Aladdin and Y/n walked through the bazaar with Abu on Aladdin's shoulders as Y/n fixed her shawl as the fishmonger and stall vendors shouted out their many wares to purchase. "Fresh fish! We catch them, you buy them!" "Try this, please. Please. Sugar dates, figs and pistachios!" The vendors shouted out as a pair of newcomers to the bazaar looked at the wares along with taking it the delicious smells of freshly baked bread and food until their eyes set on a pair of young orphaned children whom were eyeing the bread along with some apples as their stomachs growled in hunger before approaching the children.

Man & Woman: "Hello. Oh. Are you hungry?" The man said as he along with the woman as she lightly squeezed the orphaned girl's face while the man looked over at the bread then tapped the woman's shoulder. The man and woman both grabbed a fresh loaf of bread and an apple each from the stand and gave it to the children. "Here, take some bread." The children smiled up at the man and woman then ran off until they heard someone shouting at them.

Vendor: "Hey! Hey! You two steal from my brother."

Aladdin and Y/n looked up over at the vendor as he was yelling at a man and woman dressed in white robes yet the man held a dagger on his waist which held an elegant gold tiger carved into it's sheath and hilt connected to a deep blue silk belt. Aladdin and Y/n looked at each other nodding as they both began walking towards the scene.

Man & Woman: "Stealing? No, We..." The two said only for the vendor to interrupt them. "You two pay, or I take bracelet and dagger." The man glared at the vendor as he grabbed the woman's wrist tightly as he unsheathed his dagger. "Let go of my sister!" The man was about cut the vendor until Aladdin dove in saving the woman as Y/n stood beside the man slowly taking the dagger away from him and placed it back in the man's leather sheathed.

Aladdin & Y/n: "Whoa! Take it easy, Jamal." Aladdin said while Y/n rolled her eyes at Jamal as he told Aladdin and Y/n what had happened. "Those children were hungry! We..." Y/n quickly placed her hands onto the man's and woman's mouths to quite them. "Okay, give us a minute, please." Y/n said towards the man and woman smiling kindly until Jamal grabbed Aladdin's and Y/n's shoulders.

Jamal: "You two keep your little street rat and mouse nose out of it! Huh?" He said snapping his fingers at them as Aladdin and Y/n shrugged him off of themselves before Aladdin looked over at the woman and Y/n looked up at the man whispering.

Aladdin & Y/n: "Do you have any money?" Aladdin gently took the woman's wrist as he took off her bracelet and Y/n placed one hand onto the man's chest while sneakily taking the dagger from his belt. "No." The man and woman said as Aladdin and Y/n looked at them. "Okay, trust us." They said together in unison as the man looked down into Y/n's eyes and the woman looked up at Aladdin til they both noticed that they were both missing something important to them the woman's bracelet and the man's dagger. Aladdin and Y/n turned around towards Jamal holding the bracelet and dagger between their fingers. "Here you go. This is what you wanted, right?" They handed Jamal the bracelet and dagger which he placed in his pockets as Y/n swiped three apples and tossed one to Jamal while pocketing the other two. "Okay, and an apple. For your troubles." Y/n said as Aladdin swiped two items as well before Aladdin and Y/n took hold of the man's and woman's wrist separately and walked away from the stall.  "Wait! That was our...We're not leaving without the bracelet and dagger!" Aladdin and Y/n stood on opposite sides of the man and woman while Aladdin held the bracelet up to the woman, Y/n held the dagger up to the man. "You two mean this bracelet and dagger? Come on."  The man and woman looked at Aladdin and Y/n in awe as they smiled at them which led to the street rat and mouse to trip slightly. "Oh, oh dear, to clarify. We weren't stealing those children were hungry and..." Aladdin and Y/n looked at each other then the man and woman saying together. "Ah, that's called stealing and if they catch you then you'll spend the next three weeks in the stocks."  "Stocks?" The man and woman questioned the twins til they walked up to a man in the stocks. "How are you doing there, Omar?" Y/n asked as Omar looked up seeing it was Aladdin and Y/n. "I have been better, thanks for asking Y/n but I could use something to eat though." Omar said as Y/n took an apple out of her purse and helded it up as Omar took it by biting into the fruit which shocked the man and woman by her generosity as Aladdin smiled at his sister. "Uh, how much trouble are we in exactly?" The man and woman said as Aladdin and Y/n laughed softly saying together at those words Aladdin and Y/n heard Jamal shouting out their names. "Aladdin! Y/n! Thieves with Aladdin and Y/n!" Aladdin and Y/n looked at the man and woman stating to them. "Only if you get caught. Down that alley. Monkey knows the way." Aladdin and Y/n said together as they both pointed out the alleyway where workers were dying clothes many different colors. "Abu." Aladdin said as Abu hopped onto the woman's shoulder chittering. "You'll both be fine, go now." Y/n said as they heard Jamal calling the guards, Aladdin and Y/n laughed softly before turning around as the guards shouted at them. "Hey, you two!" Aladdin and Y/n held up the bracelet and dagger in their hands taunting the guards. "Looking for these, Jamal?" They said before the twins began to ran off. "Aladdin! Y/n! Street rat! Street mouse!"

