Author's POV
Agoti and Fayette were sitting together at home on their couch, waiting for Tabi and Ayanna to pick them up. They had all agreed on having dinner together at a restaurant to celebrate Fayette having her baby. They were going through a small photo album of their little embryo throughout its development. She and Agoti had been trying for a long time to conceive. Countless times of doing weird period math and waiting for the right cycle all paid off in the end. She is now 9 months pregnant, and is due any day this week.
What nobody knew was that their day was coming sooner than they expected.
"Agoti! Are you excited?!" Fayette beamed happily from next to the tall man. He looked down at her and smiled warmly.
"I am. I'm a little worried though. You are almost fully dilated and I don't want you to have any issues.."
"Oh, come on. Don't be so uptight!" She wrapped her arms around one of his arms, "I will be fine. I promise~" Fayette playfully nibbled at his shoulder.
Agoti flinched and giggled, breaking his arm free of her grip. Agoti then turned his body to hers and placed his large hands on Fayette's face, causing her to flinch slightly. He stared deeply into her eyes and smiled wholeheartedly, "You're beautiful, you know that?" The small glint in his milky orbs made Fayette smile back at him with the same amout of love. She grabbed his hands and rubbed the back of them lovingly.
"Can I ride you..~?" She smirked and bit her lip a little.
"We have to go in like... 15 minutes, you sure we have time for that?" Agoti looked up at the window, checking for their ride.
"Yeah, I'm positive..~" Fayette straddled him and rolled her hips in a sinful manner.
"Be careful, okay?" Agoti's hands found their way to her plush, squeezing gently as he leaned in foward to kiss her.

After the two had finished their little love session on the floor in front of the couch, Fayette and Agoti immediately got up after recollecting themselves and rewashed themselves. They shared a few tender kisses for the remainder of their wait, just up until Tabi called Fayette to let them know that they were here.
She let him know that they were almost ready and that they were finishing up and to just come in and sit on the couch.
They both went upstairs to straighten themselves out. Agoti walked up behind Fayette. "Did you have fun, baby?" He snaked his hands around her lower body, atop where the head of the baby settled in her womb.
"Mhm~.." she smiled and put her own left arm on his, while continuing to brush her hair with the right. "I can still feel it~" her knees bunched together.
"I can tell.. are you sure you're feeling okay?" He rested his chin on her shoulder, staring at himself in the big mirror ahead. Rather than focusing on Fayette's problem, he spent a few extra seconds gazing into his empty eyes. The void of white in both of his eyes was completely inescapable and was nothing but a flat white color. His vision was fine, yes, but the color alone bothered him. He felt like a freak sometimes and when he got a good look at himself, he started to feel just that more upset.
Fayette picked up on her disdained lover and set her brush down on the table. She put her hand in his soft tendrils and kissed the side of his head. "No."
Agoti snapped out of his focus, "No to my question, right?" He broke eye contact with the big glass frame and looked back at Fayette.
"To that, yes but we can finish later. Also, to your thoughts. I see the way you look at yourself in the mirror and I hate it. Please, don't be so hard on yourself... You tell me every day that I'm beautiful, but you can't tell yourself the same thing. Why?"
"I'm sorry.." he whispered.
They sat in silence for no more than what felt like 15 seconds. Fayette turned on the side of her leg to face her lover. "I still love you, no matter what~" she connects her forehead with his.
"I love you too." He kissed her, breaking eye contact for a moment. Agoti sat up and looked at the wonderful mass growing from Fayette's stomach. He put both hands on the sides of her stomach and bent down in front of the baby. Leaning his head on the lump, he rubbed one side of her belly, waiting for the small one to kick or move, all while listening to the gurgling sound of Fayette's hunger trying to drown out the baby's heartbeat.
"Did it move?" Agoti looked up curiously at his girlfriend.
"Not yet, that was just my stomach; I'm a little hungry."
"Oh yeah, we did leave our friends on the couch-"
"You did." Tabi came in and leaned against the doorframe, "from my angle, I think I should have waited," He chuckled before continuing, "but I know what's happening right there. Only a few more days!" He chirped happily.
"Dude, I'm gonna lose my shit when this baby comes, I'm so fucking happy!" Agoti smiled at Tabi, still trying to interact with the fetus.
"Did they move yet?" Ayanna popped her head in and looked over at Fayette standing in front of Agoti with her hands on his head. Her face flushed a light pink, "Am I interrupting something?" She asked in a slightly panicked tone.
Tabi turned around and motioned for her to come in and hesitantly, she stepped foward to finally see what was really happening down there. Ayanna let out a silent breath of relief and clutched the bottom of her shirt.
"We all thought it, you're not weird." Tabi snickered.
"I don't know what I expected to see... but it wasn't that!" Ayanna smiled.
Fayette stood up carefully, "My hand position didn't make this bet- OH! Its kicking!" Fayette jumped up and down on her toes, carefully placing her hands over the baby's feet.
Everyone circled her and watched q small lump travel to one side of her stomach, and then kick spontaneously in different spots. "It kicks more now that I'm almost fully dilated."
