they end up having one more kid after 3 years and her name is alice averi. i have no shame in the fact that their aunt's name is also alice, as reese and alice get together [but never marry]. the name fits the pattern [classic literature names] and they definitely call her averi.

i can't believe y'all have stuck with me through the emotional roller coaster that is this fic. it was originally supposed to be finished by september. but somehow i lost the fire, but i got it back. also, buddy, the little boy aves' cancer was inspired by, is now cancer free and on month 10 post-diagnosis [9 months is normally the life expectancy]. this is officially goodbye. minus any bonus chapters posted in "ready for it".
