"Good girl Ellie" I said. Ellie was a special dog of mine that I adopted from Jakob. I am only 15 and was living on my own. I heard many things about Ellie as a search and rescue dog and saved many people. I took her to my search and rescue work place where I work cause Ellie needs to be back on track with her job. I put on my uniform and put on Ellie's search collar and we went out to Find. "Ellie I never been on a copper before well only once but you can handle it"I said and my boss told me what we had to find. "we revive a call that a kid has sneak out of their house and is lost in the woods somewhere but don't worry Peggy you will be fine with your dog" he said. Peggy was my name I got from my foster family not my real family. I went on the copper with Ellie and we headed off into the woods of the town. Me and Ellie got of and we were greeted by the police. "Well hello Peggy I see you were alert here". "Who is the victim" I ask, he handed me a picture of the person and also a headband that she lost, the victim is a girl name Coco. "Ok Ellie Find!" I let go of her leash and she took off as I follow her. It took Ellie about a few minutes but we found her. "Excuse me are you Coco"? I ask the girl ,"I am apart of the search and rescue and this is my dog Ellie"

The girl said "I am indeed Coco the only reason why I went out in the woods was because my brother was gone for weeks and I came here to find him". The police were here already, i told them that we had found Coco and we had to find her brother who was 9. "Find!" I told Ellie and we took off. We had found Coco brother stuck in a tree. "That is a long fall if he jumped he will die", I said. I had to do this myself cause I did firefighting for a year now so I can climb the tree. I put on my climbing gear and went up the tree. It was scary at first since I used to have a fear of heights but I did not look down and I got Coco younger brother out of the tree. "Miss Peggy you did a wonderful job" one of the officers told me. "Thanks I am only 15 but I can do my job with Ellie". Then all of the sudden I got shot in the arm. I saw a man running away and I told Ellie to find the man that's shoot me and to pin him down. I fell down holding my bloody arm. Soon I was in the hospital, my arm was in some bandages and it will heal up in about 5 to 6 weeks. I couldn't work but Ellie was there with me durning the weeks. My neighbor Chris came over to check on me.

"How you feeling?" Chris asked me, "I am fine but I did miss work for 4 weeks now". "Well if you need anything I am right next door" he said. I was in love with Chris and was the same age as me but he had to do house chores for other people cause he was living alone too like me. My arm healed after the 6 weeks and I went back to get stitches, they really really hurt. I was back to work with Ellie and this time we had to find people who are still alive in a burning fire. "Boss that seems dangerous and i only done this once"

I said. "Don't worry Peggy you do not have to go in the fire just when the fire is put out but for today you have to find this boy". "Ok" I said and went on the copper.

Work was getting harder for me but we were done and me and Ellie went home to see Chris. "Hey Chris how was school" I asked him since I only go to school on Tuesdays and Thursday's. "It was fine Peggy besides I have a big math project were we take what we learn and put it in a video". "Can I help you since we are in the same grade together."? Chris and I are now in High School and I am with him in every class. "Yeah sure" he said. I wasn't lying when I said I am in love with Chris. After the project was done I said to Chris "Chris do you wanna go out with me as friends" "yeah sure you wanna do it tomorrow" he said and I said yes. It was the weekend and I went to get dress for our hang out. " I don't know Ellie should I dress fancy"? This was my chance to hang out with Chris but he doesn't mind my clothes he only like me for who I am. I put on a red dress and did my hair and makeup. "Ellie how do I look do I look great"? Ellie bark and I can tell she was saying i am beautiful. I went outside to wait for Chris, he said he will pick me up at 7:00. He was there on time with his red hot car. "Ready to go Peggy?" He asked me and I said yes.

He didn't tell me where we were going but we pulled up at a beautiful fancy place, Chris helped me out of his car. "Welcome to Royal Steakhouse" said Chris, "Chris wow you really did do this just for me, you are so kind". Ellie was barking in the car and I told Ellie that I will be back and put her in a sit stay. We walk into the Steakhouse and omg it was so fancy, our waiter has a table ready for us upstairs, we followed him and it was a private room with a balcony and a two person table. "Chris did you do all of this just for me!" I said man he must really love me is what I was thinking since we both have a crush on each other but I didn't tell him that. We had the most fun ever and Chris took me home. "See ya around" he said and went back to his house. I took off Ellie leash and her collar. I was glad I adopt her because she was so sweet. I went to bed, put on my nightgown and went to sleep. I dream of Chris.

Chapter 2

I went to school on Monday because I had the day off, I saw Chris with a different girl. At that point I was really tick off and went to class. After class I talk to my former partner who work with me Ashely, and I was still tick off when I talked to her. "I didn't know Chris has a girlfriend Ashely, I am still tick". "Peggy calm down you are overreacting" "I know but I thought Chris loved me" Ashely said to me not to worry about it, but still I am tick off. "Your right besides if Chris and I are friends we will stay as friends". The bell rang, I said bye to Ashely, on my to class I saw the girl that Chris was with earlier when I walk in. "Hi Peggy" she said, "How do you know my name, did Chris told you?" "Well he did, I am his ex girlfriend from middle school", I was shocked.

