Y/N's POV

"So this is the Summer Kickback Mansion?" I looked at the address on my phone and matched it with the one on the big building. I nervously clutched my bags and walked up the two stairs and knocked on the door.

I looked around a couple of times before finally... someone opened the door. It was Ena! She probably got the invite too.

"Hey girlie! You got invited too?" She asked excitedly.

"Yeah. Keith made it very important that I showed up today." I chuckled as I was let inside.

"I could give you a tour if you'd like? Or, you could just, y'know, explore. That's what I did." She smiled warmly. She loved exploring inside of new places, especially ones with lobbies that looked like hotel reception.

"I'll find my way around, thanks."

"Okay! By the way, everyone is in the big room on the third floor. Go up the stairs, or elevator, and keep going until you hit the corner that juts out to the left. I'll wait for you there." Ena waved goodbye as she trotted off to do whatever it was she was up to.

I looked around the big lobby, watching employees walking around, pushing carts of.. something. I decided to make my way to the elevator and meet up with everyone else. I know Keith was waiting for me and I haven't even told him I was there yet.

*ding*

The big, automatic doors opened and I stepped off the elevator. I couldn't lie, this hallway looked more like an entire hotel suite. I walked slowly through, admiring the big windows on the way, until I finally made it all the way to, "The Kickback Clubhouse, interesting..." I recognized Keith's handwriting and giggled.

I mindlessly pushed the door open. When I opened the door, I saw everyone sitting in a circle, with Ruv kissing Sarvente in the middle of it.

"I... guess I'm in the right room.." I was quite shocked to see that everyone was already in the partying mood.

"Y/N!" They all greeted me when I walked in. I saw that they were already playing spin the bottle.

"You guys started without me? Woowww okay." I joked

"Ah, it's not like that! Just a little.. of whatever those two were doing." Garcello chuckled as he pointed to Sarv and Ruv in the middle.

"That looks like fun! I wanna kiss him next!" I chortled.

~time skip~
*Author's POV*

"Its not that dark out! Go catch it!" Ena tried to encourage Garcello to go out ant touch a cricket or catch a firefly, but the poor guy was so scared he didnt do either.

Everyone was out in, what was called the front yard, of the summer home trying to play along with Ena's idea. That idea was to do some research on bugs they found putside at night.

"The most interesting ones come out at night you know? Like this one!" Everyone let out a sound of disgust as she held up a small creature. It looked like a worm, but was built like a snake. "Its called a cecelian! It's like a worm and a snake hybrid."

"..."

Everyone was silent.

"Ah come on! You guys never let me pick our activities and the one time you do, you don't wanna do it." Ena pouted.

"Can I hold it?" Skid asked, popping his head out of the door.

Ena smiled excitedly having found a new friends with common interest. The two went into the kiddie room and played with the weird looking animal, while the rest of us were headed back to the main room.

"That was nasty!" Sarv shuddered in discomfort.

Everyone decided to split up into their rooms and set up for the night.

The big room was set like a meeting room, with several doors. Because it was at the top floor, the room was built like a small five bedroom house.
Everyone scrambled around, goofing off rather than trying to even fathom any kind of rest.

~• 2:14 am •~

"You guys, this is fun and all but like- Sarv, you promised us a ritual-"
That was Cassandra's first suggestion of the night.

"Well look whose finally done making out with Pico for tonight!" Sarvente blurted, giggling at her reaction.

"You're one to talk, neo." Cass rolled her eyes.

Sarvente raised a brow, "Neo?"

Everyone giggled.

"Neapolitan ice cream!"

The laughter grew louder. Sarvente blushed, "I do not look like that!" She wasn't even phased. She just loved the fact that everyone was finally getting along and having fun. "Anyways. About the ritual...."
