CHAPTER 1. A new Student

THREE YEARS LATER.........

( Dreamscape Ben pov

The same color as that person's hair-.

That's what I thought while I looked at my hand covered in blood.

Red- Crimson red hair which is more brilliant than strawberry-blonde.

Yes, that person's long and beautiful crimson hair has the same color as the color my hand is covered in and that's where I heard her voice.

"Not today, I won't let you die." That's what I heard she said before everything went black.

Ben sat up abruptly, his breathing heavy and a cold sweat covering his body as he recovered from the intense dream he just had. He brought his hand to his head as he fought to calm down his heavy breathing.

'What the fuck was that?' He thought as he pinched the bridge of his nose with his free hand just then he glanced at his right hand and remembered his vivid dream from last night.

Ever since he was ten years old and the incident back then when he was 11 he'd been having strange dreams every now and then, no he wouldn't call them dreams they're more like a living nightmare which leads to a vision of a possible future just like the ones he experience with both Vilgax and Zs'Skayr during his summer days when he was 10, however somehow this time one of those kind of Dreams leads towards to a very beautiful Redhead girl much older than him around three years and what's unusual about this girl was that she has red aura around her that almost looks like magic and that she has bat like wings. He never knew when he'd have them but since coming to this country, Although unlike his normal dreams, these ones stayed firmly in his head like the ones he used to have involving both Vilgax and Zs'Skayr on which lead him back towards in kept seeing the incident with a certain corrupted Mechamorp four years ago and so he had no idea why he'd started having these kind of dreams again, until now, they'd been perfectly fine in their own strange way.

'This one was so vivid. I haven't had one like that for ages after the incident with Malware. It really felt like that... dream was real somehow.' He reflected as he slowly brought his breathing under control again. 'As if I'm seeing the future just like what happened to me when I was ten.'

( NOTE: That dream of his was the one where his younger self met his current teenage self during the Forge of Creations the Home of the Celestialsapiens. )

Once he had calmed down his breathing again, he lay back down on his bed and closed his eyes with the intention of getting some more sleep.

As he was drifting back off though....

[BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, BEEP....]

"Shit." He groaned as he tried to cover his exposed ear while, simultaneously, trying to hit the snooze button on his alarm clock before frustration overcame him and he threw the damn thing against the wall.

He finally managed to find the snooze button just in time but the alarm was merely replaced by someone knocking on his bedroom door.

[KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK....]

"Come on, Ben!" A female voice called out from the other side of the wooden door. "You need to get up, sweetie! You don't want to be late for your first day of school!"

Ben groaned as he remembered what day it was and turned over, hoping his silence would make his mother walk away.

Reality isn't so kind, though, and his silence was, instead, met with his bedroom door flying open, the hallway light temporarily blinding him, causing another groan to escape him as he turned away from the silhouette in his doorframe.

"Up you get, Ben! Wakey, wakey!" Sandra Tennyson, the matriarch of the Tennyson household, ordered as she switched on his bedroom light, resulting in another groan from Ben

"I'm awake, mum! I'm getting up now!" Ben groaned, waving a hand up in defeat.

"I'm glad to hear it." His mother responded with a smile before turning and leaving his room, the light still on to act as an 'incentive'.

"Breakfast will be ready in a few minutes." She stated as she headed down the stairs.

Groaning at his mother's tactics for getting him out of bed, Ben forcibly pulled himself out of his comfortable bed and started his morning routine by heading to the bathroom and enjoying a quick shower. Once he was finished he returned to his bedroom and looked at the school uniform hanging on the back of his bedroom door. As was standard for the boys uniform for Kuoh academy, it was composed of a black blazer with white accents over a white, long-sleeved, button-down shirt with vertical linings and a black ribbon on the collar. The upper half was accompanied by a matching pair of black trousers and brown dress shoes.

