I was afraid of the color red..... Ok there was this nightlight I had that changed colors from red yellow green etc. I liked watching them but then after orange red always came and I would always turn to the other side until the red turned into purple again. BECAUSE THAT COLOR FRICKIN TERRIFIED ME IDEK WHY ANYMORE. Well some books say the color red increases heart rate. OK IT DID IT FOR ME SO I COULD FEEL IT. But now I'm like.... Why was I scared of the color red? It's now one of my fav colors. Second to blue.
