"Okay, so S will tell us the plan," Jin announced.

Yoongi blinked, his mind a little fuzzy. He frowned at Jin, not really understanding what he was saying.

"The plan?" Jin said again when Yoongi did not answer him.

Oh yeah, the plan.

Shaking his head, Yoongi tried to focus. There were a lot of things in his mind and his eyes kept on staring at that mansion. He should focus, though. Focus. Focus. Focus.

Shoving everything in the back of his mind, he forced his mouth to speak. "We'll split to find more clues fast. Jimin will come with me. Tae will be with with R and Kook will be with P. H will stay here in case of emergency."

Yoongi was supposed to say more, but Jin stepped in. It seemed like the older boy could sense Yoongi's discomfort so he silently volunteered to continue the talking. Thank Jin and his mother instincts.

"We will need your help, Jimin," Jin proceeded to say after giving Yoongi a meaningful smile. Yoongi was pretty sure that Jimin would've notice his odd actions except that the younger boy was also facing a dilemma of his own. For a moment there, Yoongi forgot his own problems as he contemplated on the fact that it must be really hard for Jimin to be forced to step inside a place that held many significant memories.

Yoongi frowned, his hand already in the middle of going to Jimin in order to comfort the younger boy. However, he remembered something.

Jimin...lived here when he was a kid, right?!

Wait...so Jimin lived in the same mansion where that kid lived?

Yoongi's hand fell into his side as sudden realization hit him.

Could it be that...

"Okay, hyung. What do I need to do?" Jimin said in response to Jin's earlier request. He was smiling, but it did not reach his eyes.

Everyone, except Yoongi who was in the middle of a crisis, gave Jimin encouraging smiles. "Thank you, Jiminie. Since you know the house pretty well, we will need you to map it out. We can then begin designating roles to each pair. We'll probably assign you and Yoongi to your room, and to Z's room as well. The others could look around the garden and in other parts of the...uh, mansion," Jin said, seemingly a bit awkward at the fact that what Jimin called as a 'house' turned out to be a really huge mansion.

"Yeah, Jiminie. You never told us your house is so biiiiig!" Taehyung exclaimed, pointing at the house. It kinda seemed like he was also lowkey trying to cheer up his best friend.

"So that's why it seemed like you never run out of money, hyung," Jungkook inserted as well. "I always thought that maybe you were well off but I never thought you were this rich!" The boy then looked around at the other agents, eyes filled with wonder that Yoongi momentarily forgot his own issues. "Jimin's dad must earn millions! Is this how it is to become an agent? Can I sign up?"

The boy received a light pinch from Taehyung for this. Tae pursed his lips and clicked his tongue. "Don't be silly, Kookie. Their job is dangerous. You can get killed! No amount of money can buy your life back once you're dead."

Oddly, the younger boy only responded with a shrug, a faint blush blossoming on his cheeks. It's pretty weird since Yoongi was expecting him to laugh it off or stick his tongue out playfully.

But nope. The guy only blushed.

"Okay, so other than Jungkook wanting to become rich so bad, is there any other concern?" Jin inserted before anyone could question the blushing younger boy. When no one answered, Jin flashed a smile and turned to Jimin. "Shall we start now with the mapping?"

Jimin nodded, eyes filled with what could be defined as determination. Namjoon started speaking as well. "I can help do the map. Just make some kind of draft, then I'll finalize it."

"You guys do that. I'll start setting up all the needed equipments. Just tell me which devices you'd like to use so that I can prepare them," Hoseok said, earning an excited cheer from Taehyung who seemed to be thrilled at the idea of having to choose his own gadget-slash-weapon.

Soon, Jin, Namjoon and Jimin were already gathered at one corner as they try to map out the place. Taehyung, on the other had, was assisting Hoseok with the gadgets and basically wanting to bring everything all at once. Yoongi and Jungkook were left there standing awkwardly, until Yoongi decided to walk towards one of the abandoned futons and sit on it with crossed legs. Maybe the futons would help him solve his crisis.

