinced, considering that he knows how the rest of our society proved to truly be once Izumi and the others invaded his city. We're underestimating his power completely.

Winter: (gets a message) Alright, we have a possible location where Megatron is heading to.

Gal Might: Where?

Winter: The Heroes Commission has been monitoring the movements of powerless groups that formed. They sent undercover heroes within each group, now, the biggest group is here, in Japan.

Jennifer: Where in Japan?

Winter: The Dragon Continent, an abandoned land where some faunus and powerless go to escape.

Inko: So he's heading where the powerless populate.

Gal Might: Let's see what he's doing.

(On the Dragon Continent, 550 people are seen moving to a village. Among them were four heroes sent by the hero commission to find and bring Izuku to Union. Suddenly a familiar jet is seen, and Sienna gets out of it as the jet changes to Megatron.)

Sienna: Faunus and Humans gathered in Dragon Continent, we're glad to have found you. From this day on, you'll be under our protection.

Faunus 1: Sienna Khan?

Citizen 1: Megatron?

Megatron: Yes, we're here to expand Cybertron City, and at the same time to give you home and anything you need. You are welcome to become citizens of Cybertron City.

Citizen 2: What about the others?

Sienna: Lord Megatron may have power, but he is more human than those who believe to be gods because of their powers.

Faunus 2: How can we survive if we join Cybertron City?

Megatron: The choices you make is your very own. Cybertron City can become the new home for all those who suffered in the past. You will be rewarded for joining us, and we can forge a new golden era for humanity.

Citizens/Faunus: YEEEEEEEEEEAAAHHH!

Hero 1: We need to report this.

Hero 2: Agreed.

Sienna: But before that, we seem to have some unwanted guests.

(Suddenly a blonde girl stabs one of the four heroes.)

Hero 3: The hell?

(Megatron pulverizes two of the four heroes, and then Sienna wraps her chains around the fourth hero's neck.)

Megatron: The Hero Commission sent their own heroes to their death.

Citizens: We will join you and become Citizens of Cybertron City.

(Then Megatron snaps his fingers, and then verious vehicons come in as they start building new homes for the citizens. Then he turns to the blonde girl.)

Megatron: Who are you?

????: My name is Himiko Toga, and I'd be honored to join Cybertron City.

Megatron: Really?

(Toga nods with a smile.)

Megatron: Very well, welcome to Cybertron City.

(Three hours later.)

(A New Cybertron City is built and the citizens cheer for Megatron as the screen fades out.)
