My parent's talks to Alex parents about letting her stay with us for the night and we will bring her tomorrow, they agree after a while and leaves. I check on Alex and she is asleep so I join my folks for a while.

"Fuck" Pa curses.

"Language" my mama scolds him and he smiles sheepishly at her.

I control my laugh just then he turns to me and asks.

"Why didn't we know anything about this?" Guess Adam said them about David and Alex.

"Damn that bastard, next time I see him dropping Alexa at campus I will beat him to death" Amy seethes

"There won't be next time either I'm dropping her or you are taking car from now on and drive her" I order to her and her smile broadens

"Whoopee" she shrieks.

"So, now what'll we do?" Garret asks

"Now, we show the bastard what happens when he touches what's our" Adam answer. We all look at him in question.

"I did a background check on him as you asked, damn that man is under radar but not so clean he got some involvement in drugs and I'm on it. But, not so strong proof to throw him off. I asked some favors and will let you know when we got something good and strong" he grins.

I shake my head smiling at him, when Adam let's out a grin like that it means just one thing he will go through hell to do whatever it takes so David will be out of our lives.

"Is she okay? Did she say why he pushed her in the lake?" mom asks worried as she rubs my arm.

"No, I haven't asked her anything. She is too shaken so I let it go for now but will when she wakes up" I explain before letting her hug me.

"Don't worry, it's going to be good" and I hug her tight.

"God mom, when I heard her scream and the splash, I was so scared. I love her so much and don't want to lose her" I shudder thinking about it.

"You won't we will make sure about it" dad pats my back and I let mom go.

"Jeez dad, you don't have to be jealous, she is my mom" I tease him as I hug him as well. "Xander" I hear Alex call from the door. I snap my head before rushing her way.

"Hey sunshine, how're you feeling? You shouldn't be walking" I worry as I try to take her weight on me so she won't hurt her leg even more.

"I'm hungry" she whines before burying her face on my chest with a yawn.

"Well come then" I tug her to the couch and sit beside her.

As soon as she is all settled Amy brings her salad and put in front of her.

"You are not allowed to eat anything except that, it's for you to get well soon" she states seriously.

Alex pouts to me "I'm sorry sunshine you can't" I too state then without a word she starts eating the salad and we all burst out laughing. I put the salad away and pull her to my lap "God Sunshine! We were just pulling your leg" she folds her arms and glare at me.

"Not funny at all, especially when I injured my leg you are pulling" she pouts and again we all laugh and I bite he lower lip.

She is too irresistible when she does that!

Mom brings some grilled sandwich and chicken wings for he which she eats happily. My siblings find this is the perfect time to grill her as well as they keep throwing question at her way.

"So? Is Xander great in bed? I heard he has some awesome moves care to share" Garret asks her excited.

God no, my twins they are always curious when it comes to sexual activities and never miss a chance to ask about it. It's like it is the only thing that keeps going on in their mind!

"Where did you hear that?" she asks eating.

"From his exes" Caleb answers

"Well then, you need to ask them because I haven't even been able to give him a blow job but when he get hard hmm, he sure is big I cay say that" she answers nodding her head and we all gawk at her while Adam spits his drink all over the carpet.

After a while she stops eating and then realizes what she said out loud and shut her mouth with both hands. "Oh god! I didn't just say that" and hides her face, we all starts laughing again.

"Oh you sure did and babe if you want to blow m..." she covers my mouth and shakes her head.

"You are as bad as them" she scolds me.

"We are siblings after all" I tease her.

After dinner I take her back to the room. We lay in the bed silently staring at nothing wrapped around each other.

"What happened today?" I break the silence

"He was angry that I came with you and not happy about our relation he wants me to end it with you but I said no and walked away from him. He just started walking with me and suddenly I was in the lake I twisted my leg while trying to catch on something" she explains.

"I'm sorry, I promised to protect you but..." she interrupts.

"Ssh you did protect me, if it weren't for you I wouldn't be here feeling secure and god knows what he would have done. You can't protect me from everything Xander so just don't punish yourself for something you can't have control on" she states and I kiss her forehead.

My baby always understands.

"I asked Adam to do a background check on him and we found that he isn't just a businessman but a drug dealer too, but it's hard to collect the evidence. Adam wants that we tell Casey the truth about David" I explain to her not wanting to hide anything about David.

