~ No, I didn't. The Bet is published by Pop Fiction, under Summit Books, from Summit Media.

My book doesn't have a bookmark. Can I return it?

~ The bookmark is inside the book.

When there really isn't a bookmark, you can return it to the store where you bought it and tell them about it.

Is the published version of The Bet complete?

~ Of course.
