Harry's P.O.V.

I sat awake all night about what I was going to do. My dream was to become an Auror but I wanted to spend time with Ginny. Finally I made my decision. I was going back to Hogwarts.

1. It has been my first ever home (except for the Burrow) and 2. I wanted to spend time with my friends (especially Ginny). I fell asleep soon and was woken up by Ginny giving me a kiss on the lips. I pulled her onto me and she laughed. "Morning Harry!" "Morning beautiful" I replied. Then I said "I'm going back to Hogwarts!" Ginny squealed in delight and kissed me on the lips. "I need to write my letter to Kingsley and McGonagall Ginny" I said after her lips left mine. Ginny nodded as I grabbed my Quill and a piece of parchment from my trunk.

Dear Professor McGonagal,

I have decided that I want to return to Hogwarts for my final year. I will take my NEWT tests this year and if I pass I'll happily join the Aurors. I was originally going to join the Aurors but I changed my mind since Hogwarts was my first home. Have a great holiday.

"You're so sweet Harry," Ginny said, giving me a kiss on the cheek. I grinned at her. I got out another piece of parchment and started my letter to Kingsley.

Dear Kingsley,

I have reached my final decision that I want to return to Hogwarts for my last year. I will take my NEWT tests and if I pass I will join the Aurors straight away. Thanks for the offer!

Once I had finished my letter I used Errol and sent them. Then Ginny and I walked down to the kitchen. We spotted Hermione and Ron hushed together talking quietly. This reminded me of when we were on the run from Voldermort and I kept catching them talking behind my back. I pushed that thought away since it gave me bad memories. I sat down, Ginny following behind me. When all the Weasley family gathered at the table Hermione spoke. "I'm going to find my parents tomorrow." Mrs Weasley nodded and said "Be careful dear when you're alone." "She's not going to be alone" Ron exclaimed "I'm going to go with her!" "No you will NOT Ronald Weasley!" Mrs Weasley said, shaking. "Molly." That was Mr Weasley. "Ron is over-age and he has the right to do what he wants. Give him a chance." Mrs Weasley gulped as she took in those words. "A-alright just b-be safe R-ron" Mrs Weasley stammered but then burst into tears. Ron was shocked but Hermione knew why she was upset. "It's alright Mrs Weasley I'll keep my eye on Ron and make sure he doesn't get up to mischief." Mrs Weasley nodded as Mr Weasley kept stroking her hair trying to soothe her. Suddenly Charlie got up. "Well I better go. I need to find that dragon that some silly teenagers let loose." He looked at Hermione, Ron and I. We avoided looking at each other. "Hey you never told me you set a dragon loose" Ginny said punching me softly in the arm. "I might have missed out some parts" I mumbled. "What other parts" Ginny questioned me. "Well the dragon and how Ron walked out on us. Bill knows that." I replied. "WHAT!" Ginny shrieked, turning to look at Ron. "YOU DID WHAT! OH I AM GOING TO KILL YOU RONALD WEASLEY!!" Ron was white and looked really frightened. "Ginny," I said firmly "It wasn't Ron's fault." Ron gave me a smile which I took as a thank you. "NO! HOW DARE HE PUT HIS BEST FRIENDS IN DANGER!" Ginny yelled. "Ginny stop!" I demanded "If Ron hadn't saved me from drowning or destroyed the Horcrux I would not be standing here right now!" Ginny stopped to look at me. "You nearly WHAT!" "Yes I nearly drowned. Didn't I tell you that?" "Oh well yes I guess sorry Ron I guess I overreacted" Ginny said quietly. "It's fine" Ron replied, still shaking, "I never knew that side of you Ginny." Ginny shrugged and slowly I slipped my hand into hers. "Sorry but I really didn't want to see my best friend dead" I said. Ginny playfully slapped me on the arm. "Well I better start packing." And with that Hermione left the table.