Now, Ben wasn't unused to wearing school uniforms due to spending most of his early years of education back in the UK when he was in his early grade schooler years. However, for the last few years when he was at least around 10 to 12 Years old he has been sent to experience public school in the states as a Middle schooler to be more socialize by his parents words to have him more friends when his family has decided to live back at their old home town Bellwood although while he had gotten to appreciate not having to wear one but at the sudden time in reverting back to wore one was going to take some getting used too. Though it has been almost two years since he has decided to be homeschool once they moved back in a year ago.

Once he was fully dressed, However before heading downstairs to join his parents for breakfast he saw a very familiar treasure box that he had stashed beneath his bed from his summer adventures as a hero with the Omnitrix when he was Ten years old; speaking of the watch. Ben glanced down at his empty left wrist and sighed and headed back towards the bed to get the box underneath it and pull it out and soon enough he saw the familiar black wrist watch with a green hourglass on its dial as well as white stripes on it laying inside.

'Well better than never I guess.' Ben after one quick break unroll his uniform's left sleeves and reveal his empty wrist before heavily sighing as he think this through and puts it on and then as he was down he put everything back and then left the room and went back down and as he entered the dining area to find his dad already sat down at the head of the table, drinking his morning coffee and reading the newspaper while his mum sat on his left enjoying her morning tea and cereal. He glanced up as Ben sat down on his right and made a start on the plate of toast in front of him.

"Ah, so you're awake then?" Carl Tennyson, the Tennyson patriarch, mused with a smile. "Shame. I was hoping I'd get to throw a bucket of water on you. That'd perk you right up."

"Har, har, you're a comedian." Ben drew back in response as he buttered his toast.

Carl chuckled and took another sip of his coffee.

"Are you nervous about your first day at your new school?" He asked curiously.

"No more than the last time I went through it." Ben shrugged dismissively as he took a bite of his toast. "How about you? Are you nervous about your first day at your new job?"

His dad chuckled lightly. "Hardly. I can't wait. I've worked hard for this promotion and I can't wait to get started." He looked at Ben with a guilty expression on his face. "It's a shame that it meant we needed to leave Bellwood and move to Japan though."

"Now, now, sweetheart." Sandra chided her husband softly, taking his hand in hers, bringing it to her lips and kissing the back of it softly. "We already discussed this as a family and decided to do this together."

"Mum's right, dad." Ben added as he finished off his breakfast. "We Tennysons have to stick together. Whatever happens, we can deal with it as a family."

Carl smiled at his son warmly before he remembered something.

"Speaking of which, that reminds me. Frank just called me this morning to say he's been thinking of coming back to visit us with your cousin Gwen in the oncoming summer."

"That's wonderful news!" Sandra exclaimed happily while Ben just snorted at seeing his favorite cousin coming to visit though he did smile at the idea.

Thinking back then, Those summer days they had together when he was still going Hero back home was the best day of his life till that tragedy.

The cousin he was thinking of was Gwendolyn "Gwen" Tennyson was his cousin from his Uncle Frank of course she has an older brother named Ken who is older than him and Gwen by three years. When they were organizing their move to Japan and planning to settle down in Kuoh, Ben had been excited to learn that there was a university division in Kuoh academy and that there was a possibility that he, Gwen and Ken could end up going to the same school with each other which was also the perfect definition of hell for him. Thankfully, though, Gwen and Ken both had rejected the offer and while Gwen decided to stick around at Bell High Academy Ken has already graduated and has decided to be a tour band as he was starting to get well known due to the Festival concerts he has been performing with his own band anyways shortly after that they had left Bellwood and moved to Tokyo Japan to lived in a small town of Ku-oh.

"Welp, it is a disappointment that Gwen had decided to stick around with her folks and friends. I bet she would love it in Kuoh Academy as her first Foreign transfer school." Ben told them and they nodded in agreement.

"That's true but she is her own person now and I'm guessing there's a good reason why she stayed." Sandra stated.

"I agree Honey, But I do believe she actually stayed there for a reason not just because she wanted to enjoy her highschool life with her friends and family." Carl added.

"Well, you two aren't wrong." Ben said. "Welp, I'm off to school guys." He then slang his bag over his right shoulder and stood up before he left school.