Aladdin and Y/n laughed together as they ran through the streets of Agrabah from the guards, jumping onto the rafters of homes to evade the guards along with doing many other tricks they both had learned throughout the years from living on the streets til they both saw a man shut his window up before they both knocked onto the wood together and began to sing out loud as the shutter hit a guard in the face.

Gotta keep one jump ahead of the breadline, One swing ahead of the sword. We steal only what we can't afford and that's ev'rything.

Aladdin and Y/n made it into the alley where they had sent Abu with the man and woman signaling for them to start running with them through cloth dying pools carefully.

One jump ahead of the lawmen. That's all, and that's no joke, These guys don't appreciate We're broke

Riff raffs!
Street rat! Street mouse!
Scoundrels!

Take that! Try a dif'rent tack, guys

'Round the back, guys
We can take a hint, gotta face the facts. Could really use a friend or two (huh?)

Aladdin grabs a knife as Y/n pushed the man and woman aside to safety to stand beside her brother as he cut a rope on a pull mechanism which led to a huge sand bag to launch them both into the air as they both grabbed a balcony ledge of a home and climbed to safety before they leaned against a door which opened up to a woman's classroom as the young ladies surrounded Aladdin and Y/n smiling.

Aladdin: "Ooh, Ladies." He said as Y/n rolled her eyes at her brother.

Y/n: "Good morning, girls." She said honestly as the girls began braiding her hair that was out of her shawl til the school mistress approached the thief twins.

Oh, it's sad, Aladdin's, Y/n's hit the bottom
They've become a one-man and woman rise in crime
I'd blame parents, 'cept they haven't got 'em
Gotta eat to live, gotta steal to eat, Tell you all about it when we got the time

Aladdin and Y/n dodged the woman as she tried to hit them with her pointing stick as a guard ran into the room. Aladdin and Y/n quickly jumped through the open window which led the guard to fell out of the window onto a cloth canopy and then the ground as the twins launched themselves back into the classroom safely on the first cloth canopy and over another guard's back as they moved away from his sights while Aladdin stole the guards keys before both the twins jumped back onto the window sill smiling at the guard as Aladdin held the keys out jingling them for the guard to take them back which led to Aladdin and Y/n to both fall onto the cloth canopy until they both hit the ground on top of another as the man helped Y/n off of Aladdin while Aladdin stood up.

Man & Woman: "There are stairs, you both know." They said as Aladdin took the woman's hand in to his and Y/n held the man's arm smiling up at him.

Aladdin & Y/n: "Where's fun in that?" The twins said to the man and woman before they heard the guards shouting at them as they began to speed walk out of the alley as they looked at a incoming cart heading their way.

One jump ahead of the slowpokes
One skip ahead of our doom
Next time gonna use a nom de plume
One jump ahead of the hitmen
One hit ahead of the flock
We think We'll take a stroll around the block

Aladdin grabbed onto the incoming cart pulling the woman onto it as well while Y/n did the same to a cart behind her brother and helped the man onto the cart while the twins sang still making the man and woman laugh at Aladdin's and Y/n's antics before the twins noticed guards heading their way then the four jumped off of the cart to run into a different street with the guards on their tail til Aladdin and Y/n pushed a pole wood in front of the pathway as people yelled at them while Aladdin and Y/n saw their pet monkey Abu stealing fruit and yelled at him thus he stopped while they ran up so stairs as a separate pair of a man and woman blocked the staircase from the guards to get to Aladdin and Y/n.

Stop, thieves!
Vandals!
Abu!
Scandals!

Let's not be too hasty
Still I think their rather tasty
Gotta eat to live, gotta steal to eat
Otherwise we'd get along (wrong!)

Aladdin and Y/n took a piece of bread from the woman's basket each as they both sang to the guards as Y/n pocketed her bread and Aladdin tossed his aside before seeing guards on a makeshift ladder until Aladdin and Y/n ran over to the guards and kicked the ladder away from the ledge which led to the guards to fall into a huge pile of flower petals to fill the air as Aladdin and Y/n climbed onto a wooden pull system and faced the man and woman saying together.

