We were about five and a half hours in and shots came from the front so we took the back end, then two men came from the woods and I shot one as you went to kill the other he already hit your right side and the bullet whent right in and came out the other end, as you went to touch it you could see the other man going down and throwing a small boma and you jumped and covered me and then you slipt from me.

By now James has tears in his eyes.