I don't want that man near my girl, he was dangerous for her but after knowing he has his hands dirty with illegal things I don't want my sunshine near him at any cost.

"But how did Adam know all about it?" she whisper asks looking wide eyed at me.

"He is a detective" I answer shrugging my shoulder.

"Wow your whole family is so" I interrupt her this time

"Crazy, I know" and she looks at me horrified

"No that's not..." I chuckle

"I know sunshine just teasing you, you are so naive. So will you tell Casey?" I ask seriously.

"I don't know but I...I god she is getting married next month" she groans in stress.

"Okay! Relax we will figure something out" I try to calm her down.

I don't want her more stressed and worried than she already is so we fall asleep after a while, closing this topic for now.

"It's amazing! You look lovely" my mother compliments my sister as she walks out in her wedding gown.

"Ya its perfect fit, mom. So that means we are going to have this"

Casey smiles at the owner and goes to the changing room.

"What's the matter you are very quite?" mom asks me.

"No it's just, Casey is getting married, I'm just" I stop not knowing what else to say.

"Oh sweetie, all girls have to get married eventually and Casey is already 27 she isn't getting any younger and it's time I have some grand kids" she smiles as Casey comes out.

"Mom I'm not that old, people do get married when they are 60" she huffs and mom laughs at her

"But it's hard to get babies when you are 60" and Casey groans.

"God you are too much" she complains and goes out so I follow her controlling my laughter.

Mom and Casey tend to get on each other nerves sometimes.

"Okay girls you two have a great time, I will go and meet the floweriest. Shop as much as you want, bye!" Mom shouts before getting in her car.

"So you like my gown?" Casey asks as we walk around.

"Yes it's beautiful!" I compliment her.

We do some window shopping and go to a cafe for some waffles and milkshake.

"So, what's going between you and Xander? I heard he was really mad at David. I'm sorry sometimes he just crosses the line but he didn't mean any harm to you I know. He just loves you so much always talking about you, sometimes I feel he is marrying the wrong sister" Casey jokes.

"Well, I knew him before you two even met so maybe. I need to tell you something about him" I speak.

I need to tell her about me and David before it's too late.

"Oh, I know what you going to tell me that he is perfect for me and I will be happy? God mom and dad keeps telling me that all time so enough all of that, no more about me and David. Let's talk about Mr. Carmen you already spend 3 nights with him while I haven't had even one night with my own fiancé." she sighs dreamily and I blush.

"Nothing to tell we just lay in bed and talk" I tell her.

"Ya right and kids are born by kissing of flies and anyway as I recall Carmen men are very sexual with big appetite for it" she winks to me. I look at her in confusion

"How do you know that?" I ask her. She looks a bit flustered before adding

"I mean look at the number of kids they have so obviously you know" she shrugs sipping her shake and I nod, it's true.

"It's been so long we haven't done this I wish Kia was here it would have been perfect. I don't know when our brother's going to get some common sense and get married already, poor Kia waiting him for so long!" Casey states and sips her shake as I smile.

"Do you love David?" I ask all of a sudden.

I don't want her heart to be broken as mine from the same man. If things went wrong and Adam proves that David isn't a good man, I want to make sure that Casey won't get backlash from him.

"What kind of question is that? Of course else why would I be marrying him you are silly" she answer before looking away.

And that alone answers my question in many ways.

"Then why isn't he so involved in this wedding as you?" I push to know about the truth from her.

"That's because he is busy we are getting married, he will need a tons of money for me to spend and then there is our honeymoon. He is getting 15days leave so he got to wrap everything up before wedding" she explains and I nod.

It's true he is a busy man but no matter how much a guy is busy if he loves his bride enough he will make time for her no matter what?

But now that I look at it all, I see clearly David hasn't been involved in one single thing about this wedding it's either Mom or Casey preparing everything.

Even Dad and Will are helping out sometimes but not David not once. And that proves only one thing that they are not in love but far from it.

Oh Casey! For some reason I'm relief that she isn't in love with that man but a part of me is sad for Casey cause if this marriage occurs without a hitch she will be spending rest of her life with a guy she will never love.

I won't let that happen, Casey will marry the man who will love her and she deserves to be happy.

