Shanghai, China

The neon lights of Shanghai greeted Komura's ship as it neared the port city. Rico took the opportunity to take a picture to show his girlfriend.

"We're not sightseeing" Luke said.

"I know... But it never hurt anyone to take a picture of this great view" Rico said, putting the camera in his bag.

Kamura cleared his throat and it made the two Lucarios turn around, "My catch, you haven't forgotten about it, right?"

"N-No" Rico said, adjusting his shirt.

"You two must pay me ¥600,000,000"

"Oh hell no! As if!" Luke shouted, smashing his fist on the window.

"Oh, I guess I'll turn the boat back around and return you to Japan-" Komura said, shrugging his shoulders.

Luke snarled, squeezing his fist. The old Pokémon's request was ridiculous, "Fine!"

Komura docked the ship on the port and opened the ramp for the two to step off, "You have 4 days"

The two watched as the ship turned around and started sailing out of the port. Rico was dumbfounded, Luke was livid.

"Where the hell are we going to get six hundred million yen?!" Rico shouted, "What is he even going to do with all that money?!"

"He's an assassin Rico, figure it out"

"Right..."

"Let's get the serum and get out of the country. There's no doubt the CIA is on to us by now" Luke picked up his bags and started walking toward the street, Rico followed after him.

Up from on top of a building, Keyen watched them with binoculars as they got into a taxi.

"They're here, arrived 6 minutes ago via a fishing boat" The Umbreon said over radio.

"Got it-" Delevio said, she was atop a skyscraper looking down at the city below her, her left eye glowing as if it was a steady flame, "-Come and get it, piece of shit"

"I-Is that a rocket launcher?" Moonlake asked.

"Yep!" Ketster shouted.

The Typhlosion fired the rocket at the car. Ketster swerved out of the way and the rocket hit a tanker that was driving behind them. The fireball was huge. London grabbed his Glock, leaned out the window and shot the Typhlosion in the chest multiple time, the Pokémon grunted and fell backwards. The driver of the car panicked, Isabel leaned out the window and shot the fuel tank, the cars back side exploded and it spun off the road and rolled into the woods coming to a rest.

"Please tell me there are no mor-" London said, then bullets started hitting the back of the car. Isabel heard and pulled something from her bag, which was a small metal ball she tossed it at the cars windshield and upon hitting the windshield the ball disintegrated into a black liquid the Pokémon in the car had a hard time seeing they spun out of control and tumbled off the road.

"You had to say something?!" Isabel said.

"I had no clue!" London said back.

Then a lorry coming from the opposite direction suddenly swerved and tried to hit the car but Ketster noticed in time and went around. The vehicle plummeted into a tree and exploded.

"Lunatics!" Ketster shouted.

"Gah, get off the road, go somewhere secluded!" London shouted.

Ketster suddenly turned and drove the Mercedes into the woods. It was about half an hour later when they finally stopped in an open part of the woods. Ketster sat in the car while Isabel sat on a dead tree, typing on her laptop.

"How hasn't that thing died yet..."

"It's solar powered" Isabel said, still looking down at the laptop.

"Nice" Ketster responded.

Meanwhile Moonlake was leading London into the forest, tugging him by the paw. He was excited to show London something and by how fast his tail was wagging London could see how eager he was.

"Wh-Where are you taking me?" London asked.

"I found these cool flowers!" Moonlake said, "I wanna show em to you!"

When they came out of a bush nearby, there was a clearing with small blue and orange flowers growing around the spots where there were no trees. Moonlake picked one and put it in his mouth then he skipped over to London and jumped on him giggling happily. He took the flower from his mouth and tied it around London's left ear.

"You look cute" He said, then be licked his cheek.

"Uh huh" London replied, his nose turned pink a little, "What are they called?"

"Serpentine Lillys. They're very rare flowers these days, and I heard that if you give one to someone you care about they'll be in your life forever" Moonlake said.