Still deep in thought, Yoongi noticed that Jungkook followed him and sat somewhere on his side. He did not really care that much though as his face frowned while thinking about what was happening.

They're here.

Just a few distances away from Jimin's, his Jimin's, home. Jimin who was the son of Z, the founder of their organization and Y's best friend.

But.

But heck. That same house was were that kid lived as well. That corner just across the house was were Yoongi spent a lot of time crouching as he waited for the cute kid with the eyesmile to appear.

He could not have been mistaken. Heck, this place was engraved in Yoongi's mind. So deep was it engraved that he could not erase the memories, even though he would rather choose to forget them.

But here he was right now. In this same place again.

Could the cute kid have lived together with Jimin? Did Jimin know him? Yoongi was almost certain about this theory except that he had spent an awful lot of time staying there that-

"Hyung," Jungkook's voice suddenly spoke, pulling Yoongi out of his own thoughts.

When the older boy turned, he saw that Jungkook was deeply troubled. He wondered why it was. And so, despite being in a very confused state, he still asked, "What's wrong?"

Jungkook's face started flushing a light shade of pink, making Yoongi furrow his eyebrows. He was, however, distracted again by his own thoughts because Jungkook's face reminded him of Jimin's usually blushing one.

Jimin couldn't have lived together with that cute kid. Because if he did, Yoongi would've seen him. He swore that the only people that went in and out of that place was the cute boy and his dad.

His dad....

"Hyung?" Jungkook asked again, making Yoongi look up to him. "Were you listening?"

"Uhhh..." Wow. He had not even noticed that the other boy was speaking. "Sorry, Kook. What was that again?"

The boy's shoulder drooped, his frown deepening as he stared at a distance instead of at Yoongi. "I said... Uh, I need some advise."

Yoongi blinked his eyes. He was very confused and stressed right now with all these sudden surprises life was throwing at him, and Jungkook... Jungkook was asking an advise from him. From him, Min Yoongi, who probably needed a psychiatrist right now.

"Kook, I'm really sorry but I don't think I can help you right now. Maybe you should just ask Ji-"

"But, hyung! You're the only who could understand me. I know you can give me advise on this. Please?"

Yoongi stared at Jungkook's desperate face. He was immediately reminded with Jimin's desperate face when he cried that time upon knowing that his two best friends were kidnapped. He had tried comforting the younger boy, and Jimin ended up sleeping on his chest. Yoongi had secretly stared at his face while he was sleeping and he could still clearly remember how his past self thought that Jimin and that kid had the same smile.

Had the same crescent moon eyes that shone brighter than the sun, how ironic that might.

But it couldn't be, right?

What were the chances that the little kid his child self learned to cherish would become the subject of his mission five freaking years after?

What were the chances that the person he loved before was the same person his heart was yearning for now?

What were the chances that he and Jimin were one?

It's impossible. It's so impossible to the point that Yoongi wanted to vomit and laugh at the same time. He had no idea what he should be feeling.

Because if Jimin was really that kid that he had forever kept deep inside his memories, then all this time...

"Hyung, please?" Jungkook spoke again, now almost pouting.

"Uhh," was Yoongi's only intelligent response.

He couldn't seem to focus on Jungkook no matter how he tried. His mind would always drift to the possibility that Jimin and the kid he had known when he was young was the same person. That he after all had been loving the same person all this time.

"Hyung..." Jungkook spoke again. "I think I'm in love with Tae."

Okay.

So just what in the name of grumpy old troll did Jeon Jungkook do?

Yoongi stared at the other boy with disbelieving eyes. Because really just what the heck?!

"Did you just...share your love problem to me?" When I myself is having one right now?

Where's the justice?

What's wrong with fate?

Here he was grumbling about how impossible it was for Jimin and his first love to be the same person, and yet...

What were the chances that Jungkook would be pouring his heart out at Yoongi about his just-realized undying love for Taehyung when Yoongi was also in the middle of trying to rip his heart open in hopes that he might find the answers to his questions there?

