Silly/Salem's POV

I sighed. I've been trying to phone my mom all week and no answer. I'm beginning to get kinda scared.

"You okay..?" Grian asked me. We were at my apartment working on a school project.

"Oh um yea. I'm fine." I faked a smile. He smiled at me back and said, "Okay."
I looked down and I sighed. He didn't notice though.

"So um...prom's coming up soon..?" Grian spoke. I looked up and said, "Oh yeah. How about that..I'm not really a party person...social situations just aren't my thing.." I looked down again.

"Oh..." he said.

Grian's POV

"Oh..." I said and looked down. Just as I was going to ask her...
I heard my phone go off and realised I had a text from Taurtis. It read, Heyo Grian. Just asking but where are You? Sam has gone out and I need to speak to you...

I replied by saying Oh I'm just at Salem's house. We're working on the project for Teacher Toris class.

I then got another text back. I need you to come over now. It's super important Grian!! Please.

I sighed and texted him saying I'd be over. I explained to Salem and she was totally cool with it.
I left her house soon enough and ran home to see what was up with Taurtis.

As I opened the door to the house, I looked around. It was pitch black. All the doors and windows were closed and all the windows were covered with the curtains.

I pressed the light switch and nothing happened. "Taurtis?" I called out. No reply was heard. Then I heard a crash on the ground. I looked around and could see nothing.

Then a door opened, letting in the tiniest bit of light.
"Hello Grian~"
