A final moment, shared together.

 "(Y/N)?"

 A final kiss to seal the promise.

"(Y/N)?!"

 The promise for an eternity together.

 "Zeno? Oi, Zeno! Snap it out!" Yoon shook the Ouryuu by the shoulders.

 "Hm?" Zeno yawns, stretching his arms towards the shining sky.

 "Lately you've been sad, why so?" Princess Yona asked, her soft eyes showing that she wanted her Yellow Dragon to be okay.

 The usual happy Zeno was indeed sad lately, worrying everyone from the small group he was in.

 "Are you sick?"

 "Do you want something?"

 Offers and offers, suggestions and suggestions, over and over again.

 He wasn't sick, which was something inevitable, since he was immortal.

 He wanted something though.

But it was something he would never receive, even if he prayed every night to the God.

 To feel her soft skin against his palm, to comb her beautiful hair with his fingers, to see her warm (e/c) eyes.

"(Y/N)..."

"Hmm?" Hack mumbled, gazing towards the oldest dragon.

"Ehehe, nothing." Zeno chuckled, nervously scratching the back of his head.

"Zeno~" A voice, soft as honey chirped.

"Mmmm..." The Ouryuu smiled, refusing to open his eyes, despite the ticklish breath on top of him.

"Come on, you slept enough today." The voice chuckled, pulling the half-naked dragon out of the bed.

Refusing to let go of his territory, Zeno pulled the light as a feather body towards him, kissing it with such passion as if it was their last goodbye.

"Mmm, stay in my arms forever, will you?" He asked, embracing his lover tight.

"I will forever be with you, Zeno."

Forever and ever.

Days passed by and Zeno's condition was getting worse. He knew that the day which ended on of his beautiful moments will come.

"Zeno..." Yona sighed, seeing the Yellow dragon walking away from the camp fire.

"Zeno is fine, miss." He lied, his back facing the others.

Will things ever be fine?

He did not know. If only he could suffer the way she did. That's all he wanted at the moment. To feel the agony, the pain and the sadness she experienced, while wearing that precious for him smile.

A strong woman she was indeed.

But a human's life has its end.

"She did not deserve to die..." He whispered.

An almost inhuman roar could be heard through the empty castle corridors.

"Zeno?! What's wrong?! Zeno!" She shook his shoulders, brining him back to reality.

"The others... They... Are dying!" He said, clenching his fists. "(Y/N), they are dying!"

She was shocked to hear what he had just said to her.

Yes, years passed since each dragon departed on his own way, but (Y/N) thought that they had the same ability as her lover.

She hoped they had that kind of abilities. Because now... They made it more complicated for her to die.

"I'll be here for you." She hugged Zeno's trembling body.

To tell the truth, she did not believe in her words, as they were impossible to be certain.

After all, she was only a human. She could feel the coldness every year, the burning sun too. The illness. The pain inside her heart.

She could bare to tell him what she experienced a few days ago, as it was too hard for her. She couldn't see him sad, especially now.

Not today nor tomorrow. She could just smile and keep him on his feet, because she loved him.
