Chapter 47: Unpredictable

Dabi and I couldn't take our mouths off of each other. Even as we stood right outside his apartment, I couldn't bring myself to let go of him.

He was holding me up, my legs wrapped around his waist, my tongue down his throat as he desperately tried to get the door unlocked and opened without breaking apart.

After a few failed attempts he pulled his lips off mine. "Fuck," he groaned out angrily.

I pulled back on his hair, making his head jerk back and quickly threw my mouth onto his neck. I sucked and bit recklessly as he focused on getting the door open.

I knew he was enjoying it because he was still struggling to get it unlocked.

"Fucking finally," he grumbled as he threw it open, reattaching his lips to mine as he carried me in.

He slammed me up against the wall after closing the door, and I let out a loud moan as his lips travelled down to my neck giving me the same attention I had just given him.

"Dabi," I gasped loudly as he bit into me, clawing my hands into him. I was throbbing and wet, already ready for him to do whatever he wanted to me.

"Am I interrupting?"

My lustful trance was broken, and my eyes snapped open to see Keigo sitting on couch, looking more pissed than I think I've ever seen him.

Dabi rolled his eyes, "Actually, yes. We'll need a few hours. At least."

I let my legs go and Dabi reluctantly set me down.

"Keigo," I said as I walked over to him. "You're here."

"Or not," Dabi moaned under his breath. "Always the worst fucking timing."

He glared at me, speaking through gritted teeth, "There's blood on your clothes."

Dabi let out a loud sigh as I sat next to Keigo on the couch, "She didn't kill anyone, Hawks."

I stared into Keigo's golden eyes. I knew he was mad at me, but I couldn't get over how happy I was to see him. He came back for me.

"Whatever, I'm going pee. Try not to kill each other," Dabi grumbled as he walked off.

As soon as I heard the door clicked, I quickly threw my arms around Keigo, letting out soft sobs as I cried.

"You came back," I whimpered into him. "I thought you left me. I thought you forgot about me."

"Oh chickadee," he returned my hug, holding me tightly. "I could never forget about you."

He pulled back and held my face with both of his hands, "I thought I told you not to do anything stupid."

I shook my head, "I didn't. I swear I didn't. That was the first time, and you were here to stop us. I had just given up. I'm so sorry, Keigo. Please don't hate me."

He wiped my tears gently, "Y/n... How could you ever think that?"

I knew I shouldn't, but I quickly leaned into him, kissing him desperately. He was tense at first, but soon melted into it.

He looked at me with the saddest eyes as we pulled apart, noticing that the tears were streaming freely now.

He sighed as he pulled me into his chest, rubbing my back gently.

"Please don't go," I whispered as I nuzzled into him.

"I won't, Y/n. I promise."

**Keigo POV**

Y/n was a mess. And even that felt like an understatement.

She kissed me, and I loved every second of it, but as we pulled apart I realized just how broken she really was.

Her eyes were hollow, filled with heartbreak and regret and everything in between.

Being here was obviously taking its toll, and I couldn't afford to leave her again. She was only moments from going off the deep end.

So now I had to figure out how I was going to get any information back to Aizawa without being gone for more than a day at a time.

She quickly pulled away from me and wiped her eyes as we heard Dabi come back out of the bathroom.

"Do I look ok?" she whispered, and I just nodded.

She was worried about blowing her cover by being seen crying, which meant she had a plan of her own now.

If that was the case though, why was she seconds away from hooking up with Dabi?

We had to figure out how to get on the same page, and fast.

"So you're still here," Dabi said annoyed as he plopped down on the couch, throwing his arm around her.

"Mm," I said as I grabbed the remote off the coffee table and put my feet up. "Thought I'd stick around for awhile."

I glanced over and realized Y/n was still staring at me. Her gaze made my heart start to race.

I really wish she wouldn't fucking look at me like that. Not only was it driving me crazy, Dabi was sitting right there.

And she really didn't seem to care at all.

Shigaraki and Toga walked into the apartment, drawing mine and Dabi's attention, but Y/n just focused on the tv finally taking her eyes off of me.

"Hawks. We have plans to discuss," he said plainly.

"About what?"

"Shie Hassaikai."

"What about them?" I asked. I was familiar with the name but didn't know that they were on his radar.

"Let's go somewhere more private."

Y/n shot up off the couch, "Don't bother. I'm going to shower."

Dabi watched her carefully as she walked away.

Shigaraki smirked as he sat on the other couch, "I don't know what's gotten into her, but I like it."

"I wouldn't get used to it," Dabi mumbled finally looking away from Y/n as she disappeared into the back of the apartment.

"Get used to what?" I asked.

"She's never on the same side for long."

Shigaraki chuckled, "Then we may as well take advantage of her falling in line while we still can."

I wonder what else she did to prove her loyalty to them, and why exactly Dabi was still so skeptical of her.

I listened as Shigaraki ranted on about their encounter with Overhaul. The only thing on his mind was getting revenge, and he had an idea of how to get it.

He didn't want to just end Overhaul, he wanted to take down all of Shie Hassaikai. The truth was, I knew the hero commission was planning something against them too.

And that may just be the perfect time to organize Y/n's escape. The League could pretend to side with Overhaul, but actually help in taking down Shie Hassaikai at the same time the heroes did.

The organization was too large for the League alone, but working undercover next to heroes, it might just work.

Then, as the League made out silently, I could organize a time for Y/n to be captured by heroes and get her back to safety.

It was beyond risky. I wouldn't have the opportunity to tell Y/n beforehand. I would have to disclose all the hero plans to Shigaraki, and I would have to trust the League.

I'd also have to trust Aizawa to keep this information to himself.

None of those things seemed like a good idea, but it was the only idea I had at this point.

And could I pull it off without coming off as suspicious either to the League or the heroes?

I was also worried about Y/n. What if in the heat of the moment she made another impulsive decision and fought back?

It would look like she actually was siding with the League, and she'd never be able to come home.

I mean using blood manipulation against Overhaul, cutting off someone's arm unprovoked, kissing me and Dabi back to back... at this point, everything about her was completely unpredictable.

I sighed to myself. It was a risk I was going to have to take. This was the only way to get her out of the League while keeping myself in it.

"I have something in mind," I looked at Shigaraki. "The heroes are planning an attack too. We can use that to our advantage."

Shigaraki smirked, "Finally making yourself useful. Well, let's hear it."

**Y/N POV**

I had taken my time showering and getting dressed. I was smoothing through my wet hair as I walked back into the living area.

But the only person there was Shigaraki.

"Where did Dabi and Keigo go?" I asked, feeling a little uncomfortable that he was the only one here.

He turned around to watch me walk over, smiling at me, "I sent them out for food along with Toga. Y/n, why don't we have a little chat?"
