After looking into things with still no answers i give up. "I'm just going to take a nap" I say and as I go to lay down I am tackled on to my bed. As I begin to try to fight back I hear a familiar giggle.
"It's just me silly" Esdeath says sitting on my back. It's ridiculous to think that someone like me, a member of night raid,could be with her, the woman whose job is to kill night raid, but here is how it happened.
Originally my mission was to gain information from her by flirting with her but she saw right through it. She decided she would try to flip the tables and try to get information out of me. Neither of us budged and after talking for a while, we both caught feels. Ever since, we have been dating, both knowing who the other is but refusing to believe it and avoiding each other in battle. This also meant she had to be my dirty little secret.
It brings me back to the time when we first met. She approached me in a cafe and started up a conversation about the rebellion and what I thought should be done about it. I was immediately on edge thinking how could she possibly know i'm a part of the rebellion, they don't even know my face yet, but before i finished my thought, she smiled and whispered to me, "don't worry, i'm don't feel like killing you right now", and let out a soft giggle. After that, one thing lead to another and I ended up sleeping with her that night.
