rhea is a strong and independent woman. she is mature and determined to always do the right thing. living in the pirate kingdom and working the docks caused her to have a sarcastic streak when she feels like it. rhea has very high expectations of herself and feels as if she has failed herself if she does not live up to her own expectations. she always stands her ground which sometimes leads to trouble due to her stubbornness. but underneath that she is a kind woman with a good heart.

born to a shipbuilder by trade rhea was practically born with schematics and a hammer in her hands. her father used to put her on his shoulders and work the full day with her on his shoulders. as she got older it was found her parents couldn't have more children namely sons to inherit the buisness and rhea made it her job to learn everything she could to succeed her father in the shipbuilding buisness. rhea has lived her life on the docks never setting out to sea like she dreamed she would one day.
