What she remembered most about the boy her whole life was his will to protect. His friends, family, everyone he held dearly.

Including the little girl he had just met.

It didn't take much to see how much he cared about her, he stuck up for her and never let anything hurt her. They fought once in a while, but that wasn't something that bothered either of them.

It lasted a week, in the amount of time, you wouldn't expect much. Maybe them to be decent friends, nothing more.

Now the little girl was grown up. 18 that day, or the day that her new family had decided to make her birthday.

The family didn't consist of much. Just two elders and her. They had found her on the street. She didn't remember anything up from the moment she had taken out the deadly creature, to the time the couple had found her asleep on the side of the road.

She had grown up well considering the circumstances, and to the other boys that grew up with her, quite beautiful. Though she never really went outside and she was taught by her 'father' Jedediah.

The girl still goes by the name she was given in that place and prefers to be called Eleven them a nickname of any sort. She always says it's because she doesn't like being called that, but her mother, Elizabeth, never believed that.

When she had the courage to show her powers to the older couple at age 15, they were quite surprised. Jedediah refused to leave his room until he wrapped his head around it. Soon enough however, they came to trust it, and helped her grow with them. 'It would protect her in any situation.' They would say.

Now Eleven got the hair she always wanted to have. It started growing fast and she got her first haircut at age 16. Despite it all, she likes to cover it with a baseball cap, to keep it out of her face. Who knows. She even talked about shaving it off again.

Here's the sad part, near the end of 16 she was diagnosed with depression. Maybe because of her past or her fear of the future, but it was a struggle that she had to deal with. She rated in bed for what seemed like forever. She didn't even want her favorite food. Eggo's

Since then she was set on finding the group of friends that were the first to pull her out of her funk in the first place, she found some leads, but not much. Soon, before she turned 18, she found Nancy Wheeler, who lived down the street, she didn't even recognize her since she hadn't been living there all that long. Nancy was thrilled to know Eleven was back, she gave Eleven the address to her old house, explaining that Mike still lived there. She didn't say much else, except that she wouldn't call him, that she wanted it to be a surprise. Though Eleven now delt with the depression, she was grateful.

Now, you may wonder why you are here in the first place. Well? To see their story. What, you think it's gonna be- they meet again, they play dungeons and dragons with the gang and happy endings all around? What kind of story is like that?