"Ah... Intresting" London said, then he put his paw on Moonlake's head, "Trust me though, I'm not gonna leave you, probably ever" London said.

Moonlake's smile widened and he started hugging him tighter, "I love you soooo much!"

"I know you do" London said back.

"Yep I love you so much I still wanna marry you!" Moonlake said, looking at the Flareon with lovestruck eyes. London shifted nervously.

"Mhm" He said, trying not to make it obvious that he was uncomfortable, "You're still thirsty for me I see"

The warm moment was interrupted by Moonlake suddenly smelling the air.

"What's wrong?" London asked, the Flareon looking concerned.

"I smell... Gunpowder..." Moonlake said, then he jumped off London and started looking around.

"Guns?" London guessed.

"Probably-"

Then there was a whizzing sound, something grazed Moonlake's face, "Ah!"

The Eevee wiped his cheek, there was a cut on his face, "Sniper!"

"Run... Now..." London said, grabbing Moonlake's paw and running back into the bushes as more bullets whizzed toward them. They ran around for seven minutes, the sniper almost got London but he managed to avoid his shot narrowly. Eventually they arrived back where the car was, Isabel and Ketster almost noticed they were in distress and stood up.

"What's happening-"

A bullet almost hit Isabel's head, instead it went into a tree, she shouted.

"Fuck" Ketster said.

They all got into the car and Ketster quickly turned the car around and drove back toward the road.

"How do they keep finding us?!" London shouted.

"I don't know..." Isabel said, opening her computer.

"Are you okay Moonlake?" London asked, noticing the cut on his face.

"I'll be fine, I can just get rid of it with my powers-" Moonlake said, then the Eevee climbed onto London and wrapped his arms around him.

"Were you scared?"

"A little-"

"Ah... Take it easy"

Isabel gave him a piece of candy, "Thanks-"

"No problem" Isabel said, "London?"

"Hm?" The Flareon responded, looking at her.

"Where did you get that flower?" Isabel asked.

"Moonlake gave it to me" London answered, he started messaging the boys head to try and calm him down.

"It looks cool" Isabel replied, she reached her paw out to take a closer look at it.

Moonlake hissed loudly, London was surprised by this reaction.

Isabel immediately retracted her paw, "Okay then..."

Luke and Rico arrived at the garage entrance in a van, whey arrived at the entrance and a Quaxly holding a clipboard walked up to them.

"IDs... Now"

Luke handed them the small Pokémon their IDs, which were forged by somemon Rico knew in the city. The Quaxly looked back at them and handed them their ID cards, he gestured for the other guard at the the booth to raise the gate, once it was open, Luke drove inside and parked the van 2 levels down, it was large and there was barely enough lights.

"Let's do this" Rico said.

He got into the back and got to work disabling the security system in the building. Luke got out of the van wearing a lab coat, he even put on some glasses as an extra touch.

"Fancy" Rico remarked.

"Shut up" Luke said.

He started walking toward the lift. He took it up to the 77th floor. There were small offices to his left side and a view of the city below to his right.

"I'm inside, any problems?"

"Nope" Rico said, "But there are security patrols, so be careful and try not to let them catch on to you"

"You worry too much" Luke said, swiping a key card.

"I'm your brother, I have to worry about you" Rico shot back.

"Ok, but I'm the older one" Luke said as he walked down the corridor.

"That doesn't mean anything!" Rico shouted.

Luke chuckled a little, then he noticed a security guard walking in his direction, he walked by him, not noticing the Lucario.

"If you ever decided to join the party, our friends have AK-74s and M9s" Luke said.

"Gotcha" Rico replied.

Luke swiped the card to a door but it's wouldn't open, "Great..."

"What's up?"

"This door won't open" Luke said.

Then the Lucario heard two voices in the distance speaking Chinese and laughing joyfully, two night guards.

"Anytime Rico..."

