Big Macintosh parked his car in front of the hospital.He turn his head,his little sister sleeping peacefully,cuddling with the white blanket.

He grip the wheel breathing in and out

'Strong.'

He has to be strong.He has to be strong for AppleJack and AppleBloom.He open his car door slamming it hard,he walked over the passenger side,opening the door.He grab hold of his sleeping sister very careful to not wake her up.

AppleBloom stir a bit but continue to sleep.He sigh as he turn and walked towards the entrance of the hospital.

The doors automatically open once Big Mac step forward.He walk to the front desk where a lady with blonde hair in a bun wearing a nurse outfit sat."What room is AppleJack."He said quickly,The nurse lift her clipboard to find the name.

The front desk lady open her mouth to only be shut by a doctor with brown hair and blue eyes."You must be Macintosh,come follow me."The doctor said firmly,he turn and walked back in the door.Big Mac followed the doctor through the door,he still held on his sleeping sister.

As the doctor and the farmer boy walked through the hall,the doctor began to explain AppleJacks state.

"AppleJack is alive-."Big Mac felt his hope rising up,His sister is alive,she's alive-"But."That one word send chills to his spine."But she's in a coma due to shock and lost of air.I am truly sorry,we don't know how long she'll be in the coma."The doctor stop in front of a door.

'49' all in bold paste on the door.

The doctor sigh as he open the door.

At first the room was dark,The doctor switch on the lights,brighting the room.

There he sees her.She lay motionless on the hospital bed,her cowboy hat removed,her golden blonde hair is lose,the hospital gown covered her motionless body.

The tubes attach to her arms hurts Big Mac the most.Those tubes aren't suppose to be on a young girl.

'This is not fair!why did it have to be AppleJack?!'

Big Mac stood still not moving nor breathing,this whole thing just makes him depress."If you need anything just press the nurse button."The doctor said before leaving the room.Leaving The farmer boy and his littlest sister alone in the room.

Big Macintosh walk close to his motionless sister,he place down AppleBloom on the small round chair and grab a small chair sitting next to his sister.

He grab her hand and kiss it."AppleJack Ah'm beggin ya don't leave me or AppleBloom."He begged tears already whelming.

'C'mon Mac be strong!'He mentally shouted

He prayed to Celestia that she'll wake up,but nothing happen.

AppleBloom slowly open her eyes.At first she was confuse where she was at,but her eyes glance over AppleJack who lay on the hospital bed.'S-She's alive thank Celestia!'AppleBloom thought to herself.

But something didn't seem right.She look over to the right where her brother sat still with tears in his eyes."B-Big B-Bro."AppleBloom stuttered.

Her big brother turn his head,"She's in a coma."AppleBloom eyes widen.

She rush over her sister and hug her tight.

She couldn't believe it-no she didn't want to believe it.

For a few minutes AppleBloom lay down hugging her sister,she felt as if she let go she'll disappear.

There was a soft knock before the door open.The doctor peeked his head out,"Sorry to interrupt but AppleJack have some visitors."
