'I am princess Leia Organa of Alderaan.' the girl said. 'Nice to meet you.' I said. We boarded the ship ad left the death star. 'How are we going to blow it up?' Azreal asked. 'There's a weak spot somewhere, let me show you.' Leia said. We had a map of the Death Star and she pointed at the exact location of the weak spot. 'Do you think you can hit it?' Azreal asked. 'Maybe, but I know someone who certainly can.' I said while looking at my old master, who I finally began to see as Anakin again. 'Me?' he asked. 'Yes, you're the best pilot there is.' I said when I stood up. Anakin took my seat. 'Are you sure?' he asked. 'Absolutely.'

I knew that if he wouldn't blow up the Death Star then he would still belong to the Dark Side, or at least parts of him.

He navigated the ship to the weak spot and stopped above it. He doubted but then dropped a bomb and quickly left the Death Star. He took away my doubts, master Skyguy was back. 'Good job.' I said. 'Thank you.' he answered, but he looked sad. 'You were able to regain my trust.' I said. 'I'm sure you would've been able to regain Padmé's as well.'
'You think so?' Anakin asked. 'I know it.' I replied. 'Did you say Padmé?' Leia asked. 'Yes.' I answered. 'Padmé Amidala?'
'Yes.' Anakin answered this time. 'You look like her.' he said. 'She's my mother.' Leia said. I couldn't see Anakin's face, but I was pretty sure he made the connection and was looking very surprised, at least I was. 'What about your father?' I asked. 'He was a Jedi Knight. Murdered by Darth Vader.'
Suddenly she didn't look very amused with Darth Vader's presence, I couldn't blame her. 'You're a monster.' she said to Darth Vader. 'I know.' he answered. 'I have to tell you something.'
'What?' Leia said annoyed. 'I'm your father.'
Leia's eyes widened. 'That's impossible, he's dead because of you!'
'In a way he is, but he's starting to come back to life.'
'How do I know that you're not lying?' Leia asked. 'Ask me anything you want.'
'How did my father meet my mother?' she asked. 'We met on Tatooine, where I was a slave. I won the podraces and was allowed to come with Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan to be trained as a Jedi. That's where our relationship began.'
'You are my father.' Leia said. 'But why did you do this?'
'To save Padmé, but I failed.' Anakin said. 'So this is actually a love story?'
'You could put it that way.'

We landed on Alderaan. 'Maybe you should stay in the ship until we find a solution for your appearance.' I said to Anakin. 'No I want to come.' he said. 'Alright but don't look strange if people walk away for you.'
'I'm aware of that possibility.' Anakin replied. 'Good.'

We left the ship and just as I predicted, the people walked away for us. Well actually for Anakin who looked pretty impressive in his black suit. And of course he had his reputation.

We went to Leia's house. Her adoptive father opened the door. 'Leia!' he yelled in relief. He hugged her and then noticed Darth Vader. 'What is he doing here?' he asked. 'I'm Anakin.' he said. 'I thought you were dead, but instead you've been killing and controlling people!'
'I know, I regret that.'
'Regret is not enough.'
'Father, he's come back to the light side.' Leia said. 'I don't know about that.'
'Offer him a transformation please.' Leia asked. 'Alright then.' Bail Organa said. 'Thank you.'

We entered the house where Anakin was taken away. When he came back I had trouble believing what I saw. Anakin's face, Anakin's hands, Anakin's eyes. Just Anakin. 'Anakin!' I yelled. I ran to him and gave him a hug. 'I missed you.'
'I missed you too Snips.'

'What do we do now?' Azreal asked after a while. 'We could rebuild the Jedi Order and change some of the rules.' I suggested. 'That's not such a bad idea.' Anakin said. 'But who is still alive?'
'I know about Obi-Wan and Yoda.' I said. 'There were also some rebel Jedi I met one day, Kanan Jarrus and Ezra Bridger.' Anakin said. 'We should find all of them and bring them together.'

We went back to Coruscant and rebuilt the old temple. We searched the galaxy for surviving Jedi and looked for Force sensitive children. Yoda would train them. Azreal and Leia were too old, but Yoda trained them anyway. Anakin and Leia found out about Luke, Anakin's son. They found him and brought him to the temple as well. Relationships were allowed and everyone had to be checked. History wasn't allowed to be repeated, so we called this order the New Jedi Order.

A new beginning.
