Quite a lot of years have passed between them and still, their love for each other hasn't decreased a bit.

Jessica entered the elevator. She was wearing a silver blue shirt and black pants with heels.
The other people in the elevator bowed their heads. She was heading towards the seventh floor. The rest of the people got out of the elevator before she reached the seventh floor.
Jessica stepped out of the elevator and headed to the office.

She knocked on the door but heard no response from the other side. She opened the door and saw the person grinning at her.

Jessica: What kind of joke is this?!

Jessica slammed a paper on the table. The person took it and chuckled. He was in formal attire - a black suit, a gold bracelet on his right wrist.

Jessica: Sometimes I wonder who's the child. You? Or Kai?

Kai is no one other than Jessica and Maverick's child. Kai Kennedy Williams. He's four years old and has the beauty and brains of both his mother and father.

Mark: You know why I called you

Jessica: No! I do not!

Maverick rose from his seat, unbuttoned the button of his suit jacket, and proceeded towards Jessica. He took slow yet loud steps. He was almost a centimeter away from Jessica.

Jessica: What?

Maverick took another step and Jessica took a step backward. The two maintained the eye-contact.

Jessica's back hit the lockers. Maverick pinned her against the lockers with his left arm on the locker, preventing her from escaping.

Jessica (whispers): Mark... This is not home

Mark: I don't care about places.

Jessica's heart beat rapidly. There was intense sexual tension between the two. Jessica avoided his eyes. Maverick checked her out and licked his lips. He lifted her face with the index finger of his right hand, making her hazel brown eyes look right at his icy blue eyes. He ran the finger down to her neck.

Mark: I really wanna kiss you aggressively
Maverick moved his finger downwards and ran it over her cleavage.
Mark: Rip your clothes and fvck you like there's no tomorrow.
And then shifted his finger to her stomach where he finally rested his palm.
Mark: Right here.

Jessica gulped. She could feel the warmth of Maverick on herself. He stared at her lips and licked his lips once again. Their breathing rates increased. Her body started to get heated up. No matter what, she always melted under Maverick's lust.

Jessica(whispers): That's a bad idea

Maverick snuck his right hand around her waist and pulled her closer. Jessica was breathing heavily and her bosom rose up and down, her eyes not leaving Maverick's. Maverick leaned closer and placed his silky lips on her neck. Jessica closed her eyes and got hold of Maverick's lapel. She tightened the grip as Maverick started to suck that part, trying to give her a hickey.

After a couple of minutes, he left her and nodded. Jessica let out a breath she was holding for the entire time. The rate of her heartbeat seemed to slow down.
Mark: Right. That's a bad idea.

Jessica: Glad that you stopped

Mark: I marked you mine. You're all mine.

There was a knock on the door. Jessica adjusted her hair, hiding the mark left by her beloved husband.
Mark: Come in

Daniel entered the room and closed the door.

Daniel: Oh! I didn't expect you

Jessica: How are you? And Penny?

Daniel: Yeah everyone's fine. Meanwhile, Harry's in the training center.

???: I still remember the day, Mr. Scott and I had promised each other.

Daniel looked at the woman who was standing beside him with a warm smile on her face. She was dressed in a white wedding gown and she looked like the most beautiful woman Daniel has ever laid his eyes on.

Mr. Scott and Mr. Jones were both best friends since childhood. Mr. Jones is the father of Penelope Jones.

Right after she was born, the two fathers decided to bond the two people: Daniel and Penelope.

Daniel had always loved her and so did she. Daniel didn't want to reveal anything about this to anyone except the Top 4 (excluding Ryan and Jessica). The marriage was secretly held six years ago. The reason why it was secretly held was that Grandpa James had asked the gang to do everything secretly. The only people who knew about the marriage and were also witnesses were the Top 4, Mia, Grandpa James, Mr. and Mrs. Jones, and their family members.

And Harry is Daniel and Penelope's child. The child whom Jessica had seen Penelope carrying when Maverick proposed to her.

Mark: So, did you manage?

Daniel nodded. Jessica studied their faces.

Mark: You don't have to worry about it, Love.

Jessica: As if I care. I'll get going

Mark: No

Jessica: Why? I need to meet someone. I'm already running late.

