Arianna
Bonjour. Oh, wait, Petunia724 says I need to speak English instead of French. Fine, I lived in Paris, France, until the war started and Mother, my sister Molly and I took the last plane to the United States and live in a tiny house in Mastill, Georgia which was safer than Paris, where the war started and went over seas to the United States, but the fighting is nearing nuclear now.
Anyway, we were at school and got sent home, because the enemy army was nearing and we hid in our house, but when Mother was killed, because they found her, they left, but Molly and I went unnoticed.
We packed towels, food, water bottles, a map, a radio, two guns with ammo, clothes, hiking boots, hair brushes, and makeup- obviously. We made sure the soldiers were gone, headed to Mother's car, and drove towards North Carolina where we would hide in the mountains.

"Ari! Arianna Marie! Wake up!" Molly yelled shaking me. I must've fallen asleep on the way to North Carolina. "We're here Ari,"she said gently as she packed the bags. I looked out the windshield and saw a breathtaking view, luscious green mountains, a cloudless blue sky, and no one around for miles and miles.
I hopped out of the car and helped to find a small patch of trees to hide and set up camp. We took fallen branches and hid the car.
We took out the guns and loaded them, we were laughing and talking as sisters do, when I heard a gun shot, and Molly fell with blood pooling around her and a bullet wound in her shoulder. I turned around and shot the enemy soldier in the leg so he dropped to the ground. I pounced on top of him, "Are there more soldiers out here!" I growled. He shook his head vigorously, "I would've let you go," I said with cruelty I didn't know I had,"But my sister is going to die! So, I'm going to kill you now, but you can apologize and I'll make your death quick, or you can stay the murdering monster you are and I can make your death painful, agonizing, and... slow." With each threat I poked him in the chest with my gun. He defiantly pursed his lips and I shot him in the hand before getting up and kneeling next to Molly. "Hey, Molly. Stay with me, please," I said with a much gentler tone than with the soldier.
She looked at me and said, "I'm sorry."
"For what Molly?"
"I... st..." She didn't finish her sentence, because her eyes fluttered closed and exhaled her last breath. Tears wouldn't stop flowing from my eyes, and now I was also mourning Mother, because in the heat of the moment, I couldn't afford to cry.
I looked over at the soldier and realized what I was putting him through, "Make it quick. Please," he pleaded. I grabbed my gun and pointed it at his heart.
I turned my head and shot. He stopped breathing.
Now, I'm just a seventeen year old girl by herself in the mountains of North Carolina, where I think I'm going to die.
