Alex's POV
(This chapter is told as though Alex was there, watching the whole thing. Even though he's not with Steven and Keith, he's definitely not looking for himself.)

"Where did he go?"
Steven asked.

"I lost my kid! I lost my kid! I lost my 3 year old son! Where did he go!?"
Keith asked.

"Calm down Keith. We'll find him. Don't worry!"

"He didn't go in the house did he?"

"Not that I saw."
Keith relied.

"You check in there just in case."
Steven said.

Keith nodes, and checked the whole house:his room, music room, kitchen, basement, my old bed room-nothing!

"Find anything?"
Keith says out of breath from running.

Steven shakes his head and says:"Neither did I. Where would he be?"

"Let's check the garage, the front yard, then the back."
Keith says.

Keith's POV
I checked the yard, nothing. Then we went in the garage, checked under and in the cars-nothing!

"Where could he have gone?"
Steven asked.

"You don't think he ran away? Do you."

"No."
Keith said.

"The woods!"
Steven said again.

"He wouldn't go back there alone! Wait, the tree line on the side of the house."
Keith said.

"Let's go!"

We ran back there, and sure enough, we found Alex sitting down in the dirt, facing the cage.🏴
