(As he hears the music, he starts dancing until he sees some people robbing a shop.)

Izuku: Someone is up to no good, huh?

(Then Izuku transforms into Megatron, and the robbers notice him.)

Robber 1: It's Megatron.

Robber 2: Get him!

(Megatron simply swats each one of the robbers like flies, and this draw the attention of a brown and pink hair girl with a somewhat elegant suit, a parasol and a hat. She places a device in her own neck and speaks.)

????: Okay... get him!

Megatron: (scoffs) You'll need more than mere henchmen to bring down the mighty Megatron!

(Then Megatron blasts each one of the robbers into pieces, much for the girl's surprise.)

????: Well, you're worth every cent. Really, you are.

Megatron: So, you wanna fight, or you're just gonna stand around?

(The girl then gestures Megatron to charge at her, but he simply blasts her.)

Megatron: Too easy.

(Then he hears a giggle, and suddenly sees the same girl in a rooftop as she uses the parasol to glide and lands on her feet.)

????: I was just testing you.

(This confuses Megatron.)

????: I can create illusions with my semblance.

Megatron: So that's how you survived...

????: Well, yeah... you see, I just did this to draw the attention of this city's hero, which is you, of course.

Megatron: So you know I am considered a hero in this city.

????: Indeed.

Megatron: What about the thing in your neck?

????: This? I use this to communicate with my subordinates and speak with people.

Megatron: I see...

????: By the way, I am Neo.

Megatron: I am Megatron.

Neo: Megatron... can you show your human form again?

(Megatron gets confused.)

(Megatron sighs and reverts back to Izuku.)

Izuku: Okay, what now?

(Suddenly Neo approaches Izuku while swaying her hips, and then she places a hand on his cheek. Both stare at each other's eyes, and suddenly Neo kisses Izuku in the lips. Izuku got shocked about being kissed by a girl, but kisses back.)

Izuku: (in mind) I never kissed a girl before. Her kiss tastes like ice cream.

Neo: (in mind) His lips feel so good.

(Then they break the kiss and blush at each other.)

Izuku: It was nice.

Neo: Same.

(Then they exchange smiles)

(Meanwhile in Union City, the students, the staff and the pro heroes are seen at Union Academy discussing about Cybertron City.)

Olivia: We're grateful that you all could arrive here. Now the reason why we called you here is about a certain city.

Izumi: You're talking about Cybertron City, right?

Neza: Indeed, we heard that the city is a place where humans, faunus and other species are apparently coexisting.

Ruby: And who rules this Cybertron City?

Seras: The ruler of Cybertron City is actually Megatron.

(Everyone gets shocked, especially Izumi and her friends.)

Isabella: Whatever this Megatron holds, he seems promising. Maybe I can defeat him, and then rape him, becoming the Harem Queen.

Seras: I wouldn't try it if I were you. This Megatron has killed many powered warriors, half of them are even more powerful than you. Don't let your arrogance get the better of you, Isabella.

(Isabella shrinks as Seras scolds her.)

Najenda: Who is he, Gal Might?

Asia: (shocked) Is that true?

Olivia: Apparently, yes. We asked for Recovery girl to check all of the patient files, and only one male was diagnosed with a quirk.

Izumi: Onii-chan...

Akame: Hmm... Izuku, huh?

Najenda: And that's not all. If someone disturbs the harmony between the people in that city, Megatron or Izuku deals with him or her personally. And in most of cases, he kills the one who breaks Cybertron City's laws.

Olivia: That's not the worst part of it, people in Cybertron City actually consider Izuku a hero.

Tanya: If he's got a quirk, why didn't he enroll in Union Academy? And besides, killing is wrong! A hero must not take a being's life regardless of the actions.

Olivia: We must not force anyone's hand, Tanya. We will visit Cybertron City, and talk with him. And it will be up to him to decide if he wants to leave Cybertron City or not.

Jiro: We all know that he won't leave Cybertron City. It's HIS town and HIS people we're talking about.

Neza: I'm afraid you're right about this, Jiro.

Olivia: The meeting will be adjourned until further notice.

(Then everyone except for the headmasters leave the room.)

Ruby: Izumi, why didn't you talk about your brother?

Izumi: Because he left the house once he found out that he's the reincarnation of this... Megatron.

Tanya: Can't blame him, Megatron was a feared villain.

Katsumi: Well, it doesn't matter. We'll reunite with Izuku and marry him.

Shoka: You are crazy? He's the reincarnation of the most powerful villain in history. If he wanted, we'd be dead already.

Momo: Shoka is right, it's very risky to fight him.

Weiss: And why do you think Olivia said it was up to him whether he comes with us or not? (sighs) Not even Ruby is this stupid...