"Hang on... Almost got it" The Lucario said, typing away on the keyboard.

Just as the guards rounded the corner, Rico unlocked the door and Luke went inside and up the steps. The guarding Pokémon walked by the doorway still laughing and chatting to themselves.

In his office, Huang was smoking a cigarette when he got an alert on his phone that a motion sensor on the 77th Floor had been triggered. He tapped the notification and a picture of Luke walking in view of a CCTV feed appeared. He took a gun from his drawer and got up.

Luke arrived inside the safe room, outside were two guards who immediately upon noticing Luke raised their guns. Before they could shoot, he shot them both and they crumbled to the ground.

"I'm at the door" Luke said, the Lucario holstering the pistol he used.

"Hold on" Rico responded, typing away on the keyboard.

The door to the vault opened and Luke stepped inside, it was dark and barely lit, so he attached a flashlight to his gun and turned it on. It took him some time but then he finally found the vials, two of them in a large glass case. He punched the glass and grabbed the vials but before he could leave, Huang stepped inside, loading the pistol he bought with him.

"Ah, Americans..." The Raichu said, tossing his cigarette.

"Who the hell are you..." Luke said, raising his gun at him.

Huang shot the gun out of his paw and it spun across the floor. Luke snarled, "You're the CEO... Aren't you..."

"Maybe I am. But more importantly, those vials your holding... Give them to me and I just might spare you" Huang said, the Raichu corrected his stance and aimed at Luke's head.

"Anytime Rico..." Luke said threw his teeth.

"I'm on it, give me a minute" He said, watching the camera feed from the vault.

"Are you going to give them to me or not? Because I'll gladly kill you right now" Huang said.

"Alright alright!" The Lucario shouted.

"Walk toward me... Slowly" The Raichu said, the Lucario started moving toward him slowly. The Raichu's frown turned into a confident smirk. But then as Luke got close, the alarms started going off and the lights went out. The Raichu became confused by what was happening and Luke took advantage of this by kicking him like a soccer ball, Huang tumbled across the floor and Luke ran out of the vault.

Huang grabbed his radio and alerted the other guards of Luke's presence, "(We have an Intruder, kill him now!)"

A squad of guards ran into Luke and began opening fire on him, the Lucario threw off the lab coat and glasses and pulled his katana from its sheeth, cutting up the guards in his way.

Continuing down the corridor to the staircase, he took a grenade and tossed it behind him to cut a group of Pokémon chasing him off. The doors behind Luke started to close. More guards arrived, Luke kicked one of them through the glass and sweeped one of them under one of the closing doors, the Pokémon screamed in agony while the heavy metal door crushed his chest. The last one pulled a knife and took a swing at Luke before he grabbed his arm and broke it, there was a loud yell and then he cut him in half. Then he kicked the door into the stairwell and started going down.

"You better hurry, the police have been notified"

"No shit-" He came across a squad of Pokémon and sliced them up before attaching a rope to a railing. And got a small cable from his utility belt, he attached the two to a small hook on his outfit and he began to descend down toward the first floor, shooting any Pokémon he saw.

"Get the van ready!" Luke shouted.

Rico got up from the back and got into the drivers seat.

Luke arrived on the level the car park was on and disconnected the cable from his belt. Then he ran to the van and got in just as a group of guards arrived and started opening fire on the vehicle. Rico hit the gas and they went through the barrier and onto the street.

"Did you get it?" Rico asked.

"Yeah-" Luke said, holding the vials. He got a black case from the glovebox and put the vials inside.

"I actually thought we weren't going to make it" Rico said.

"Same" Luke responded.

There was silence between the two for a little. Luke watched they drove through the bright lights of the city. Rico looked at his brother then back at the road.

"Thanks for letting me help you out. You would have probably been dead for sure" Rico said, smiling happily.