( Flashbacks Pov )

( LOCATION: California U.S. Bellwood.

A month ago

It is a normal summer day of March 9, 2008 Back at Bellwood as the former wielder of the most powerful weapon in the universe has been given a chance to live a highschool life in Tokyo Japan from a small town Kuoh in there they have a Private High School/College Academy It's basically a big school that used to only accept girls now that they have changed its system four years ago to make the females immigrated with the Male student population of the town it is now a normal Academy just like the rest in Tokyo but despite getting accepted Ben's parents has decided to moved into Japan due to their own jobs in a very well known Company and so with no choice after graduating Middle School in Bellwood High he needed to experience highschool in Japan though since it is summer he was allowed to came back in Bellwood to have one last summer road trip with his cousin and Grandpa.

"Japan, huh?" Grandpa Max grunted as he made some adjustments to his trusty RV, the Rust Bucket.

Max was a heavyset man with short gray hair. He was always wearing Hawaiian shirts and had some of the weirdest tastes in food you would ever see. He was a kind man who you could go to for advice and he always was a part of Ben's life as he was growing up. He was also a retired member of a group of inter-planetary police calling themselves the Plumbers. It was their job to root out evil aliens and make sure the extraterrestrial citizens of Earth were at peace.

"I know." Ben nodded. "Thanks to my parents jobs at that Gas Line engineering company they got transferred into its original main company on Japan to live close at work unlike before my early grade schools at UK back when I was 6 years old we have to move back to US for every summer or holidays that was until I was 10 though and as we stayed there for the last three years when I was in middle school and now that we're moving again in Japan I won't worry about transferring every year or at least until I graduated High School so thanks to their international job positions. I got enrolled into this Highschool named: Kuoh Academy." He explained.

"Kuoh Academy, Hmm. I heard about it being used as an academy for girls only back in Japan and I wanted to know how the hell you got accepted in such a school like Kuoh besides your parents enrolling you there to live close at work you won't get accepted easily." Ben's cousin Gwen agreed. "Considering the fact that you're not exactly the brightest student out there but still academically good at any sports so I'm not sure how that would be a good excuse to get you in."

Gwen Tennyson was Ben's cousin, but sometimes people took them for siblings. She had long red hair and was a pretty down to earth girl. She was kind of bossy and annoying when they were younger, but she had mellowed out a little during the years. She still ragged on Ben now and then when he was doing something admittedly stupid.

"Well, don't be so sure." Max spoke from underneath his RV. "Japan is a hotbed of alien and Supernatural activities. It wouldn't surprise me if the Plumbers had something to do with Ben's exchange through his parents' job."

"You think so?" Ben pondered.

"Alien and Supernatural activity?" Asked Gwen suspiciously. "Since when?"

"Well, there are scattered reports all over the place." Max answered. "Although I'm not sure about aliens since it was an unpopular country for sightings for such things extraterrestrials but as for the Supernatural Activities that's a large one and the most common sighting reports where the Yokais they're basically demi spirit, demons or monsters from their Mythical FolkLore as part of their culture but there are reports from the Plumbers that Aliens has started migrating into a small town as rumors of unnatural sightings being spotted in a small town within Tokyo and such town like Kuoh is a major calling for it." He explained.

"Okay but what the hell am I supposed to do?" Ben asked. "Do these sightings from the Plumbers have some connection with me being immediately accepted to Kuoh Academy?"

"Yes and no Ben, I believe that the Plumbers have some strings pulled into this one for you to immigrate easily with no complications to a school like Kuoh Academy in Japan which is also well known at that. Although, while this might be true, most Alien Activities reports are just common strays or random refugees who just wanted to migrate into Earth's Society in the shadows or perhaps build a city underground."

"Okay where does this Supernatural Activity lead to the plumber's unwanted attention?" Gwen asked. "And that they would risk involving Ben in it?"