Aladdin & Y/n: "Together on three!" Aladdin and Y/n shouted as the man and woman repeated what they had said. "Together on three?" Aladdin and Y/n looked at each other before back to the man and woman explaining as Y/n helped the man onto the pulley. "We jump."  "We jump?" Y/n sighed softly before placing her forefinger onto the man's lips as Y/n said towards the man and woman smiling. "Why are you both repeating everything we say? The pole for the lady and you handsome follow after my brother and I. One, two, three!" Y/n counted down as she and Aladdin ran fast as they could before jumping off the ledge of the pulley and safely onto the house roof in front of them as they stood up seeing the man and woman had not followed them. "We're sorry!" Aladdin and Y/n rolled their eyes as Aladdin climbed up onto the roof with his sister still on the roof side and spoke to the man and woman knowing that they both were scared. "Look at us. Look at us. You both can do this." The man and woman breathed slowly before moving back as the guards climbed onto the roof they both ran off the pulley or pole vaulted over towards Aladdin and Y/n, the woman landed on Aladdin's lap while Y/n caught the man in her arms which caused the man to straighten up and rub the back of his neck.

Y/n: "Nicely done and your flustered, handsome?" She asked while the man clears his throat lightly as he spoke towards her. "Thank you and now is not the time to make fun of me." The man said while he and Y/n climbed after Aladdin and the woman as Abu ran beside Aladdin and Y/n as the four hopped over rooftops before the twins pointed aside for the man and woman to hide as they grabbed a rug each while Abu gave Aladdin and Y/n a rope with the guards right behind them as the twins jumped off the ledge using the rugs as distractions for the guards to think that Aladdin and Y/n crashed through a roof but in reality they swang into the other building for safety.

One trick ahead of disaster
They're quick, but We're much faster

The man and woman came out of hiding as Abu chitters looking over the ledge as a set of hands showed for the man and woman to see it was Aladdin and Y/n sighing in relief.

Aladdin & Y/n: "Come on, we know somewhere we'll be safe." They said as the man and woman helped them up to safety before the four walked from rooftop to rooftop carefully then through the alleys.

*Down in the dungeons*

A man dressed in royal vizier garb looked at the set of new prisoners then at his henchmen.

"You bring me the rough but never a set of diamonds. Take them away."

The man said as his parrot named Iago repeated what his master said as the henchman spoke up. "My vizier...perhaps this pair of diamonds in the rough does not exist?" "They are out there." The vizier said as his henchman said. "But we've searched for months! I do not understand what could possibly be in that cave...that could help a man as great as you. You are already second only to the Sultan!" The vizier turned around to glare at the man before him. "And you think second is enough? Do you know what I had to do to get the power that I have? The sacrifices that I've made, the bodies that I've buried? The five years spent in a Shirabad jail? People need to understand that they will pay for underestimating me. Second is not enough! And it will never be enough! That's why I need the lamp, and why I no longer need you!" The royal vizier pushed his henchman down a deep well to never be heard from again.

*Back in Agrabah*

Aladdin, Y/n, Abu along with the man and woman successfully made it to the twins hideaway/home alleyway as Aladdin jumped onto a rope swing switch which let wooden beams out of hiding to make mismatched steps appear. The man and woma looked in awe not believing what they were seeing.