Luke managed a smile, "I'm just glad you're here for me. I don't know what I'd do without you"

The moment wouldn't last long because suddenly a bullet came through the windshield and hit Rico in the chest. The Lucario grunted, Luke grabbed hold of the steering wheel and tried his best to keep the van from crashing.

"Rico!"

The Lucario groaned weakly, the van lost control and slammed into a building, the crash messed up the brothers badly and they could barely see or hear, but Rico who still had a bullet in his chest, was suffering the most. In the distance, Tetrahyde smirked like a psychopath, she reloaded the rifle and picked up her radio.

"They're down, save some fun for me will ya?" She said.

"Roger" Keyen replied, he looked over at Delevio who loaded her gun and they both stepped out of a Range Rover parked across the street.

"Get the vials" Delevio said.

Keyen nodded and ran ahead of her gun raised.

Luke groaned, his vision was slowly getting steadier, but the ringing in his ears was still worse. He could make out Delevio walking toward him, he started reaching around for his AK-47. Keyen noticed the black box containing the vials and grabbed it. Delevio's eye started glowing and she used her powers to drag Luke out of the vehicle and onto the asphalt, his face covered with cuts and blood, his body in scratches and bruises.

"You..." He growled.

"Yeah Lukarin, me..." Delevio said, the Glaceon manifested a spike in her paw and twirled it around.

"What you're gonna kill me" Luke snarled.

"Kinda want to... Seeing as your willing to go this low" She said.

Rico watched from the mangled van as Delevio and Luke had their showdown. He noticed Luke's sword on the dashboard and started to reach for it.

Delevio kicked Luke in the face, he grunted and looked back up at her, spitting out the blood.

"Consider that the way I feel about you, fucking psychopath" Delevio said.

Tetrahyde arrived holding the rifle in her arms. She waved to Luke as if she were a girl on the beach, Delevio squatted down and grabbed Luke by the appendages on the back of his head.

"We're gonna take you and Rico back to DC now, and you two are going to stand trial for this whether you like it or not... You should have just taken the offer I gave you in Canada" Delevio said.

"Go fuck yourself" Luke snarled.

"Mhm" Delevio replied, then she dropped him.

Rico managed to get out of the van, his chest was in a lot of pain, nerves firing, blood oozing. But he was determined to save his brother and escape with the Attack Dog X serum. He pulled the katana from the sheath and charged at Keyen, the Umbreon didn't notice until the last moment and narrowly avoided having his arm cut off, but Rico swung again and slashed him in the chest. The Umbreon shouted and collapsed, dropping the box with the vials, both of them rolling around on the street.

Delevio noticed this, she became infuriated and summoned more icicles, tossing them at Rico's chest, "Gah... No..." Luke groaned.

Rico stumbled backwards and dropped the sword on the ground coughing blood. Delevio ran over to Keyen, and used her powers to start healing his wound.

"Ah... It hurts..." Keyen winced.

"It's gonna be ok... I got you" Delevio said.

"You're not gonna let me die... Right?"

"Of course not!" Delevio said, increasing the power of the healing snow.

Keyen passed out, Delevio bought him close and squeezed him.

Tetrahydes smile disappeared and she set the rifle down on the back of the Mercedes. She walked over to Delevio who was holding an unconscious yet stable Keyen in his arms.

"...Kill him" Delevio ordered.

Tetrahyde's smile came back, but in an even more eerie fashion, "Time to go to sleep... Doggy"

Rico groaned and grabbed one of the vials on the street in front of him and broke the seal, Tetrahyde stopped making moving toward him, Delevio set Keyen down to rest and manifested a sword made of ice.

Rico downed the liquid and almost immediately started screaming, the serum was raging threw his vains, changing his mind, he rolled around in agony on the floor as the effects became more intense.

Tamara pulled a dagger from her utility belt and got into a protective stance, for the first time in a very long time the Salazzle was nervous, incredibly nervous.

"This night couldn't get any worse" Delevio snarled.