"That's true again, sure while the Intergalactic Plumbers mostly and actively involved themselves only to alien matters, The group Phil and I used to be part of that was first founded by George Washington himself in the late 18th Century who is the one that established the base below Mount Rushmore are the ones that handled not only aliens but also supernatural matters and that's where you comes in Ben, you would be assisting the intergalactic plumbers station in Japan to identify the creatures that lurks in Japan who are most likely the natives to this planet so that they won't be mistaking them for illegal interplanetary trespassers."/" Max told them.

"Whoa, so supernatural creatures like Yokais?" Ben now asked.

"Yes Ben, your job there in japan as you get through Kuoh Academy is to hand them lists that you would find in that school mostly as a personal research on which are supernatural creatures of earth that are native in Japan or if not Incase some are aliens that you would most likely cross paths with." He told Ben who was dumbfounded.

"But I thought those creatures only existed in legends, folklore and mythical Fantasy?!" Gwen exclaimed, cutting Ben from his state shock.

"That's where we wanted you younglings to believe. Ben if there are Aliens out there in the universe why not such as Pantheon Gods of certain Mythologies or creatures that are mostly considered as Supernatural." This made both Gwen and Ben glance at each other then at Max.

"Loch Ness Monster?" Gwen asked first.

"Real, but unlike the one we fought during that Summer. The Kraken was considered as an alien who became native to this Planet's deep waters for millennia since the Cretaceous period. And as long as we don't disturb their nesting grounds they won't cause trouble." Ben and Gwen remember the Kraken it was those Marine douche that caused their beach day to be ruined because they wanted to sell exotic marine Mammals to the highest bidder of collectors they agitated it by stealing her eggs causing quite the scene.

"Bermuda Triangle?" Ben now asked.

"Couldn't catch the guy." Max answered with a snort.

"Bigfoot?" Gwen added.

"Him and I go way back." Ben and Gwen were both astonished at this point.

"Man, So supernaturals and gods are real and native to our planet?" Ben asked Max nodded at this point.

"Indeed and from what I can see most of these mythical creatures and pantheon gods are mostly native or seen in Japan, especially Kuoh Academy, so I wanted you to be high and alert around people you meet since most of them can disguise themselves as humans." Max warns Ben to be careful.

"But why me?!" Ben asked, nearly panicked. "I mean, I'm human!"

"Not without the Omnitrix." Gwen replied, reminding her cousin to wear it again. "If you're willing to take it back again. You can at least be armed Incase you face a rogue alien or Supernatural being."

"What no way, I made a vow to never put such a burden on myself ever again!" Exclaimed Ben as he remembers his fight with malware and the loss of that form of his and friend.

"But Ben, this is the only way for you to protect yourself if you're going to some kind of Country filled with Supernatural beings!" Gwen pleaded with her beloved cousin.

"As I said, I don't want to be reminded of such a burden because of what happened!"

"Nevertheless, I think it's about time to put on the watch Ben after all, it has been four years since the incident. You got to move on!"

"I don't care if it's a country filled with aliens, devils, demons or monsters, I can handle myself even without it!" Ben reminded Ben as he was both trained after all by Grandpa and her during their summer four years ago and the three years after that before he tried out cadet training in the plumbers this year.

"Aren't you listening to Grandpa without the watch you're just a human even with high skill fighting moves won't save you to survive if you got to that School or country!" Gwen yelled out to him.

"She's Right." Max nodded. "You gotta let go of the past and move forward otherwise you'll regret it Benjamin." He told Ben, agreeing with Ben who looks frustrated for the moment that they have a point so he sigh and give up.

"Fine, I'll consider it. But give me time, maybe I'll wear it back once I return to Japan after the summer break. But seriously though, How dangerous would it be if I ever encountered a rogue Alien or any supernatural beings lurking in that country?"

"Well you do have several monsters like aliens excluding ghostfreak." Both Ben and Gwne both flinch at the mention of the phantom-like alien; however Max continues knowing how he felt about the said alien. "Now with you as either one of them you can easily be described as a monster or a Yokai since not many believe that aliens are real but all the supernatural beings that were listed as Yokais are from very old non-human species. You've probably heard of them in movies or something."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Ben asked curiously.

