donghyuck woke up after a long night of sleep.

with his eyes still closed, he moved his head on the pillow in an attempt to get a cooler place, however, the thing he laid his head on felt nothing like a pillow.

he opened his eyes immediately and backed away, almost falling from the bed, when he saw someone sleeping peacefully next to him.

rubbing his eyes a bit to make sure he was seeing the right thing, donghyuck looked carefully at the boy's features noticing it was his boyfriend.

he must have fallen asleep while cuddling donghyuck to sleep. and that caused him to sleepover, in donghyuck's bed.

donghyuck used his hand to caress mark's face, brushing his bangs softly, and playing with his face piercings.

he jumped lightly when someone nocked on his door.

"your friends are coming to have a talk with you in an hour. you better be ready." his mother said without opening the door.

once donghyuck heard the sound of her footsteps dying, he got back to caressing mark's face, this time falling from the bed when he met eyes with mark.

"ouch..." he mumbled, rubbing his butt.

"are you okay, baby boy?"

donghyuck nodded before lying back on the bed.

"i had a really good night." mark smiled, passing his arms around donghyuck's body and gluing it to his.

"i did too." donghyuck said, earning a small peck on his lips.

"you fell asleep yesterday night?" donghyuck asked.

"i was about to leave when you got all clingy to the point you begged me to stay for the night. and you were too cute to resist."

donghyuck blushed. so, mark had stayed because he had asked it...

how much he loved this man.

"your friends are coming soon." mark spoke.

"yeah." donghyuck responded. "they will surely ask me about you..."

"my friends will too."

yesterday night, mark had told donghyuck about him telling his friends they were in a relationship.

donghyuck was happy mark told his friends, because that meant the relationship really was important in his heart, if he knew they could hate him for it.

"i should get ready." donghyuck said.

"yeah, and i should go back to the dorm."

donghyuck nodded, getting up from the bed.

"will you come back tonight?" he asked, seeing mark opening the window.

"of course, i will. i can't live a day without seeing your pretty face, baby boy."

and with that, he plunged on donghyuck's lips, capturing them in a sweet long-lasting kiss.

"so... you have a boyfriend?" chenle was the one to break the awkward silence.

donghyuck and his five friends were sitting on his bed, and they were all – except renjun – staring at him with furrowed brows.

"yeah." donghyuck replied.

"and he's a biker."

donghyuck nodded, creating another silence.

"i don't know if i'm more disappointed by the fact you didn't tell us you had a boyfriend, or because you have a biker boyfriend." jeno spoke.

"why would you be mad because he is a biker?" donghyuck raised a brow.

"because they're bad people, hyuck." jaemin told. "they are bad boys; they don't respect the rules. he's playing with your heart."

donghyuck sighed.

"he is not. mark is truly in love with me."

"how can you be so sure?" jisung asked.

"he told me. and look." he said, showing his wrist. "he bought me an expensive bracelet, and a necklace assorted to it."

the five boys then noticed the small piece of jewellery none of them had seen during the past weeks.

"that doesn't mean anything..." chenle shook his head.

"our worlds aren't made to be together." jaemin sighed.

"nothing can go in the way of love." donghyuck spoke.

"but be real... a biker and a nerd? with a huge age gap? that's a big no." jeno added.

"three years isn't that much! there are many couples with bigger age gaps!"

the room became silent again.

"how long have you had this relationship?" jisung asked.

"a month and a half."

"all that time?!" chenle exclaimed.

"yeah, and i'm still the same! i didn't start disrespecting the rules or tattooing myself!" donghyuck replied on the same tone.

nobody answered.

"it's not because we love each other that we are going to change. we can still be the same, even if we have different centres of interest."

"yeah, but- "

"guys." renjun spoke for the first time. "can't you be happy that he found his soulmate? why should we fight for that? he hid it to avoid this reaction from us. and that's exactly what we are doing..."

the four others widened their eyes. "are you on his side? do you think this love story is normal?" chenle asked.

"a love story is a love story. there is no 'normal' and 'abnormal' when it comes to love." renjun replied.

"donghuck is getting himself in a shitty situation, jun. can't you see it?" jaemin said.

renjun shook his head.

"we'll think about it. and then we'll come back." jeno said, standing up.

jaemin, chenle and jisung followed him to the door.

"there's one thing i'm 100% sure about." renjun spoke again, stopping them from leaving.

"what?" jeno raised a brow.

"if this love story had been written in a book, you would all be praying for them to get together and never be broken apart. so, think about it. what makes you want to break them apart so much when you all love donghyuck and want the best for him? perhaps that this boy is what is best for donghyuck."
