As I flew around frantically, I finally caught a glimpse of an explosion in the distance.

Definitely Shoto or Katsuki. I have to get there.

It took longer than I wanted since blue fire balls started rapidly being shot towards me.

Great, what the fuck happened with Dabi!? He escaped!!?

Note to self: get a costume that's not fucking bright white for night time. I'm like flying target practice.

I zoomed down towards the tops of the trees, hoping they would help shield me, but having to weave through the forest definitely slowed me down.

I landed down by where I saw the explosions and saw a group of students.

"Amaterasu!" Midoriya called.

"What happened!?" I looked at their beaten and bruised bodies. "And where's Katsuki?!"

I saw their faces break in pain, "He-he was taken."

"By some masked villain," Ochaco explained.

"And they got Tokoyami," Shoto added.

I felt a dark anger overcome me. I couldn't control it as my eyes started to glow, "Do you know his name?"

"Uh, Mr. Compress... He said they were most likely to become villains." Midoriya squealed. "Amaterasu, a-are you ok?"

"If you want to fight, then let's go. Otherwise, go back to camp and take as many people back with you as you can." I demanded before launching myself into the air.

As soon as I got above the tree line, I saw the lanky fucker in a top hat running away.

"This way!" I yelled back to the students, and I saw Midoriya, Shoto, and Shoji chasing after him.

The three broke through the clearing and tackled him to the ground. I dropped myself directly in front of them, landing in a crouched position and sending a shockwave through the earth.

"Amaterasu, so nice of you to join us," Dabi cackled. "Meet Twice and Toga."

"I've had enough of your games, Dabi," I snarled while grabbing my sword. "This ends today."

He laughed, "I wouldn't be so sure."

"Y/n-sensei!" Midoriya yelled and I whipped my head back, seeing Mr. Compress had disappeared.

As soon as I turned around, Dabi fired his blue flames at Shoto, Midoriya, and Shoji.

"No!!" I screamed, launching myself in front of the fire. I used my sword to disperse some of the flames, but the rest I took with my arm.

"Y/n!" Shoto yelled as the fire hit me.

I couldn't help but let out a loud scream as it burned through my flesh. "You three!! Stand back!!" I demanded.

I turned to Dabi and his posse of villains.

"Dabi, you hit your girlfriend!" the blonde girl squealed with a giggle.

"How could you!?" Twice screamed. "No! She deserved it!"

What a bunch of circus freaks they recruited... I can take them.

Mr. Compress reverted back to his normal form and stood next to Dabi as Twice and Toga launch towards the boys again.

I could barely move after Dabi's attack, but it only took a few moments for my students to fight off the weaker villains.

"Y/n, I got Bakugo and Tokoyami!" Shoji cried out, holding two marbles.

Suddenly, Kurogiri's portal began to appear.

"We aren't leaving without the blonde boy!" Dabi cried.

Fuck. Snap out of it Y/n. You have to old them off.

"Ha, that won't be a problem. I've got them right here," Mr. Compress slid out his tongue showcasing the two marbles holding Katsuki and Tokoyami.

"All that boy has is two small pieces of ice," he smirked.

I yelled while beginning to charge at them. I refuse to let them get away! I don't care how much it hurts.

Then, out of no where, a large beam shot out and struck the masked villain.

Both marbles flew out of his mouth. Shoji grabbed one while Dabi caught hold of the other.

Nice job, Aoyama!

"Who is who!?" Dabi yelled and Mr. Compress quickly undid his quirk, revealing that Dabi had Katsuki.

"Better luck next time, Y/n," Dabi snarled while forcing Katsuki through the portal.

"No fucking way!" I yelled while continuing to charge them.

"Stay back!" Katsuki cried while disappearing through the warp-gate.

I can't let them get away. I can't.

As the portal started to close, I dove and threw myself through the gate, barely making it in time before it sliced me in half.

"Y/n-sensei!!!" I heard the students behind me call.

I'm sorry. I'm sorry I couldn't protect you all. But I'll bring back Katsuki. I promise.

I somersaulted as I hit the ground. As soon as I landed, I held my sword in attack position, and looked around the room.

Shit, there's a lot more villains here than I anticipated.

"Don't you know it's rude to show up without an invitation!?" Shigaraki chuckled.

I stood to my feet, observing the scene before me. Dabi still had his grasp on Katsuki, and the others began to close in around me.

"Y/n..." Katsuki whispered as he stared at me with wild eyes.

"Let him go, and I'll consider throwing you all in jail rather than killing you where you stand," I snarled.

Shigaraki let out a loud laugh, "Ah Y/n! It's always a pleasure!"

"You would really kill us in front of your precious student? That's not very heroly of you." Dabi mumbled.

"Well, we've always known she's not built to be a hero. She's just yet to recognize it for herself." Shigaraki replied.

"Let me kill her!! I want to watch her bleed!" Toga giggled.

"Silly girl. You wouldn't be able to kill her," Shigaraki smirked while Toga huffed and crossed her arms in disappointment.

Think, Y/n. You can do this.

Shigaraki continued, "Looks like your arm is pretty burnt! I guess Dabi finally lost his soft spot for you!"

A few of the others chimed in with a small laugh.

Perfect, they've let their guards down. Now is my chance.

I swung my sword and put it back in its holder. Quickly, I brought up multiple earth pieces, and kicked them to various villains across the room.

As they made their impact, I launched upwards towards Dabi and punched a swift air blast at him. He flew back, crashing into the wall and losing his grip on Katsuki.

I used my water whip to grab Katsuki and throw him behind me, putting myself between him and the villainous clan who was finally piecing together what happened.

I'm running out of energy. I have to end this quickly and get Katsuki out to safety.

Blood Manipulation 10%.

I caused every villain in the room to be impacted by my Blood Manipulation quirk.

They all stiffened and groaned, while the weaker ones dropped to their knees.

"Y/n," Katsuki called.

"Stay back! We're getting out of here."

I walked up to Shigaraki who was frozen in place but still standing.

As I approached him, I put my hand on his throat. "You'll be the first to go," I whispered while bringing fire to my palms, burning the skin on his neck.

"Ah!" I let out a quick yell as I felt something hit me.

I let go of Shigaraki and stumbled back slightly, feeling the small dart on the side of my neck. All of the villains began to rush towards me or Katsuki as my blood manipulation dispersed.

Slowly, I dropped to my knees, feeling myself beginning to lose consciousness.

"Y/n!!!" Katsuki yelled.

The last thing I saw was him running towards me as I collapsed, only to be stopped and dragged away by Dabi.

Someone must have been waiting outside of this room... Otherwise, how was I hit?

I'm sorry I failed you Katsuki. I'm so sorry.

Everything around me faded to black.