"You'll just have to find out." Max smiled. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have an appointment with the shower."

End of Flashback. )

( Present Time. )

Remembering the route to the academy, Ben was able to make his way there without any difficulty. His ability to read the numerous signs guiding him to his destination was a major bonus; though it was one he was loath to admit to his mother.

Before she started a family with her husband and settled down to be a devoted mother and housewife, Sandra Tennyson had been an accomplished translator in the company both she and Ben's dad worked at. It was because of this that led them to meet in the first place and fall in love. Before quitting her job to concentrate fully on raising her only child, she had been one of the best translators in the company and had been involved in many important business meetings which, largely thanks to her linguistic abilities, resulted in several huge deals which helped the company grow stronger and more profitable. She was so important to them that, when she announced she wanted to leave when she was pregnant with him with no intention of coming back, her bosses were devastated at losing her, but no matter how much they offered her if she stayed, she flat-out refused.

Even years later, though, she still retained her impressive skill set and put them to use in training her child and husband to speak it as fluently as she could. Carl had tried to argue that he knew enough of the language already as he had been accepted for the job after passing the interview which had been done in Japanese. Sandra had responded by firmly stating that, now that they were going to live in Japan for the foreseeable future, she wasn't going to be embarrassed by a husband who couldn't speak the local language and make small conversation when it was required.

Carl had been lucky to get an opportunity to discuss it with Sandra. When Ben had tried to get out of learning it, that idea was swiftly knocked out of him along with any objection or criticism to Sandra's often militaristic style of teaching.

Before long though, the hard work paid off and Sandra had succeeded in getting her children to speak Japanese almost as well as she could. Her husband made great strides from her teaching, yet he still failed to reach her high standard by the time they were due to leave for their new home. She promised to keep working on him for as long as it took, much to his continued chagrin.

Before long, Ben found himself standing at the large gates to the academy and looking up at his new school. It was a huge structure with multiple buildings which accommodated the different school divisions that it taught, completely surrounded by a twelve-foot high, red brick wall. The school owned so much land that it even housed a small wood in the eastern section of the school grounds. He had to admit that it was an impressive building though the fountain in the middle of the entrance plaza was perhaps a bit too much for his tastes.

He stood to the side of the wrought-iron gates as he watched the students making their way to school, finding their friends and discussing everything that happened during the weekend that had just gone by.

As he observed the students, Ben noted the large imbalance in the male-female student ratio and remembered what his mother had told him about the school after she had signed him up to attend it with the Plumbers pulling some strings into the background apparently, until very recently, Kuoh academy had been an exclusive all-girls private school before it turned into the co-ed school he was attending. As the change had happened four years ago, the number of male students was still incredibly small when compared against the number of female students.

From what he saw with those passing him in the gate, Ben estimated that the female students outnumbered the male students by at least seven-to-one if not more.

As he stood, awkwardly, by the gate, the other students soon began noticing him, particularly the clear signs that he was a foreigner, and he soon became a popular choice of conversation for the students meeting up with their friends in the plaza.

Despite his intentions, Ben couldn't help but overhear several snippets of conversation concerning him.

"Hey, who's that?"

"I don't know. He's a foreigner, that's for sure."

"You think so? Where's he from, do you think?"

"I dunno. He looks American, though. Perhaps that's where he's from."

"Do you think he's here to study at Kuoh?"

Ben did his best to tune out the various conversations around him; he wasn't overly fond of being the center of attention in most circumstances. He tuned out the noise around him and continued to stand where he was told to wait as the stream of students entering the academy trickled down until only the stragglers and late students remained. Just as he was starting to wonder where the staff member who was supposed to greet him was, a black-haired woman appearing to be in her late thirties and wearing a dark blue business suit with black tights and matching heels approached him with a smile and held her hand out to him.

"You must be Benjamin Tennyson." She said politely.

"I prefer Ben, miss." Ben replied, taking her hand and shaking it.

"Please, call me Kazumi. At least for today." Kazumi told him, her smile remaining warm and broad. "I've been looking forward to meeting you, Ben."