"Oof. You're gonna need this.." Tabi said, passing Agoti a flask. He smirked and took it from him, not even trying to hide it from Fayette. She looked at the two in displeasure.
"I'm not picking you up when you're face down in the road somewhere, that's between you, whatever you put in that flask [Tabi], and whoever comes to get you both."
"I'll be fine..! I wont be that fucked up. We still have to make it to dinner and we all wanna pregame."
Just then, the baby stilled and rolled back into its original position. Fayette smiled warmly at her little ball of joy. She didn't want to know the gender yet, but was still open to guesses. She slowly ran her hands all over the round lump, fixed her dress and held her hands on the underside of the baby, right where the head was.
"We should probably get going. They only hold tables 45 minutes past your booked time. If we go now, we'll still have the ten minute gap." Ayanna suggested from behind Tabi.
"Oh yeah. Fayette, do you have your flats?" Agoti looked at her. She turned away from him. She pouted, leaving the others standing in confusion.
"What did I say? I'm sorry." Agoti said, to which Fayette replied with, "I thought I was your "baby doll"? Hm? What happened to that?" She smiled and winked at Ayanna, who stood in front of the pregnant woman.
"I'm..I-I.. what?" He stammered.
"Is it because our friends are around? You don't want them to know how much you love me?" She turned to the side slightly, adjusting her arms a little to drill the joke home.
"Dude, that's cold.." Tabi added from beside him.
"Wh- I.." Agoti stood there, reveling in confusion. He then decided to give in. He took a deep breath and restarted his previous sentence, "Do you have your flats, my little dove?" Agoti moved in foward, placing his right arm on Fayette's shoulder, and the other on her waistline.
The room broke out in soft awes and small cooes. Agoti couldn't hide it. It did seem weird to have a reaction other than Fayette's to his affection. He was more into having his own partner gush about his comments. Better yet, because of them. (Heh)
"No I don't~" Fayette's hips moved back onto her boyfriend's own hips. "I need you to get them for me, papa." She put a whispered emphasis on the word, 'papa,' in her sentence.
Agoti practically stumbled out of their makeup room, trying to hide his stiffening. He went upstairs into their bedroom and grabbed Fayette's favorite pair of flats.
"That was cute~!" Ayanna smiled, grabbing Fayette's hands. The two girls were chatting like two giddy school kids who've just seen their crush run by in slow-motion. "Is his brother still single?" She asked, flashing a playful smirk. Fayette slapped her arm and giggled, "You're so annoying! I think he is.." she returned her playful smile.
"Uh.. Agoti's back with your shoes, Faye-" Tabi jumped in.
When the two faced the door, there stood a willful faced Agoti, with a pair of navy blue flats dangling from his big fingers. "I can help you put these on." He quickly set them down on the ground in front of Fayette and allowed her to stabilize herself on his shoulders while she put her feet in the shoes.
"You're such a big help, papa, thank you so much!" Fayette put her foot in the last covering and stood up properly. "Is everyone ready?"
Collectively, everyone in the room agreed and proceeded out towards the front door.

"The bathrooms are so fancy!" Ayanna sat back down at the table with the others.
"I told you!" Fayette sat down next to Agoti and leaned her head on his shoulder. "I'm glad we got a booth."
"So, what did you two talk abouth while we were gone?" Ayanna asked.
Fayette didn't care too much, but still listening in on what they were talking about.
"We were talking about the zodiac sign of the baby." Tabi chimed.
The word baby made Fayette sit up a little, and fidget with her menu. "We're probably gonna have a little Gemini baby.. If we conceived a little later in the year, we could have had a scorpio, or even a cancer." Agoti spoke.
"I like gemini's!" Ayanna added.
"Yeah, 'cuz you're goofy in the head. You're an aquarius." Agoti smirked.
"What's that supposed to mean, Mr. Libra?"
He shrugged a little, Fayette's head turning to the side, "I just mean that I like libras better. Even scorpios because they're like wannabe Libras. Why else would their season start on an odd number of October?" He joked.
"You called me 'goofy in the head,' but that logic makes me wanna put a mirror in front of you.."
"Damn!" Tabi spoke from the other side of Ayanna. Fayette snickered at his random comment.
"At least it doesn't snow on my birthday! Plus, I was born in the fall so automatically, my sign is superior because fall brings the best flavors." (Unpopular opinion, I know)
"As if!"
"Oh please. By the time December ends, all you have to offer is discounted peppermint colored or flavored shit for the end of the year!" He said, picking up his straw.
"Oh yeah, like Fall is any better. 'Where a cold is in the air'." She mocked.
"Yeah, says the one born in January."
"February is much better! Thats still in my season anyways. You get back to school season and the Scorpios get Halloween and Thanksgiving."
"Actually," Fayette jumped in, "That's Sagittarius. They get that and the first few weeks before Christmas. Then capricorns take over."
"Ha!" Agoti stuck his tongue out at her.
"That still has nothing to do with your season!"
"Yeah but this straw does!" Agoti blew the paper from his straw into Ayanna's face.