After eating we plan to go watch a movie. While we wait for the ticket I see Adam and wave at him. He smiles as he sees me and walks towards.

"Hey, what are you doing here came with the lil' bro?" he teases.

"Hey, I got the ticket let's go" Casey states as she waves it in front of me.

"Oh Adam, this is my sister Casey, and Casey he is Adam, Xander's big brother" I introduce them.

"Hi Casey!" he smiles to her.

"It's Cassandra" with that she drags me with her.

What was that about?

"Hey stop! That was mean" I scold her.

"Good! I don't want to miss the beginning" she huffs.

What's wrong with her all of a sudden?

After the movie she drives me to Xander house and he invites her in.

"Coffee?" he offers to us and I nod.

"So now that you are dating her, what's the plan? You guys relation going anywhere or is it just sex?" Casey asks casually and I look at her to Xander in horror.

She is terrible.

"Casey!" I hiss her way but she just simply raises an eyebrow to me.

"I just don't want you to end up with someone who will leave you or break your heart" she explains.

"Don't worry I'm fine. I never interfere with your life and so I expect the same from you" I argue and she shrugs.

"I can understand what you are trying to say, don't worry I promised to protect her and I won't break her heart" with that he kisses me.

"Okay, okay, got the point no need to prove it. Well as much as I like seeing you guys happy, I don't think I can handle all of this touching! You guys have fun I will take my leave" she says and make her move.

"But coffee?" I ask stopping her

"Next time" she replies and as she turns Adam enters.

"Well hello we meet again" he greets Casey with a smile.

"Goodbye!"

She tries to leave but he blocks her way, she moves to right and so does he, if she moves to left so does he. Finally, Casey stops and glare at him

"Coffee?" he asks and she rolls her eyes and takes her seat again as she huffs.

Xander sets the coffee in front of her and she takes it, while ignoring the chuckles from Adam, me and Xander.

"Hey lil' bro what's up?" Adam greets Xander before hugging him.

"So Cassandra you in that day of month or something or aren't you getting any from your fiancé, why so uptight?" Adam pokes her and she glares him while I spit out my coffee.

Xander rubs my back glaring at Adam's head. He has a big grin in his face. Just as she tries to reply her phone rings.

"Hey handsome, um hmm ya okay, great. I'm ok uh huh. Love you" with that she cuts the phone

"I gotta run thanks for coffee" she smiles happily.

"You seem happy what happened, care to share the news?" Xander stops her.

"Remember the project David was trying so hard to get from past few years?" she asks me. I try to remember the name of it

"The Daffodils" I inquire.

"Yes! He finally got it" she says excitedly

"But wasn't that project banded? Because it was illegal" Adam adds.

"I don't know, if it was illegal why would David invest in it nah! You got the wrong information he is betting all his money for it but still he can't cover 15% so I'm investing some money." she shrugs.

"But how can you afford so much?" I ask her curiously.

"Well after I get married I'm going to get the summer house legally and we thought to put it in the bank. David said he is going to cover it after a year or two so I'm going to go and meet his lawyer now to get details" she explains before rushing out.

We all stare at the door in silence, all of us in our own thoughts.

"Please tell me that he is not using her for money and his cover for the dealings?" Adam grits out through his teeth.

"Hey what's the worth of the summer house?" Xander asks me.

"Well something around 10milion" I gulp.

"Fuck me" Adam curses gaining a glare from Xander

"But I still don't get it, if he was after the property and the cover, then why not marry Alex?" Adam asks.

Once again silence covers us as my brain starts to click and join the points. I stay still as I speak.

"Because I and William are not in Casey's grandparents will only Casey is. He can never gain that much money if he married me and she had literally grew up with them and all their property goes to Casey when she gets married" I whisper.

"Oh my god, we need to stop him before he hurts her" I beg to Xander as tears leak through my eyes, he holds me tight and asks.

"What do you mean Casey's grandparents?" I look at him and answer

"Casey and me, we don't share same mother her mom died on childbirth and dad got re-married so her grand parents took her" I answer and then Adam states.

"So that's why you two don't look similar, you are brunette while she is blond"

I nod at him before looking at Xander a pleading him once again.

"We will stop him Sunshine don't worry" he looks at Adam

"Already on it. I'm going to make that bastard pay for everything!" Adam hisses