What were the freaking chances. Somebody. Answer. Him. Now.

Right then and there, Yoongi suddenly had a life-changing revelation. It turned out that Fate™ and Chances™ were annoying little buggers that scammed every single human being.

And it looked like Yoongi was one of their favorites.

Because really, all the impossible things were happening to Yoongi. These two enjoyed wrecking havoc in his life, it seemed.

Licking his lips, Yoongi stared at Jungkook with probably an insane look on his face. His eyes twitched, now very confused on what to do.

Here was Jungkook having a very serious problem. And honestly, Yoongi wanted to help him. He had been waiting for this along with Jimin for either one of these idiots to finally hit their head on the wall and realize that they have feelings for the other.

Yoongi really wanted to help.

But come on, he's basically about to go haywire here with all the drama that was called his life.

"Kook, you know what, I think it would better for us to talk about this later-"

"Hyung!" Jungkook begged, his doe-like eyes looking straight at his soul. "I know that you're busy but...even just a slight advise? On what I can do, maybe? I can't even look at him in the eyes! This is killing me, hyung."

And you're killing me as well.

"Well, uh..." Yoongi struggled, trying to lowkey sort out his mind as he tried to give a decent advise.

Is Jimin and that kid really the same person?

"Is there some kind of technique in talking to him without my face heating up?" Jungkook asked.

Wait, that meant that the kid's dad was...Z?!

"Well, just don't talk to him."

Jungkook shook his head furiously. "That's not possible. I can't go on a day without talking to Tae. We had this huge fight back when we were kids and we didn't talk for three days. I fell ill."

So he had already met Z? Wait, WHAT?!

"Just pretend that everything's normal, I guess. Don't think about your feelings," Yoongi told him.

"W-well, I'm not so sure if that's as easily said than done..."

So basically his heart had been beating for one person only ever since he was twelve?

"Tell him, then."

"W-what?"

Yoongi looked at Jungkook fiercely, now finally focusing on the younger boy. "Tell him what you feel."

"B-but-"

"No buts, Kook. You know how fucked up life is? You're lucky because even though you were not aware, you were still able to show Tae that you love him. Time can create illusions, and the next thing you'll know, you have already wasted all the moments."

Yoongi pursed his lips. He could see the fear in Jungkook's eyes. The same fear he had felt before when he was already under Y's care. Whenever he thought of going back to that place, to this place, to introduce himself to the kid he had learned to love, he felt fear. He was afraid to look back to his past, and instead chose to just keep the memories of those beautiful eyesmiles in his heart.

Well, that was stupid.

He could've saved an awful lot of wasted time. If they would end up in the future together, why couldn't they just start it early? He already had Jimin in front of him before, but he chose to let go of him.

He was just lucky that Jimin came trotting back in his life years after.

Jungkook should not experience the same stupidity.

Yoongi regretted it deeply. He could have already been with his Chim Chim a long time ago if only he chose to look back even just once.

"Don't waste your time. You never know what would happen. You have Taehyung now, take advantage of it."

=====

So... I received a lot of death threats because of what I did in the last chapter. XD. Sorry guys. Anyway, we're literally almost at the end. Can anyone guess who's the one behind these all? Again, please read the Prologue because that will give you a clue.

Also, please be reminded that Jimin is a Twitter addict. Every time he goes somewhere, he always updates ARMYs. When he went to Busan, he uploaded a vid of him and Jihyun. When he went to Tokyo with Kook, they uploaded pics and vids. The only time Jimin went silent is when he went with Yoongi to Daegu. The fans had no idea until he started proclaiming how he had the pleasure to witness Yoongi's reactions with Holly.

Not to be that type of fan but why do you think the two did not upload anything about their stay in Daegu? My yoonmin heart says because they want it to be private. And some other things.

Lol. True or not, YM friendship rocks to let's continue to love them in 2018. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Don't forget to smile, love and enjoy life. God bless you bunch of pretty potatoes!