"You little fuck!-"
"Hey, the server is coming!" Tabi put his menu down. And watched as their server came over and introduced themself and started taking their orders, Fayette going first.
"Can I get (f/f), please?"
The sever smiled and wrote down her order, and kept going to the next few at the table.

"Look, all I'm saying is that our baby is gonna be the best Gemini." Agoti went on.
"What about me?" Tabi fussed.
"Hey."
...
"You're still the best. Even if you kill people sometimes.."
"I do not!" He smiled, his face flushing a light pink.
"You do know that we're in public, babe?" Fayette smiled.
"You right.."
Ayanna was eating her own food when suddenly, Fayette let out a small groan.
Agoti and Tabi looked at her with concern all over their faces.
"Are you okay?" Agoti looked down at Fayette's plate, thinking she bit her tongue.
"S-Some...I think-" Before she could even finish talking, she felt it. A light, uncomfortable and uncontrollable gush come from between her legs, and then, a sharp shooting pain in her lower stomach.
She clutched her stomach and her face contorted in pain. Agoti was now more panicked. He slammed his fork down on the table and looked around for their server.
"Should I call the ambulance? They'll get us there faster." Tabi suggested, picking up his phone.
"Yeah, yeah do that..." Agoti answered without taking his eyes off of Fayette. He tried to comfort her in any way possible. "Can you sit up at all?" He placed his hand on her shoulder.
"No! When I try, it feels like I'm being ripped in two from the middle!" She fussed.
Now, other tables were starting to listen in on her issue. Tabi had just hung up the phone, "Hey, they said that an ambulance is on its way. It'll be here no later than 5 minutes." He looked up at all the other people who were now staring and asking questions. He shot one of the ladies a death stare and made the her sit back down.
Fayette put her forehead on the table and cried softly, still holding onto her stomach. She rocked in her seat- which was soaked in amniotic fluid- trying to ease the small pains in her sex but to no avail.
"Why does five minutes have to feel like eight GODDAMN DAYS!!" Fayette screamed out, catching the attention of their previous server.
"Is everything okay over here? Lots of other tables are saying you guys are pretty loud.."
"No! Does that look okay to you?" Agoti snapped at the employee. "There's an ambulance on the way right now because we still need someone to go home and get all the stuff for the hospital, and gas ain't cheap, honey." He said.
"Agoti, please!" Fayette whined.
"What is it?!" His hands wrapped around her back.
"Help me!" She cried out, leaning against his chest.
"I don't know what to do!" He retorted, looking at Tabi for help. Tabi shrugged, looking just as confused as him.
"I'm causing a scene!.." She paused and gasped for air between her tears and the pain in her lower body, "I see the ambulance." Her head turned to the side and then right back to its original position to look back up at Agoti. A few more tears rolled down her face, "Help me!" She said again.
"We have to get you up and out of the restaurant first." Just as Agoti said that, two paramedics walked into the building and went straight for the table where Fayette lay with her legs wide open and her chest heaving.
"Ma'am, we received a call telling us that you're in labor. Can you sit up or stand up at all?" The paramedic held his hands out in front of Fayette, "I can help you up if you need it." She happily accepted, and reached up for his arms.
Just then, another contraction hit her even harder, and longer than the last one. She fell back and cried in pain, causing more of a scene than she wanted to.
After what felt like two hours, they had finally gotten Fayette to get up and move to the stretcher and they drove her, and Agoti, to the hospital.
**
"Come on, (y/l/n), you have to push! The pain wont stop unless you push!"
The doctor at the foot of the bed pressed Fayette's lower lips open, trying to make sure the baby was well on its way out.
The very disoriented and sweaty Fayette could barely hear anything as she was mindlessly pushing, trying anything to get rid of the mind shattering pain in her vagina. It felt like she was pushing out a large, dry stone and it felt stuck at the back of her canal.
No matter how hard she tried or how loud she screamed, nothing helped her get rid of that stone. Every time she contracted, it got larger and larger, making her feel even more stuck. She felt her walls stretching and contorting against the stone, but it all felt like it was happening in one spot. That stone suddenly loosened up until finally...
"Good job, mama! Congratulations, you're now the proud parent of a tiny... baby...girl...." the doctor's eyes fell between Agoti and Fayette. She then nodded understandably, and handed the baby to Fayette.
She laid the tiny human against her bare skin. Fayette was still a little fuzzy from the feeling of a boulder rolling out of her stomach. Agoti looked into the crying newborn's eyes, realizing that she had his eyes. Upon looking closer, he noticed that one of her eyes looked like Fayette's (e/c) eyes, except it was fully colored.
"Hello, little baby~" he bent down, trying his best not to cry, he put a finger up to the baby's hand, waiting for notice it.
She seemed to look up at Agoti with all the curiosity in the baby world, and reached her short arms out for her papa's finger. Her small, sharp claws had a light grip on him.
"Aww, you're crying~" Fayette chuckled weakly.
"I am not!" He wiped his few tears away. He looked back at the baby and then at Fayette, "I love you." He kissed Fayette on the lips and looked down at their baby, "And I can't wait to teach you how to skateboard~" he joked
