Our laughter was cut with a knock on the door. “What they want now” we both exclaimed in frustration.

I was about to open the door when Nina stopped me. “Wait don't open it I will bring something to crack that Jack's head like chestnut,” she said and run to the kitchen to get something.

Is she in real want to crack his head? From her tone she was serious.

She came running back with a small pan in her hand and immediately opened the door but stopped in her tracks. She was standing like status with a pan in her hand in the air.

I opened the door wide to see a pizza boy standing with wide eyes. “Please don't attack me. I...I'm only five minutes late. you can have this pizza free” he said in a pleading voice. He was afraid of Nina. She does look scary with a pan in her hand.

“I'm so sorry,” Nina said ii in embarrassment. She took the pizza and gave him a little tip as sorry and slammed the door with a thud. I started laughing at her she was fast and funny. “Jane stops laughing I'm already embarrassed at my actions,” she said while keeping pizza on the table and sitting on the sofa.

“Nina you should have seen your face it was so funny. Jack is messing with your head so much” I said while laughing hard. “Yes, he is. Whenever I see his face. I get pissed because of him I suffered so much in the past years. I can't even tolerate him for more than a second in my life” she exclaimed in annoyance.

“I can understand you,” I said while placing my hand over her to comfort her but I was still laughing. “Now come let's eat pizza before it gets cold and let's watch the new movie,” I said to her cheerfully.

In the morning when I was heading home Nina joined me. She wanted to meet aunt. Surprised her. When we reach home aunt was preparing breakfast. Looking at aunt  Nina Immediately shouted her name happily “Aunt Jennifer”.

“O my God. Look who has come to meet me. What a pleasant surprise. Come here and hug your aunt” the aunt said happily. Nina in the blink of seconds ran and hugged aunt. “I'm so happy to see you. How are you let me see you properly” she said while glancing at her whole body. There were happy tears in her eyes. She is so happy to meet her. Nina also had some tears in her eyes too. “O god how thin you have become. Were you not eating properly” she asked her in a motherly tone.

“Don't worry aunt I was eating properly but I missed your food so much. That's why I have become thin” she said while pouting.

“Yes, you need to eat come sit have breakfast,” she said while making her sit on a chair. I was looking at them with a smile on my face.

“Jane you also sit. I will serve you both” she said while smiling.

“Yes,” I said to her and took the sit.  Aunt Jennifer was like a mother to us. I and Nina both don't have our mothers in our lives. Aunt Jennifer filled that place in our lives in every aspect. She always took care of us like her own daughters. And we both love her so much. Soon aunt came with food. And we dig in it.

“Humm aunt it is so delicious,” Nina said to aunt while moaning.

“Yes, it is” I also said taking another full spoon bit. Aunt smiled at us.

“If it is not also after hearing these it looks more delicious. Now I'm more hungry than before” we were brought out of our delicious trance by a familiar voice.

“Me too” we heard another familiar voice but deeper and intimidating than the first one. Chills were sent down to my spine.

We both lifted our faces to look at two stupid but handsome people standing in front of us in pajamas.

I think Jack slept here last night.

Jack's eyes were not on food but Nina's face.

Was he talking about food or something else?

Then my gaze met with cold deep sea-colored eyes. I swallowed hard food in my mouth. I averted my eyes back to my food ignoring him.

“You two also sit down and I'll go and bring your breakfast,” the aunt said and left for the kitchen. We both continued eating our food silently ignoring stupid in front of us. Who were busy staring at us and it was quite irritating.

Nina took out her phone and message someone with a mischievous smirk. I heard my phone message tone. It was from Nina.

Why is she messaging me when she is sitting beside me?

“These vultures in front of us are staring at us like their prey and it is pissing me off. So let's make them more piss. After reading this message smile like you have got chocolate pastry as complementary and don't look at me while smiling”

I could hear her mischievous voice in my brain. I smile mischievously reading it.

This girl that's why I enjoy her company so much.

“OK. You know I love you”

I replied to her with a wink emoji. I heard a pin sound on Nina's cell.

Looking up I smiled aimlessly. When I looked at the devil's face he was staring at me with a suspicious glance. His eyes are telling me that he is curious to know who messages me and that makes me smile.

I heard Nina giggling like she was reading her crush message. There was another pin on my phone.

“I know. Keep going it is working. Look at their faces. Oh God, I'm enjoying it. If he asks you just ignore him. And see the wonders”

Reading it I giggled at her message.
From the corner of my eyes, I looked at them. Both were looking at us with clenched jaws.

“God. I'm too enjoying it so much. Let's make it better ok. I have plans come near me and say something in my ear like some top-secret”

writing it I touched the sent button. And smiled mischievously looking at my phone. Soon my message reaches her. Reading my message she gasped dramatically.

God this girl.

She came near my ear.“God Jane, I'm impressed you are learning from me,” she whispered.

“O my god really,” I said to her with wide eyes. Like she told me biggest Secret. She nodded at me with a mischievous smile.

Both Zanvil and Jack were ready to snack our phone from our hands when the aunt came with food. They stopped in their tracks. Both muttered curses under their breath.

“Why you two are standing like pols. Sit down and eat your breakfast” aunt commanded them. We both were on the verge of laughing out loud but we need to control it not to ruin our plan.

Uncle also came for breakfast. “What a pleasant surprise. When did you come back Nina and how are you” the uncle asked her while smiling.

“Fine, yesterday morning. How are you” she asked while sweetly smiling at uncle.

“Good and working” he replied smilingly. Aunt served uncle and sat down to eat her breakfast. We both were almost done with our breakfast. “Jane I need to talk something important with you and Zan,” he said, glancing at me and him. Zanvil became stiff after listening to his father's voice. “Come to my study afterward,” the uncle said in a serious tone.

“Ok” I replied to him and the devil nodded to him.

What does he want to talk about with me and Zanvil?

I and Nina went to my room. “Did their face? Oh my god, it was so funny” Nina busts out laughing.

“Yeah it was so funny,” I said while laughing with her.

“Did you saw their faces when the aunt came? They were on the verge of snatching our phones from our hands” I said to her still laughing.

“Yes it was the icing on the cake moment” she was laughing holding her stomach and then I remember what uncle said to me.

What important thing he wants to talk with me and the devil.

“What are you thinking Jane” Nina asked me.

“What important thing uncle wants to talk with us,” I said it still thinking about it.

“Don't worry you will know when you go to his study. Stop overthinking on it” she said to me while assuring me that nothing would be wrong. After some time Nina left and I headed to my uncle's study.

I'm feeling uneasy. I don't know why.

I entered his study aunt was also there. She was standing there with Zanvil. From his face, he was also curious to know what uncle wants to talk about.

“Come, Jane, we were waiting for you. Sit here” uncle gesture to the chair beside him. I went and sat there. He took my hand in his. “Jane I want you and Zanvil to get married in two weeks,” he said with a sad smile.

My eyes widened after hearing his word. The Colour from my face got drained.

“What” Zanvil half yelled.

I was not able to say anything. It was like the ground from my feet was taken away from me. If I was not sitting on a chair I would have fallen on my face.

In two-week marrying the devil of my life......
