"Yes, I know these numbers and letters seem random but there's gotta be a hidden meaning behind them." I rub my chin and try to find the answer I had looked for for many months.

We stare at the picture for a couple of minutes before giving up.

"I'll send you guys the picture incase you want to look at it." They nod and Jisoo goes up to her room and so does Minho leaving me standing there.

Ring Ring~

I slam my alarm clock to stop it from ringing. Getting up from my bed I look around the room before heaving out a sigh and plopping out of bed.

I walk over to my window and gaze out at the sunrise and the many houses along with the tall buildings from afar. A smirk spreading across my face as I watch the city lights start to turn off and tiny cars driving on the roads.

"A new day a new start,"

"I wonder what new problems I'll encounter today" I casually say while looking at my nails. Just then my phone starts ringing so I turn around and go to pick it up from my nightstand.

"Calling at 7 in the morning isn't a good way to make someone like you." A smirk creeps up my lips as I hear the faint breaths of the person on the other side.

"I'm not trying to make you like me."

"That wasn't the case a few months ago."

A silence is present since the person on the other side doesn't respond and my smirk only grows even more.

"Whatever........I didn't call for this. I just wanted to ask you if you got any news about the Shadow Kings?"

My smirk slowly fades but I quickly compose myself before clearing my throat.

"Well.....no not yet but we're making progress. Why, did he ask you to call me?"

I already knew the answer to it but I still asked him. He doesn't respond for a couple of seconds until I hear a door open and faint murmurs from the other line.

"That's none of your concern. I gotta go, I'll call you soon. Bye."

Before even letting me say bye he cut the call, I cross my arms and rolled my eyes knowing very well that he asked him.

I shake my head and throw the phone from my hand on the bed, my hand going up to rub my forehead as I let out a sigh of irritation.

I had been so caught up with school, extra missions and........Taehyung that I forgot the main reason why I came to this dreadful city.

I hated this place more than anything, I never ever wanted to come here but it wasn't as if I had a choice.

My head turns towards the person who opened my door and I gaze at his figure which stood at my doorway. It was none other than Lee Minho.

I smirked to hide my irritated face and look at him up and down only to see him dressed up.

"You going somewhere?"

"Yeah just to check up on our bases to make sure no one explodes the remaining plots so I'll be back in an hour."

I nod in response. As he was about to leave I call him and he turns back around.

"By the way, Mark called asking about the Shadow Kings"

I could see him slightly tense up to his name but he composed himself and simply looked at me telling me to continue.

"I told him there was progress.........but who knows how long he'll keep buying that lie."

I shrug my shoulders before going to my closet and taking out an outfit as I head towards my bathroom.

"Close the door on your way out."

I tell him before closing my bathroom door. I hear a sigh followed along with footsteps walking further away and the bedroom door closing with a slam.

I strip off my clothes and make my way inside the shower, letting the warm water droplets fall on my back making my tensed muscle relax.

After the nice relaxing warm shower, I head outside the bathroom with my long oversized blue hoodie along with some white shorts and dry my wet hair with a fluffy white towel.

Heading downstairs to the dining table, I see Jisoo Unnie intensely talking with someone on the phone. She was looking angry and practically yelling at the person on the phone.

I come down and confusedly look at her but she ignores me and continues to breathe heavily and clench her fists.

"Jisoo Unnie."

"HOW DARE THEY-...."

"Unnie wh-"

"YOU HOW COULD YOU LET THIS-"

Before she could finish her sentence I snatch the phone from her hand and place it on my ear. She looks at me, clearly angry and reaches at me to get her phone back but I swiftly turn around to avoid her.

"Jisoo I don't kno-"

"Minho?" I ask hearing his voice and I immediately lift the phone from my ear to see the caller ID and indeed it was him. Placing the phone back to my ear, my brows crash together as I hear him become silent.

"What happend? What's Unnie yelling about?"

"Hana......they....they destroyed another one of our buildings."

My eyes widen before I look back at Jisoo with the same frustration present on my features as hers and I clenched jaw.

"WHAT?! Who when what and how?!"

"I think.....I think it has something to do with the Shadow King.....but I'm not sure."

My fists around the phone tighten as I release a heavy breath trying to calm down before hanging up and throwing the phone on the couch.

I push back my hair in frustration and look at Jisoo who was also looking really tensed and rubbing her forehead.

"You know what I'll deal with this later. I'm going to go eat breakfast, food before anything."

I walk over to the dining table where I'm welcomed by the delicious smell of pancakes and crepes. I grab a few and take a bite of it not realizing that I was aggressively cutting it making it look like I had beef with the pancake.

When the pancake doesn't cut I let out a big sigh and throw the knife and fork on my plate in frustration.

"I can't deal with this stress, I'm going out."

I say out loud to inform Jisoo as she nods still holding her forehead in distress and not even glancing towards me. I slip my shoes on and head outside to the city that's a bit far from here. A walk in the cool breeze is a good way to get your mind off things.

Walking for 15 min, I reach the main city and gaze at the many people walking around and some exiting their leaving the tiny shops. Since it was still early in the morning, the streets weren't very packed.

The wind's breeze brushes off my skin creating tiny goosebumps all over my body and my hair being pushed back flawlessly by the wind.

A small smile forms on my lips from the calming sensation as I forget about everything for a little bit and focus on nothing but the nice feeling.

Without any sense to what's happening, I suddenly bump into something hard causing me stumble back and almost fall. A scowl grows on my face as I slightly lift up my head and start yelling at the person.

"Yah what the hell can't you look whe-   Taehyung?"

My eyes land on Taehyung who also has an annoyed face before I notice the 6 figures beside him.

Those are his friends right?

Yeah I know those two, they're the ones who saved us the other day.

I thought to myself while looking at the two boys whom I thought are called Jimin and Jungkook.

I look back at Taehyung before standing up straight and crossing my arms. I was already stressed out a lot and I don't need him making it worse.

"You really have a habit of bumping into me EVEN OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL."

I roll my eyes at his statement.

"Well apologies for bumping into you."

It's his turn to roll his eyes at my sarcasm before he looks at me with a raised brow.

"But I got to go now." I was about to walk away when he pulled me by wrist. I was so annoyed and I tried to keep my patience. I just wanted a nice walk to remove my stress but it had to be ruined.

"What?" I look back at him with an annoyed look as he pulls me back to where I was standing.

"I don't accept your apology."

My face turns into a 'does it look like I give a f' look as I gaze back at his friendsonly to see them also confused.

"Does it actually look like I care? Let me go."

He rolls his eyes again but doesn't let go of my wrist. Even if I was really strong, Taehyung's hold on me was much more stronger.

"How about you treat me as a way of an apology since you're very keen to apologize to me.

My face immediately change to a 'what the hell' look as I stop trying to get my wrist out of his hold.

"There's no way I'm gonna treat you. I have better things to do."

Before I have the chance to walk away he holds me back and turns towards his friends with an annoyed look.

"She won't pay so Jungkook can you? Please?" My expressions change into a shocked one when I see his puppy eyes towards his friend Jungkook and him actually sighing and agreeing.

Wow I know his puppy eyes are cute I guess but I didn't think Jungkook would actually fall for them.

He then turns backs to me and let me tell you how fast his expressions changed to an annoyed one as soon as he looked me.

"There he'll pay, happy?"

They all start to walk away leaving me there dumbfounded before Taehyung stops and turns around looking back at me with a raised brow.

"Well? What are you waiting for come on."

My eyes slightly widen as I look at him confused until he comes back towards me and drags me with them while holding my wrist.