" ok listen I do not know your name but I love Chris" "I know that cause I am also friends with Ashely", "well stay away from me I have a felling you are going to ruining my life with him". I walked away thinking to myself about Chris ex, I still had the feeling that she is going to get back with Chris, but I had to stop thinking about it. I went back to work today, still thinking about that ex girl who was with Chris in Middle School but I didn't think about it too much. "Ahhhhh Peggy there you are here is a case for you to find" my boss said. "Thanks" I said and I sighed. "Peggy what's wrong" "ohh nothing I am having a issue a love one but I can't tell you". We finished work and when I went out I saw Chris, looks like he wants to take me home. He took me home safely, I hoped out of the car, said bye to Chris and went in my house. I was not tick off anymore and I went to take a hot bath.

I have been thinking that I haven't been spending time with Ellie so I will take her to the park tomorrow with Wally and Brenda to practice some more finding. I hope this will go well. I went to sleep and woke up in the morning, got dressed, got Ellie, and went to the park to meet Wally and Brenda there. "You must be Peggy" Wally said to me when I arrived "Jakob told me all about you" "Thanks Wally i am only 15 and having a hard time, but I am fine" "let's get Ellie ready to go" Wally went away and when I think he is hidden, "find" I said to Ellie and she took off as I follow her. We found Wally but Ellie picked up a different smell, Wally and I follow her and to my surprise she had found a lost boy. "Excuse me but who are you, are you lost?" I asked. "Ohh sorry you scared me but I'm Christopher and I am not lost I only wanted to hick in the woods". I bought the boy back to his family and they thank me by giving me a necklace that their mother had for 3 years. I put the necklace in my backpack I carry around with me, I played bone a war with Ellie and went home after that.

I hadn't talked to Chris in a few weeks cause I had been working for a while, I went to his house next to mine since we are neighbors, I knocked and he opened up. "Peggy hey listen I need to talk to you in private". He took me to his locked room in his house I had seen before, he opened the lock and it was a dim room with only a lightbulb, I entered in with Chris and he closed the door. "Listen Peggy I overheard you and Ashely talking and I do not know it was like I was tick off too but I.... love yo...u." I can't not believe Chris said he loved me, "I love you too Chris, i always had a crush on you" I said and he kissed me. My first kiss. We kissed for a long time and I really love it. We are now Boyfriend and Girlfriend now, first we are friends now we are dating. I was really happy though our freshmen year together. I went to Al's and Mya house, I still am shocked that they are now married. It took me a while to find there house but I found it and knocked. I was running back to my house to get ready for my date with Chris tonight. He invited me for dinner at his house tonight. I got my hair done, makeup done and put on a purple dress. Purple wasn't really my color but I like to wear it. Chris picked me up and he was wearing a black suit, he hold my arm as we walked to his house and man he did decked out for the date he had fancy music, a white table cloth, and fancy lights. "Shall we sit" he said in a handsome voice I love. "Sure" I said and we sat down". We ate steak, spaghetti, and a fancy pie. "You wanna spend the night with me"? He asked me and I said yes!!!!!! We decide to bathe together in our swimsuits, I took off my clothes and put on my swimsuit on we head out to his backyard cause he had a hot tub. "Chris wow I never knew you loved me and cared about me in the beginning". I said. "Well I used to have a girlfriend before I met you", "I know about her but I don't know her name and when I walked into school on Monday cause I had the day off work, I saw you with your ex then I got tick off by it". Chris thought for a minute then he said "you really thought I have a girlfriend, Peggy we are just friends and nothing is going to break us up just because they are jealous." I sighed, Chris kissed me again and that made me feel better. I still am Chris girlfriend and I wasn't going to let his ex break us up.

Chapter 3

It was a bright Saturday morning, Jakob came by my house to check on Ellie. "Jakob I said long time no see come on in". "Peggy how Ellie?. "She is doing great and I need to talk you you, it's about Chris ex girlfriend. You see when I had the day off and went to school I saw them together when I went to my locker and I got tick off like bug ya know but now I am worried that she will break me and Chris up." Peggy I know how you feel I mean I lost my wife cause she died and you are going to have to suck it up and forget about this ex girlfriend Chris had before you". Jakob was right I have to suck it up and forget about her. After Jakob left my phone rang I two minutes and it was Mya. Ellie second handler before me I pushed answer. We talked for a bit before I walked to Chris house next to mine. "Hey Peggy there you are I was waiting for you to show up come with me." He crawled on me and kiss me so hard. It was quite a kiss to be honest. It has been a year know that we are still in a relationship. We are know 16 and went on a beach date one night when I didn't have work. We did spend nights together and have errr I am not going to say it. We had a most romantic date.