Mark: I said no.

Jessica rolled her eyes and walked out of the office.

Daniel (chuckles): She'll never change. Still feisty like before.

Mark: How's the finance going?

Daniel: Well, according to Ryan, everything's good.

Maverick nodded. The two left the office. Daniel went Underground while Maverick went to the parking lot.

He sat on the driver's seat and put on his seat belt.
Mark: Good girl. I knew you'd wait

Jessica: Now if you'd hurry and drop me at the nearest café

Mark: Who is it?
Maverick started the car and drove off to the location.

Jessica: A person

Mark: You've just two hours to return. If you fail, you'll have to face the consequences.

Within fifteen minutes they reached the café Jessica had told him about. Jessica opened the seat belt and looked at Maverick. She leaned in and planted a kiss on his lips and opened the door of the car.

She looked at Maverick and smiled.
Jessica: I'll do anything to face the consequences.

She winked and went away. Maverick grinned and shook his head.
Their relationship had become much healthier than before.

As promised, DDIA hadn't bothered Born Killers and Titans after the deal was executed smoothly.
And the gang name was changed to Born Titans. Both Maverick and Jessica were the Bosses.
Enrique and Sophia were in charge of the branch in Washington and the north-western side of the US, and Ian and Laura were in charge of the branch in the South. Meanwhile, the main family was in charge of the northeastern States.
Everything's going better than the previous days.

But why did this chapter appear if everything's going well...?

Jessica opened the door of the café and went inside. She went up to the farthest table and sat down.

Jessica: Sorry

Ryan: It's okay. So, why did you call me?

???: Hey girl! Watcha doin' here!

Jessica turned her neck towards the person. She smiled.

Jessica: How are you, Ashley?!

Ashley hugged Jessica tightly and looked at Ryan.
Ashley: Oh My God! Jessica's boyfriend?

Jessica looked at Ryan. Both of their expressions changed.

Jessica: Ashley, he's not my boyfriend. Well, he never was.

Ashley's jaw dropped.
Ashley: The fvck! Then what was that about?

Jessica: Well...

Jessica took her aside.
Jessica: I know what you want.
She winked at Ashley, who looked at Ryan and smiled.

Jessica's phone buzzed.
Isabella: Go to the bus stop

Jessica frowned. Why did Isabella contact her after so many years?

Jessica: Umm, Ryan, I'll have to go. Kai's alone. I'll talk to you later.

Jessica pulled Ashley and made her sit in front of Ryan. She hurriedly walked out of the café.

Ashley: What did she just do ...?

Ashley slowly widened her eyes as realization hit her. Jessica had intentionally arranged the date. She knew Ashley had a 'Love at First Sight moment' the day Ryan had come to pick Jessica up. And Jessica wanted Ryan to find his better half after all, Ryan was her best friend, the one with whom she spent most of her days.

Ryan: Tell me about yourself, Ashley

Ashley gazed at Ryan's greyish-green eyes and her cheeks slowly turned rosy.

Jessica was walking towards the bus stop as it was just a ten minutes walk. She waited for the bus which Isabella had told her to get on.

Finally, the bus reached and she got on it. She found Isabella already sitting there. She didn't say anything and sat down on a different seat. After a few stops, Isabella got up.

Jessica knew the place. She kind of knew why Isabella had contacted her.

Jessica followed her and the two got down at the same bus stop.

Isabella: Follow me

The two entered the agency- DDIA.
DDIA had changed its location.

Isabella: Boss wants to meet you
Isabella left her there and went inside.

Why did Jackson Rivera want to meet Jessica Kennedy after 5 years?
Why did DDIA contact her after 5 years?

Jessica asked a guard and went to Jackson's office. She knocked on the door.

Guard: You can go. There's no need to knock.

Jessica opened the door and entered the office room. The room was a bit different from the old one but the difference was almost nil.

Jackson: Welcome Agent 007! Or should I say Jessica?

Jessica: Jessica sounds weird.

Jessica sat on a chair and made herself comfortable.
Jessica: Why did you call me here?

Jackson: Nothing

Jessica frowned.

Jackson: There's no exact reason. I would like to congratulate you on your wedding. And you're a mother now

Jessica faked a smile.
Jackson: I still remember a saying.
