I opened my eyes to find Petra next to me. I jolted back and she sat up. "What?" she asked and I realized that we were on my bed in the spare bedroom. "Petra!" I felt my face burn as she eyed me skeptically. "No. I was just waiting for you to wake up," she said. 

I shook my head, watching her hair wave  in the moonlight, which was coming through the open window.  

"Just get back to sleep, Jesse." she instructed and I reluctantly laid back down. I felt her hand slide into my palm and I could feel my heart thumping hard as we stared at the ceiling. 

And I fell asleep again.

"Petra!"

 I jumped and saw a blurry figure in the doorway. "Oh shit." I heard Petra say as I focused on the person. "What? Ivor- no its not what you think!"Petra exclaimed and I saw Ivor turn red the same time I did.  

"Alright, just don't.. let Diesel know about this." Ivor sighed and closed the door. 

I looked at Petra and she smiled a little before finally laughing.