"You have?"

"Of course! You're the first foreign transfer student we've ever had here at Kuoh Academy." Kazumi told him excitedly.

"I must apologize for my lateness in coming to greet you as well, Ben." she continued as they ended their handshake.

"It's fine." Ben replied nonchalantly, shrugging his shoulders slightly. "I'm sure you must be a busy person."

"You have no idea." The headmistress sighed heavily. "Unfortunately, because of the sheer amount of work I've still got to do today, I won't be able to give you the full tour of the grounds. I can only give you a very brief tour before introducing you to your new classroom."

"That's fine with me."

Kazumi placed a hand on Ben's shoulder gently as she started to guide him across the plaza towards the main building.

"Hey, perhaps you could try asking one of your new classmates for a full tour of the grounds. There's a lot to see here at Kuoh Academy and we're very proud of that fact."

Ben merely nodded in response as Kazumi began the tour.

(Ten minutes later)

'Shit, she wasn't kidding about it being brief.' Ben thought to himself when he found himself standing outside his new classroom, waiting for the headmistress who had entered ahead of him in order to announce his arrival to the rest of the class.

True to her word, Kazumi's tour went by very quickly. In the space between entering the main building and standing outside his classroom, he had only been shown the large entrance atrium which separated the different school divisions (though he wasn't shown around any of the other divisions). Moving on, he only had time to grab a passing glance at the canteen as they went right passed it. The third, and last thing he was introduced to properly was the library, but Ben suspected that the only reason that happened was because it happened to be on the route they were taking to their final destination.

Anything else that he happened to catch a glimpse of was merely met with a brief explanation by the headmistress as she led the way.

As he leaned against the wall next, waiting for his name to be called, Ben heard a few voices through the door as they learned that they'd be getting another classmate joining them.

"I hope it's a smoking-hot babe with massive tits!" He heard an excited voice exclaim hopefully.

"Yeah, maybe we'll get a chance to see some beautiful bouncing boobies in gym class!" Another voice joined in with equal enthusiasm.

"Hell yeah, I can't wait to see actual boobs!" Exclaimed a third one.

Ben couldn't help but chuckle to himself as he heard a chorus of female students sigh loudly at something which clearly happened all too often while a few other female students actively called them out on their perverted fantasies; ranging from calling them worthless losers all the way up to informing them that the three of them were destined to be virgins forever.

The chorus of voices quickly halted when Kazumi spoke up.

"Matsuda! Motohama! Hyoudou! I've warned you three already! If you continue to utter such inappropriate things then you're going to regret it! Do I make myself clear?!"

The headmistress' question was met by a triple of mumbled acknowledgements.

"Now, for the record. It isn't a new female student joining you today; it's a male student." There was a muted series of groans by some of the male students, mainly from the perverted trio speaking earlier. "Now, may I introduce you to your new classmate, Ben Tennyson."

Recognising his cue, Ben took a deep breath before pushing himself off the wall and opening the classroom door and entering.

It was a pretty standard classroom from his previous experiences, the only real difference he noted was that, instead of English, the various posters and printouts dotted around the classroom walls were all in Japanese.

Well, that, and the fact that everyone in the classroom was staring at him.

He closed the door behind him and stood beside the headmistress at the front of the class and stared back at the multitude of eyes looking back at him.

"Hi, my name's Ben. It's nice to meet you all." He introduced himself in near-perfect Japanese, clearly surprising a good number of them by the expressions on their faces. It pleased Ben a bit that he had that effect on them though he made sure to keep that fact very secret.

"Well, now that introductions have been made, I really must get back to work. I hope you enjoy your first day with us, Ben." Kazumi stated, already edging her way towards the door. "If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to find me."

With her final piece said, the headmistress left the room, closing the door behind her as she left, hurrying back down the corridor which led to her office.

Ben sat down at the empty desk pointed out to him by the teacher and began the first lesson of the day, leaving off from where he had been before Ben joined the class. Thankfully, by doing this, the teacher instantly drew everyone's attention away from the new student and back to their work. This suited Ben just fine with his general distaste at being the center of attention.

