"I'll have hot chocolate." I smiled and Bucky ordered the same. "The hot chocolate is so good here." I told him and he looked up at me.

"So how'd you find this place?" He asked. "After the Battle of New York," I paused then leaned in closer to him. "When aliens were invading the city." I leaned back to my original spot. "I was thrown in here by an alien I crashed through the widows and I felt guilty so I paid the owner to refurbish what I broke and now I come here all the time."

"Why don't you tell anyone else about this place?"

"Well, it's special to me and I can't just have anyone show up." Bucky smiled to himself when I said that.

Sue brought our drinks and sat next to me in the booth. "So, Bucky, how is miss Dani? Is she the troublemaker?"

"That's one word you could use." He smirked at me and I kicked him under the table

"So how is my favorite super hero ever doing?" She asked and looked at me. "I'm great except for my foot. I'm not allowed on any missions until it's completely healed. It sucks." I sighed

"Do I dare ask how you broke it?"

"Better not, she would give you a heart attack." Bucky said and I laughed.

"I like you Bucky," she smiled. "You two ready to order?" She asked. "Yes, I'll have the chocolate chip pancakes and home-fries."

"I'll have the waffle and some bacon." Bucky said and we both handed her our menu's.

My phone buzzed and I checked it, I always check it incase it's an emergency. "Who was it?" Bucky asked.

Nat
- Mission tonight, we need everyone, so bring Barnes home before 5, you're not coming :( -

"It's Nat, you have a mission tonight and I need to take you home before 5."

"Can I get out of it?" He asked and I shook my head no. "I'm going to be bored out of my mind!" I exaggerated and he laughed

"You'll find some way to entertain yourself."

"Well after this, we don't have much time so I we might just have to go home, but, I can help you pack." I smiled.

Our food came out and Bucky and I both devoured it. We spent the time joking and laughing over stupid little things. I paid for the meal but it was time to go back to the tower.

"Bye Sue!" We both waved goodbye and left.

It was freezing on our walk back and Bucky noticed it so he wrapped his arm around me. "Better?" He asked.

"Better." I nodded and leaned onto his shoulder.

We both walked into the tower and people were running around as always trying to get paperwork in by the deadline, just normal stuff.

I walked with Bucky up to his room and I laid on his bed while he was packing for the trip. "Nat said its going to be in Canada, you ever been?" I asked.

He shook his head no, "Remember to get me a souvenir then." I teased and he nodded. "Of course."

"If you're bored just call me, you know I won't be doing anything."

"Maybe you should take this time to do something productive then." He joked. "Like what?"

"Maybe clean out your room like you've been putting off for five years, or clean my room whichever."

"Or I could do neither and hang out with Pepper."

"You're probably just going to end up doing that anyways."

"Watch it Barnes." I laughed and he zipped up his suitcase. "Maybe after I could take you out and it'll be my treat."

"I'd love that." I smiled and stood up, "I have to go fill out the mission reports on how I broke my foot and stuff but I'll say goodbye before you all leave."

"Fine." He sighed and hugged me quick.

I walked back to my room and walked by Steve. We walked by each other and didn't say a word but high-fived each other anyways.

I walked to my room and have been putting off these reports since the day I broke my foot and the deadline is six o'clock tonight

While I wasted my time filing these reports, someone knocked on my door. I opened it up to see Steve and Bucky. "Is it time already?" I asked and he nodded.

I hated when everyone all left for a mission. That means I'll be all alone in the tower wondering if everyone's going to come back alive

I truly worried more for Steve, Bucky, Nat, and Clint because I feel they are more vulnerable to getting hurt than anyone else

"I'll call you when we find out when we'll be home, but we don't know." Bucky said and I nodded.

"Alright, make sure you all come back alive." I said and hugged Bucky then Steve.

I watched them fly off and waved. I sighed and turned back around. Now I'm practically alone for who knows how long.

But if I'm going to be alone I'm going to do it right. "Jarvis, play 'Daniella's Playlist'" I said and he did.

A random song came on and I started to dance in the hallways. "Order a cheese pizza for one." I told him and he replied with. "Should I put it on Stark's tab?"

"Yes." I answered and continued to dance around.

"Jarvis who else is in the tower right now?"

"The cleaning crew and a few guards."

"Will Pepper be stopping by in the next few days?" I asked

"No, would you like me to schedule an appointment with her?"

"No, I just don't like being alone."

"Tony tells me you like science, the upstairs lab is open and ready for you if you'd like."

"Yeah why not."

I walked upstairs to an empty lab with my music blaring. The lab was tiny but cute. It has everything. "I've been working on some sketches for some new weapons, could you pull those up?" I asked and he did

"If I am allowed to make any suggestions, you might want to relocate the repulser."

"Thanks, I never would've picked up on that." I smiled and started to pull apart a new toy I'm working on.

I was having a great time, eating pizza, working and talking with Jarvis. I'm glad I have Jarvis or I'd be bored out of my mind.
