For 7 years, becoming a boy was not easy for John. He had to tell the doctors that he still wanted to have kids, so no bottom surgery down there. And those legal papers. He needed to change his driver's license and his passport. (lol i still need to get mine) And the fact that he will have to tell his family that he would be going as a man as a woman would be a struggle in itself. 

Even though this was happening, his daughter and husband were supportive every step of the way. Alejandra warned her closest friends that her mom is not her mom anymore. But behind the closet, Alejandra was upset that she wouldn't have a mom anymore. In fact it terrified her. She has always seen John as Jean Laurens, her mother. She knew that she had to talk to her new dad about this

Prosthetic_Otaku✌: Umm........ Father John........ can i talk to you in private....?

John_Trans_Turtle🐢: Sure sweetie.... is there something the matter?

Prosthetic_Otaku✌: yeah....... there is something bothering me, but i want to talk to you and only you........... do you think you can come to my room...?

John_Trans_Turtle🐢: yeah....... i can come to your room.....

As soon as she turns off her phone, she starts to burst into tears.

"Honey.... Are you alright....?" And as soon she sees her new father, she stops and wipes her tears. " *sniffs* Y-yeah...... i'm fine...." "So what did you want to talk about?" Uh oh. Alejandra wasn't prepared about what she was about to say. She didn't want to hurt John's feelings, but she knew that she would have to be honest.

" *sighs* I guess I have no choice but to tell you, huh?" "Yeah, i suppose so." Ok Alex, there is no going back. You have to let Father John know how you feel of his transition. "F-father John..... ever since you transitioned from a woman to a man, i have been feeling insecure about this. I felt like i lost my mom and now I have two dads. Now don't get me wrong! I LOVE the fact that you are different, it's just that I wish i would still have a mom with me....."  John smiles at his daughter, who is tearing up again. "Oh honey, sigo siendo tu madre Simplemente decidí no ser más una mujer. ¿Tiene sentido?" "Yeah.... a little" 

Now knowing she still has her mom with her, Alexandra felt a little better about this decision.
