-Medyo na-anxious ako sa mga sasabihin ko since gusto kong blunt talaga. Yung totoo, walang halong pangsugarcoat sa mga sasabihin kasi gusto ko talagang makatulong. Na-anxious ako kasi baka magalit sila sakin and magbackfire lahat ng sinabi ko since dati rin naman akong naging katulad nila. Hahaha. Tinatamad magedit ng stories and such kaya nung nagjudge ako, napaisip-isip ako at ni-republish ko yung MSAM ko. 😂 I had to revise it. Gano'n. Baka sabihin nila na, "Hala... Grabe siya kung makasabi ng ganito pero yung story niya ganito lang naman." Parang gano'n. It's not that I'm thinking na masama ugali nila, but I want to reflect as well, parang gano'n.
➡️Message to WSAwards2018:
-Maganda po 'tong ginagawa niya. Sana ipagpatuloy niyo pa po itong ganitong platforms. Nakakatulong kayo sa mga writers na ma-improve ang story nila and ma-discover yung mga stories na maganda naman talaga pero underrated since onti lang nagbabasa. Bukod pa do'n, naghahatid kayo ng saya sa iba, and natututo ng attitude ang mga writers (friendly competition, sportsmanship, etc.) and naeencourage rin sila na ipagpatuloy ang stories at ang pagsusulat.
➡️Suggestion: If may mga time intervals like naghihintay ng pag-judge ng iba, maybe you can set games for the participants, para mas maging active siya. 😅 Not sure if it will help, but I tried.

➡️Message to WSAwards2018: Salamat sa mga admins kasi kung hindi dahil sa award na 'to, hindi ako makakakilala ng ibang wattpader at hindi ako maka-discover ng mga undiscovered writers na magandang gumawa ng stories. Sana magtagal pa 'to. Iyong tipong may season 2 pa. Hindi lang 2, kundi 3, 4, 5 and so on... 👍👍
➡️Suggestion: Sa final round, bigyan mo sila ng task, like gumawa ng new one-shot/story (depende sa genre) na kayo magbigay ng plot or bigyan sila pagpipilian na gawan ng story. This is to test kung gaano sila kagaling mag-isip para makabuo ng unique at magandang idea. 👌

➡️Why you decide to be a judge of AFO?
Una kasi akala namin dati kukulangin ang mag jujudge kaya sumali ako 😂. Pero isa din naman sa mga reasons ko ay dahil gusto ko magbasa at makatulung sa mga kagaya ko na undiscovered writer. I want them to have the best chance for exposure and get the recognition they deserve. Chos. Ang drama ko. Another thing dahil judgemental akong tao kaya ako nag judge 😂😂😂✌.
➡️Struggles you encounter in judging a story:
Siguro 'yong procrastination ko talaga ang pinakamahirap. Palagi ko pinagpapabukas ang pagbabasa sorry po. Buti na lang talaga masigasig si founder sa pag remind sa deadlines.

Another thing was school. Kasi ayoko talaga magbasa kapag nasa public place ako. IDK why. Siguro nahihiya ako na baka silipin ng mga intregera kong friends at malaman nila na may wattpad stories din ako.

Last ay ang pagkikritik. I tried so hard to be a nice judge. Kasi ayoko naman na imbes na matulungan ang mga participants ay maging dahilan pa ako bakit mawalan sila ng drive magsulat. Mahirap iyon especially kapag may mga kelangan ka talaga i-correct sa story or kapag hindi ma recieve ng author ang opinion mo as a constructive criticism.

MARAMING SALAMAT!  Naging sobrang uplifting talaga ng experience ko bilang isang admin, judge, at mentor sa org na ito. Hindi ko din inasahan na aabot sa ganito ang success ng org. Salamat talaga sa lahat ng mga members, from the judges, mentors, editors, admins, at mga participants!  Especially kay Founder na talagang utak ng lahat ng ito.

Giving a good feedbacks in a nice way. I'm not use of giving a harsh negative feedbacks to any writers. And lastly, it struggles me since it's my first time.
➡️Message:
First of all I want to thank all admin in AFO for giving me an opportunity to judge. I admit it's hard tho, it isn't easy to look for errors and judge it since all of it was wonderful. Every author has its own way to make their story extraordinary. Maybe some participants thought that judges were professionals? Well I'm an amateur writer. I'm not perfect and things really goes tough when we've thinking of a conflict for our stories. Hehehe! So to all writers out there, IFY! To my teen fiction contestant, THANK YOU! I've learned a lot from you guys! AFO thank you again. ❤️ Mahal ko kayo! 😘
