He blocked the shots and I then put all my focus on him.

I shot him in the leg, below his shield and he fell to the ground, He still got back up.

I knew that the building next to me housed the greatest superheroes ever so I needed to get out of here.

The Winter Soldier charged at me again and this time I jumped up onto his shoulders and pulled one of my favorite moves on him. I pulled out a tiny string and started to choke him with it. He put his arm up and caught it though so he wasn't affected.

He threw me off him and onto another car. I coughed tried to sit up but he pushed me back down.

"Who the hell are you?" He yelled in my face and punched me. "You try to kill my friends?" He said and punched me again, he then pulled off my mask and sat on top of me.

"Dani?" He said with a soft voice and it looked like he had recognized me. I used this time and punched him in the jaw and get away.

He fell backwards and I saw a motorcycle in the corner of my eye. That was my escape route. I kicked him again in the jaw and he hit the ground, he was too shocked to move, I then ran to the bike.

"It's Dani" he told the others there. Why does that name sound so familiar? Yet I can't place where it comes from. Is it my own name? If it is, how do the world's greatest superheroes know me?

A million other questions raced through my head but my number one priority was getting out of here alive and back to Hydra.

I revved up the engine on the bike. I sped off; but Captain America and the Winter Soldier sped towards me.

I thought I was in the clear until I looked back and the superheroes were still chasing me. Damn, they could run fast, I am driving at over 110 miles an hour and they were still catching up to me, even Captain America, who I shot in the leg.

I thought I could lose them under a tunnel ahead but maybe not. Because they all followed.

The Winter Soldier was gaining on me and was about two feet behind me. "You know me!" He yelled and I pumped the brakes and hopped off.

"No I don't." I yelled and punched him in the face. He restrained my hands so I kicked him where it hurts. He fell to the ground and I jumped on top of him

"Daniella, it's me..." He said and I punched him again and again. I let out all my feelings on him.

He was now on the ground, bleeding all over his face, because of me. I felt two others restrain me but I tried to escape. I needed to get back to base or else they'd kill someone because of me. I struggled but they were stronger

"I don't want to die." I mumbled to myself. "We won't let that happen." A concerned red head whispered and rubbed my back. I flinched away from her touch, she was one of my targets. They walked me back to the tower and there were all the superheroes of the world standing in front of me.

They all seemed to know me, how? I kept my mouth shut and followed them to my cell. They'd probably all torture me here too.

They locked me in and I started to panic. Hydra will kill me if I ever make it back to them but they'll send someone to kill me so I don't release any secrets to the public. They had a mirror in here which was obviously one way. I sat down and felt like crying.

I walked to the mirror and tried to see anything on the other side. "I don't want to die like this" I whispered and I felt someone was watching. I just didn't want to die here.

Bucky Barnes Point of View: I was watching her from behind the glass, my arms were crossed, I don't even know what I'm even feeling right now.

She was paler, her hair was knotted, she looked skinner, this was painful to watch. She was pacing around the room. She was still wearing that awful suit Hydra gave her. Her eyes weren't a sparkling blue, they were a dull grey.

I saw Steve walk up to me, "The doctors did a check on her while she was asleep from the drugs. She's been injected with a stronger syrum than you had, she has been brainwashed two to three times a day, she doesn't remember anything. I'm sorry." He hugged me

"I don't really know when she'll be okay, I'm sorry pal."

I wasn't thinking, I was just here, but numb to everything. "I didn't ever think I would see her again, it's been so rough I gave up hope she was even alive." I said and Natasha grabbed my hand.

I pulled away and walked out of the room. "Bucky..." She called and I didn't run back I walked back to my room. It was a mess, I haven't been myself lately. I don't train,eat,sleep, I don't feel the same when Dani is around, she is my whole world.

In my room I sat on my bed and looked through her phone, it was recovered and I was looking  through her camera roll, it always made me smile.

Everyday I went to check on her, but I feel like she was just getting worse, she hasn't changed at all. She is constantly having weird phases where she destroys everything, she denies knowing any of us and is so paranoid Hydra will get her again.

I was watching Tony talk with her, "Do you remember anything?" He asked from behind the glass, she could only see him, not me. "He, he has blonde hair, his name is Steph-, Stev, Steve." she said and cracked a small smile to herself. "I know him" She said

"Do you remember anything else about him besides his name?" Tony asked. "No." She said. I felt a little sad he didn't recognize me more, it actually kind of hurt a lot. But, I know what it's like so I can't be upset with her, she's making some progress.

I continued to watch her, I gave her a notebook, well I didn't personally, it was slid under the door, but it was my idea, she was writing something down right now. I used some of Tony's tech to zoom in on it

Hydra is bad
I know these people
I am safe
I work here
I am good

She made a list of facts about herself, I smiled to myself, but inside my heart was breaking. Forget everything Hydra did to me, this for sure was the worst. She is slowly piecing herself back together and it's going to be a long process but I'm willing to wait for her, she's worth it to me.

I'm just happy she's safe here in the tower, I can redeem myself and protect her.