He simply sat back in his desk and took in what the teacher was teaching them, answering any question directed his direction to the best of his ability.

After Class Ben has been exploring the school ground. Unknown to Ben he was being watched by a beautiful long red haired girl Rias Gremory the President of the Occult Research and the school's Number One Beauty who was already watching him from the window. She felt something strange in him.

''Akeno, who is that boy?'' Rias asked.

''Oh, He's the new foreign transfer student in Class 2-B, a first year student if I remember his name is Benjamin Kirby Tennyson formerly lived in the US before transferring here thanks to his parents decision in living here due to their work." Akeno answered her. "Why is it because there is something good or bad about him or something else?" She asked. Her name is Akeno Himejima who a beautiful girl with long black hair in a long ponytail with an orange ribbon keeping it in place. She is also the Vice President of the club, Rias's best friend and of the second the school's Great Ladies alongside Rias.

"Both, And nothing in particular I just wanted to ask you if you knew about him that's all...." She then leaned in and moved the white queen chess piece on the board in front of her. "Ah, Checkmate." She then stood up to get undressed for a quick shower making Akeno pout that she lost again. "Your trap was very easy to see through." Chuckle Rias.

"Sorry, I did my best to make it harder on you." Rias as she undress her uniform nodded in appreciation for her Best Friend's effort to make the chess match more challenging for her.

"Thanks." She thanked her as she got near the shower room. "I look forward to next time." She said and entered the small shower room.

School just ended not long ago and he was walking back home as he had his randoseru sling over his right shoulder as he sighed deeply.

"Man, that was exhausting for the first day, although I'm glad that they let me join the Soccer team." At the mention of one of the two sports he was good at he smiles. 'At least Kuoh Academy has two sports that I'm good at. I may not be all that academically skilled in classes but I have average grades to maintain my position in sports teams like baseball and soccer.' He thought happily as he thought about telling his parents his first day he shook his head as he continued his journey back home through a crosswalk bridge over the main road of Ku-oh. Just then......

"Excuse me, are you Benjamin Tennyson?" A feminine voice spoke up behind him, startling him and causing him to jump in surprise, spinning around to see a girl standing behind him.

She had long black hair which was usual for most of the students in Kuoh, brown eyes and wore a different uniform for girls. She stood with her arms behind her back and looked at him with a kind smile on her face.

'Whoa, she just approached me out of nowhere! Who is she and that uniform I don't recognize it. She's definitely not from Kuoh Academy, what school is she from?' He asked himself. 'Well, I don't feel any ill intentions from her directly but my instincts are telling me to be cautious towards her.' He thought. "Uh...hello." He said, unable to think of anything else to say.

"Hello." She replied, copying his greeting with a small chuckle at his awkwardness. "Are you Benjamin Tennyson?" she asked him again.

"I...uh...I prefer Ben actually." He told her dumbly.

"It's nice to meet you, Ben. I'm Yuma Amano, a first year student like you." Yuma smiled at him shily.

"Okay, nice to meet you too." Ben asked, equally shy, though a bit uneasy towards her. "I don't want to be rude or anything but can I help you with something?"

Looking down from his gazing green eyes as she gave him a soft smile. "Uhm no don't be, I approach you so suddenly without any warning I'm so sorry about that if I startled you and yes sort of."

Ben calms down a bit though he still doesn't let his guard down. "Sure that's no problem at all, what do you need help with?" He asked kindly though now that he thinks about like any other girls he met in his young age and Kuoh she's pretty much normal as he saw a blush appearing from her cute face. 'Hmm, she is pretty much like any normal girl who would bravely approach their crush but that couldn't be it. I'm new here and I have never seen her before.' He thought.

"I know that this is sudden, but I have been watching you quite a lot today as I saw you passed this bridge this morning and uhmmm......" She paused, embarrassed a little bit. "Do you think you'd go out with me?" Now this caught Ben off guard.

