During the fight Airachnid had webbed Arcee to a nearby tree before she went to go chase Bumblebee. As she ran through the forest she was hoping to get you back. When she found Bee she tried webbing him.

"Hold still bug!" Airachnid said as she narrowed her optics at him.

"::Oh yeah? Well your name means spider!:: " Bee said teasingly.

"You'll regret saying that." Airachnid said as she shot webs at Bee's peds.

Bee's optics widened in fear as he tried to get his peds free. When Airachnid took you from him she wounded him with one of her spider legs. Then she took you back to the cave.