Man & Woman: "Is this...Is this where you two live?" They asked while climbing up the steps with Aladdin and Y/n right behind them. "Yep. Just us and Abu. Come and go as we please. Welcome to our humble...You'll both see." Aladdin and Y/n said in unison before flipping a switch down as the wooden beamed rised up pulling red cloth curtains up into a tent of sorts along with the twins things from pillows they managed to steal for bedding, Y/n's jewelry box where Abu placed his hat in along with his tiny bed, a tea set and many other items as the man and woman removed their shawl and cloth turban to show the man's curled waves of ebony hair and the woman's long braid on her back while they both ran onto the balcony looking over at city gates to the ocean shore. "We can't believe..." the man and woman said as Aladdin was fixing up the floor while Y/n began brewing tea for everyone. "What?" Aladdin and Y/n asked as the man and woman looked over at the twins smiling. "We can't believe we did that. That we did that. *scoffs* That we're alive! With the chase. Jumping across buildings. That was incredible." The man and woman said as Y/n poured they all some fresh tea. "Tea?"  Y/n asked as the man and woman looked over at her. "Yes, thank you. And thank you both for getting us out of there. Aladdin and Y/n, isn't it?" They asked as Aladdin and Y/n smiled at them. "Uh, You're both welcome..."  Aladdin and Y/n looked at the two for a name. "I'm... I'm Sinbad." The man said while Y/n gave him a cup of tea as the woman spoke up. "I'm...I'm Dalia." Aladdin and Y/n looked at each other while Aladdin poured 'Dalia' her tea. "Sinbad and Dalia from the palace." Aladdin and Y/n questioned which made 'Sinbad's and Dalia's' eyes widened in shock. "How could you both tell?" "Well, only someone from the palace could afford a bracelet or dagger like that. And that silk lining is imported, too. It comes from the merchant boats, straight to the palace. But not to servants. At least, not most servants, which means you two are the handmaiden to the princess and butler to the prince." Aladdin and Y/n explained as they had impressed Sinbad and Dalia. "Impressive and a keen eye you two have." They said as Aladdin and Y/n laughed softly. "You two think that's impressive, you both should see the city from up there."  Aladdin and Y/n pointed up the stairs towards Y/n's lute as Sinbad and Dalia ran upstairs excited as their eyes saw all of Agrabah. "Agrabah. It's so beautiful. We should get out more." They said together as Aladdin said while Y/n removed her new red shawl from her head. "You two should tell the prince and princess to get out more. The people haven't seen him or her in years." Dalia looked over at Aladdin as Sinbad looked over at Y/n. "They won't let them. Ever since our... The queen was killed, the Sultan's been afraid. So he and she both are kept locked away." They said as Y/n looked over at them while caressing her cool lapis lazuli stone necklace. "Seems everyone's been afraid since then, But the people of Agrabah had nothing to do with that. The people loved her." She said as Sinbad and Dalia smiled at her until Sinbad tripped on the lute and picked it up. "Is this yours, Y/n?" He asked as Y/n nodded happily as Dalia gently took the lute and began playing a chord which Aladdin and Y/n remembered instantly. "Our mother taught Aladdin and I that song. It's all we have left to remember her besides this necklace around my neck, our father gave this to her before we lost them both when we were young. We've been on our own ever since then. It's alright just a little sad to have a monkey as a paternal figure in your life. I'll become somebody, I don't exactly know how but I am."  Y/n said before walking over to the balcony as Sinbad followed after her thus leaving Dalia with Aladdin. Y/n looked out onto Agrabah with Sinbad beside her while she began to sing softly yet sadly looking through her memories of her's and Aladdin's childhood when their mother was still alive.

Sinbad looked at Y/n with a soft smile on his face before gently taking hold of her hand into his own which lead Y/n to look up at Sinbad blushing slightly as they smiled at each other not knowing the same was happening to Aladdin and Dalia until a ship horn blew through the air making Aladdin, Y/n, Sinbad and Dalia look over at the palace to see a magnificent ship. "Welcome Prince Anders!" Sinbad let got of Y/n's hand as he and Dalia said together. "We have to get back to the palace." Aladdin and Y/n looked at each as they walked out of their home with Sinbad and Dalia. "It's just another prince coming to court the princess." Aladdin said as Y/n rolled her eyes at the saying. "The prince and princess should marry for love honestly in my opinion." Y/n said while Aladdin and Y/n looked for Dalia's bracelet and Sinbad's dagger only to not find it "That was our mother's bracelet and father's dagger." Sinbad and Dalia said together before walking away from Aladdin and Y/n to the palace, one of the sultan's horsemen guards were about to trample a little girl on accident until Aladdin and Y/n quickly moved her away to safety. "Street rat, Street mouse, get out of the way!" Aladdin and Y/n hated those names that the guards always called them.

Aladdin & Y/n: "Who do you think you're calling a street rat and street mouse?" They said together til the guard retaliated. "Are you both talking back to me? You two were born worthless and you both will die worthless. And only your fleas will mourn you both." The guard said before leaving as Abu climbed onto Aladdin's shoulders and Aladdin placed his arm around Y/n's shoulders. "Come on, Abu. Let's go home." Aladdin and Y/n said as they walked through the crowd and headed back home looking over at their home then at the palace sadly.

"Riffraffs," "Street rat, Street mouse"
We don't buy that
If only they'd look closer
Would they see a poor boy and girl?
No, sirree
They'd find out
There's so much more to us...

Aladdin and Y/n sang out sadly as Abu held Dalia's bracelet and Sinbad's dagger to the twins smiling as Aladdin took the bracelet, Y/n took the dagger carefully in her hands. "Abu. There's a time that we do steal, and a time we don't. This was definitely a pair of don'ts." Aladdin and Y/n said in unison as they held up the bracelet and dagger before smirking with a plan forming in their brains.

Back at the palace the Sultan along with his son dressed in blue robes trimmed with gold as they greeted the prince Anders before the door opened up showing the prince's little sister: Princess Jasmine but her brother nicknamed her the peacock princess as she nicknamed her big brother the tiger prince.

Next chapter will be after the name for the prince has been selected!
