Jiang Fang is the fourth of the 12 demons that defend Deimos.
He is one of the cruelest of the 12, and lacks a moral compass.

He loves to toy with his prisoners and victims, injuring them and killing them slowly.
Thing he has done to Roach so far:

He has screwed up Roach's mental state, playing a mind tricks and mind games, to make it look like the 141 is attacking him.

He got the taste of high voltages, poisoned food, and laid on the table where Jiang would slowly stab him in non vital area. He got has got beaten up and flogged before, and despite all of this he has been resilient and still standing.
Roach hasn't slept in a long time and not can't eat normal, his body rejects almost every food.
