RECAP- RAAVI CHALLENGES SHIVA

Raavi comes out and starts dancing with the baraat. Shiva looks at her and gets mesmerized. She pulls him too, breaking his trance and they dance to the fullest..

D- Arre arre bas karo bacchon, shaadi ki rasmein bhi karni hain...

All stop dancing and Raavi goes to the bride side again and welcomes the baraatis. She puts the tika on Shiva too.

R- Aap bohot acche lag rahe hain iss sherwani mein..

Shiva blushes.

S- Thank you...aur tum bhi..Lekin bindi nahi lagayi tumne?

R- Aapko bindi pasand hai?

S- Haan...

All the baraatis come inside while Raavi goes back to her room and puts a small blue bindi on her forehead.

Here Shiva is confused about his behaviour. How could he tell her about bindi...He never tells any woman about their appearance, then why Raavi?

S- *to himself* Mere liye Raavi baakiyon se alag kyon hai...Vo jese bhi rahe that's her look out...Why do I get affected...

He sees Raavi coming from her room wearing the bindi and she smiles at him.

R- Ab kesi lag rahi hun?

S- Bohot acchi...

Meanwhile, dwar puja is done and priest calls for the bride. Raavi goes and gets Naina while Shiva teases Karan by blocking his view..

K- Bhai please...

S- Theek hai yaar dekh le, ab to lifetime ke liye teri hi ho rahi ho..

And he moves away from there. Naina sits with Karan while Shiva and Raavi stand together. They clap as their siblings exchange garlands and Raavi looks at him through the corner of her eyes all the time.

Just when Karan removes his shoes and they walk up the mandap, Shiva and Raavi remember about the bet and look at each other..

Who would reach to the mandap first was the question now? Raavi got an idea....

R- Shiva vo dekhiye Dhara Aunty ko pata nahi kya ho gaya...

Shiva gets worried and looks back while Raavi quickly runs to the mandap and steals the shoes. Shiva sees her going upstairs and runs behind her. All laugh at the scenario.

Raavi runs as fast as she could and reaches upstairs, but Shiva also just arrives there after nick of a second and snatches the shoes away from her hand.

R- Shiva, shoes vaapis kijiye...

S- Kyon..

Shiva puts his hands up in the air while Raavi tries to snatch the shoes from his hand. They keep tiffing about the shoes for sometime but Raavi gets tired. Something crosses on her mind and she falls on the floor.

R- Aa...aa Shiva, mera pair..

She holds her ankle and makes faces as if she got a sprain. He gets worried, keeps the shoes on side table and bends down to help her.

S- R..Raavi tum thik ho?

R- Shiva I think sprain aa gaya hai...aah its paining...

Shiva takes her legs in his hand and starts caressing it out of concern. She forgets about her plan for a moment, and looks at his features. He has a perfect face and a beautiful heart too.

S- Abhi bhi ho raha hai?

His voice breaks her trance and she recalls what she is supposed to do.

R- Shiva vo jo aage drawer hai, usmein ointment hai,aap la denge please...

Shiva gets up and goes to the drawer and meanwhile, Raavi gets up, takes the shoes and run away...

R- Byee Byee Shiva...you lose...

Shiva turns back and runs behind her...

S- Raavi stop..this is cheating..

R- Everything is fair in love and war Mr. Pandya..

Raavi keeps running and Shiva chases her. She enters in the store room and hides behind the pillar, he comes inside too and spots her dupatta from the side of pillar.

He goes closer and closer and suddenly cages her between wall and himself. She puts her hands backwards to hide the shoes and he also takes his hands to her back and holds her wrists.

She struggles to get rid of him but he doesn't budge and takes the shoes from her hands. Ideally, he should move now as the shoes are in his hands now, then why isn't he moving..

This is an almost hug and they have lost in each other's eyes... Raavi's breathing gets harder while Shiva doesn't move a bit, all this wasn't planned by any of the two...

Shiva kept on looking in those deep brown eyes of hers, he noticed that small mole below her eyelash and those beautiful bulk moles on her cheek.

They stayed like that for sometime, until some crash voice broke their trance. Raavi ran away without meeting his eyes. And Shiva stayed there, again confused, like earlier in the evening.

S- Ye...ye kya kar raha tha main...why didn't I leave her...nahi nahi aisa kuch nhi nahi hai, nahi ho sakta, Raavi sirf meri dost hai...sirf aur sirf dost, aur kuch nahi...

He takes a deep sigh and goes downstairs and stands away from her, he didn't look at her all the time wedding was going on...

As all the rituals got completed, everyone sat for dinner. Raavi went with her plate to the table where Shiva is sitting, but he just runs away to Karan and Naina..

Raavi gets upset, but she reasons out maybe he is unhappy about what happened in the store room. She goes and sits with Dhara and Gautam.

They don't talk to each other all the while. Now it was time for vidaai ceremony.

Naina went to the mandir and put the imprints of her hands on the wall behind. With tears in her eyes, she prays at the tulsi plant and starts walking to the door.

She cries and hugs Prafulla and Jagat. They bless her and convince her that everything would be fine at Pandyas'.
Next Naina hugs Raavi and both cry.

N- I'll miss you...

R- Me too...

Raavi hugs Karan too.

R- Naina ka khyal rakhna Karan, vo bohot naive hai, please take care..

K- Ji saali sahiba...

As they move towards their car, Shiva couldn't control himself anymore and went to Raavi.

S- Raavi, don't worry...ham Naina ka dhyaan rakhenge...

R- Thankyou Shiva.... Shiva,aap mujhse gussa ho...

Shiva looks at her stunned. It was not her whom he was upset with, he was just..just upset...

S- Nahi Raavi...

R- To phir why aren't you talking to me...

S- Aisa kuch nahi hai...I am not upset with you... It's just that upar...

D- Shiva chalna nahi hai...

S- Accha byee Raavi, take care...

R- Byee...milte hain...

Raavi smiled to him and he just left without saying anything.

Raavi went inside her room and wrote everything in her dairy about today, her dream, the haldi ceremony and the wedding incident.

She blushed inwardly reading what she had written, but also scared about what this will head to...Is it gonna be two sided someday, was continuously going on in her head until sleep consumed her towards the dawn..

Other side, Shiva entered his room and looked at pictures wall and went closer to it.

A tear escaped his eyes as he touched his picture with Siya.

S- Main sirf tumse pyaar karta hun Siya, sirf aur sirf tumse... aur koi kuch nahi hai, Raavi is only a friend...sirf ek acchi dost... that's it...

Shiva changed and sat on his bed. His head is just confused and he doesn't know what to do...He sighed and took Siya's portrait from the bedside table and hugged it..

He always finds solace with her, be it her in real or in pictures. He hugged the picture closer and slept without thinking much about Raavi.

Tomorrow would be a new day, and everything would be fine, said his heart as be fell in deep sleep.

Sorry for the delay friends, but as you all know I was caught up with the other story of mine. Now since it is over, I'll try to be regular with this one...
