Chapter 27: About new Horcruxes
Albus watched the Death Eaters bow, unable to do anything. He wanted to run up there and attack them and kill them and just basically destroy them, but he couldn't. So, he watched them leave again, before he turned to Tyler.
"Tyler, what are we going to do now?" he asked, and Tyler shrugged.
He bit his lip. "I really don't know." he said, and Albus sighed.
"Maybe we should inform the rest." he said, but before he could walk back to the castle Tyler grabbed his arm.
"Al, how did they know where to look? That's both for the Elder Wand and the Resurrection Stone." he said, and Albus nodded.
"I never really thought about it, but you're right. How did they find these items. Especially, how did they do it so quickly?" he asked, partly to Tyler, but mostly to himself.
As they returned to the castle they discussed that subject, and when they arrived at the castle Luke, Felicia, Rose and Quinn stood near the gate through which the two entered.
Rose spoke first. "Where did you go?"
"They have chosen a new Dark Lord." answered Tyler, and the others gasped.
Felicia squeezed herself past Quinn and Luke, before pulling Albus in a hug.
"Are you okay?" she asked, and Albus chuckled.
"I'm fine, relax." he said, when he saw Quinn's face. She looked angry, so Albus quickly released Felicia. "I'm tired, I'm going to sleep." he said, avoiding both Felicia and Quinn's eyes.

The next day consisted of Albus sitting in the library to study for Transfiguration, before saying goodbye to his father as Professor Chubbs returned as their Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher. As the Summer Holidays approached slowly there were some tests that would tell you if you could go on to seventh year, which was the year you'd be doing the N.E.W.T.S. In the late afternoon he sat by the fire studying with Felicia.
"Al, haven't you studied enough yet? The test is only next week?" she said, before stealing a kiss. Albus chuckled.
"I failed the last test and if I fail again McGonagall will kill me." he answered, and Felicia laughed.
She closed her Transfiguration book. "Well, I feel like I know everything now, and I'm hungry so I'll go and eat." she said, and got up, grabbed her books and went up to her dorm.
Just then Quinn came down from the girls' dorm. She definitely saw Albus but pretended not to see him and walked straight to Fred, who greeted her in a kiss. Albus sighed and closed his books and brought them back to his dorm before meeting Felicia in the common room again.
He had breakfast with her and then followed Tyler and Luke to the greenhouses, where professor Longbottom had them repot Snargaluffs. Quinn was having long conversations with Chris McLaggen, which Albus didn't like. Clearly she was angry at Albus, and even though he didn't quite like the fact that they were fighting, Albus really thought Quinn was the one being ridiculous. The only thing Albus did, at least, as far as he knew, was dating Felicia. And there was nothing wrong with that, was there?

The next day Albus sat at the black lake with Scorpius, because Rose and Felicia were catching up on a few things.
"Hey Al, do you think the Death Eaters are currently creating new Horcruxes?" Scorpius asked, and Albus shrugged.
He looked up the sky to see the grey clouds. "It's going to be raining. But to answer your question, I think that they will. And there is something I'm quite sure they will turn into a Horcrux." he said, and Scorpius looked at him expectantly.
"You see, Albus, those are the kind of things that you should share." he said, and Albus looked at him.
"You're ridiculous, Scorpius." Albus said. "But to tell you, they will most likely turn something that meant a lot to the Dark Lord into a Horcrux, or something that he owned. Like his wand. That will likely be turned in one." Scorpius nodded.
"That's likely, yes." he said, when they were interrupted by a girl's voice.
It was Rose. "Hey Scorp! Are you coming to get some lunch now?" She asked, and Scorpius got up, leaving Albus alone near the lake.
A little after they left Albus was still sitting by the lake when Quinn passed him. Albus decided to talk to her.
"Quinn!" he yelled at her. She spun around and before looking around. Then she smiled and walked up to Albus. "I'm alone, in case you were wondering." he said, and she bit her lip.
"Yeah. Sorry, I just don't like to see you with Felicia, really. I mean, in the way that you and her don't make a good couple, that's it." she said, and Albus smiled.
"Hey, Quinn, let me just get straight to the point." Albus said, "I really don't like ignoring you. You're my best friend, and Tyler and Luke are practically attached to each other. Can we be friends again? What do you want me to do to get us back on speaking terms?" he asked, and she seemed to be thinking. Every time Quinn was thinking, her eyes would sparkle and it made Albus think of their first year, with the Cloak of Wisdom, when she would put on the Cloak. It was a pity they had to destroy the cloak, Albus liked the thing.
Quinn answered. "Nothing. I hate ignoring you too, Al. I'm so sorry for doing that, I'm a bloody idiot like that." she said, and Albus smiled. He then pulled her into a hug. Then a loud churning sound was heard, and Quinn chuckled. "That's my stomach. Let's get some food, I'm hungry." she said, and Albus followed her back to the castle, happy to be friends with Quinn again.
"We're ridiculous, you know that?" said Albus, and Quinn laughed.
She stuffed her mouth with beef stew with herb dumplings and swallowed. "I do know th-" she started, but was interrupted by someone.
"Quinn! There you are, I was looking for you! We were supposed to meet up at the greenhouses!" Fred exclaimed.
Quinn gasped. "Oh, Fred, I'm so sorry, I forgot!" she said, and Fred smiled.
"Okay, that's fine. We can still go out, though. Let's go." he said, and he helped her up. He took her hand and they left the Great Hall, leaving Albus alone.
But, luckily, he wasn't alone for long, as Felicia entered the Great Hall, and she walked to Albus.
"Hey you!" she said, sitting down next to him. "God, I'm starving. So, you were talking to Quinn.. Are you back on speaking terms?" she asked, and Albus nodded.
"Yeah, we are. So, how did your test go? You were doing um, what was it again?"
"Divination, duh. No, I was doing Ancient Runes. It was hard, even Rose thought it was hard." she said, laughing. Albus smiled. Felicia's laughs always sounded sweet.
After dinner they returned to the common room, only to find Lily sitting in the large grandpa chair, crying.
Despite not being on great terms with her, Albus did care about his sister. "Lily? Are you okay?" he asked, and she looked at him. Her mascara was all over her face.
"Go away." she said, but Albus tried to hug her, but she slapped him away.
"Okay, fine, I'll go.." he said, and Lily nodded. Albus yawned, said goodnight to Felicia, and went up to go to bed.

Hey you guys!
So, this is clearly not my favorite chapter =( it's pretty much a filler. Still, I hope you liked it a bit at least.
But, (yes, there's a but)
I'm thinking of making the next chapter extra long because I have like the best idea ever for the next chapter and you don't know it! But, as I also have some school work to do and I tend to be extremely lazy, plus I updated like three times yesterday I might not do it, but then I'll update twice tomorrow. When the week starts again - and I mean Monday, because even I know that the week technically starts on Sunday - I will not update that much because I still have school until the tenth of July, except I will have looooooads of time in the last week so... yeah. Dutch schools suck and are confusing as hell because we kind of define our futures a few times in our lives, starting at the age of eleven, next when you're fourteen or fifteen so... yeah. If you want me to explain how it works tell me and I'll put it in the Author's Note next time lol. I should stop writing now because I'm kind of writing stupid nothingness now.
Love,
Florence