"HUH?!" Ben gasps in surprise. 'No freaking way!' He thought shockingly as his face went red. 'Did she just ask me out on a date?' Noticing what she just blurted out and how Ben turned brightly red she suddenly realizes how it came out.

"Oh my god?! I'm so, sorry it's not what you think! I'm not asking you out on a date just because I like you!" Yuma covered her mouth with her hands and looked away.

'Oh man, and here I thought that American guys like me are so forward!' Ben thought blushing furiously as well. 'Is this how it feels to get a confession by a beautiful girl?' He asked himself. 'No I can't think like that now but this is the first time I got approached by a girl who seems to like me for some reason unlike with Kai or any other girls I met and or had a crush on, so this is usual for me to experience! What would Grandpa do in this situation?' Looking back to her despite the forwardness of confessing her feelings to the guy she just met he still can't feel certain if she's telling the truth or not as he still has this weird sensation of uneasiness like there's a danger nearby.

Yuma shook her head and then turned back towards him slightly red from embarrassment. 'Shit why do I feel like this? I have a mission I need to ensure  that he isn't killed fast or at least warned him!' Gritting her teeth as she thought of her true mission she composed herself as she sighs deeply and clears her throat. "Look I'm sorry that this is my first time talking to a boy and it just so happens to have a crush upon on, So I can't help myself but be forward." She apologized while still being embarrassed as Ben shook his head.

"No it's fine, I'm quite flattered actually, I have never had any good experience with girls myself as well." Ben rubbed the back of his head with his left arm as his right hand was holding his randoseru sling black bag that has Kuoh Academy Logo on its lock.

"Look I'm sorry, let's just start off from the beginning. I'm Yuma Amano. Nice to meet you." Offering her hand and Ben gladly accepted but he felt a jolt when they touched hands.

'Hmm, that's weird, why did I feel a sudden chill but also confusion when I touched her hands as if she's torn between struggling on herself choices?' He asked himself but shook it off that thought and feeling as it might just be due to them being both embarrassed and nervous. "Hi, I'm Ben Tennyson from Kuoh Academy. Nice to meet you."

After they properly greeted each other.

"Look I'm sorry for all of that anyways as I was saying I can't help but notice that you're foreigner and I would pretty much like to offer you a tour around town if you don't mind." Yuma offered him with a smile.

'Hmm, A tour sounds like a great idea but still I barely know her and for some rest feels uneasy.' Ben thought. 'Although it would be rude of me to refuse a kind offer from a girl.' Sighing deeply he risked it and agreed. "Look as much as I don't want to bother your time. I pretty much appreciate the kind offer since my parents would be too busy with their new jobs here. I believe that they won't be coming to explore town anytime soon so thanks for asking me." He gave his signature smile.

Yuma's face lit up at this and she beamed at him happily, startling him at her sudden change of expression.

"That's great! Let's meet up sometime tomorrow. I just wanted to find you today and sort things out before you went home. I'll see you on Saturday, Ben-kun! I can't wait!" She declared before turning and walking away before he could say something in response.

"Uh, okay." Ben replied, more to himself than anything as Julie had already disappeared, leaving him alone in the corridor.

'What did I just agree to?' Just as they both leave they didn't notice a certain White hair girl watching them from the end of the crossbridge as she ate a popsicle ice cream.

Rias was still playing chess with Akeno as the familiar white hair girl approached them.

"I see." Rias stated as he had left leg to cross her right knee as she sat across them in the living room of the clubroom.

"You were right one hundred percent." The white hair girl told her and besides her, it was Akeno, this white haired girl is named Koneko.

"Yeah, you totally called it." Akeno stated.

"I'm just glad that I asked you two to keep a close eye on him."

"Yup." Nodded Koneko.

"What's next?" Akeno asked Rias. "What do we do with him now?"

Rias, who has her right hand raised to pick up a chess piece, has a serious look on her face. "We need to make our preparations immediately...." She then picks up a pawn piece glancing at it in her hand. "That's all we can do. Everything else depends on him."
