BACKSTORY:
annette daenerys malfoy was born to lucius and narcissa malfoy on october 1st, 1981. she's a year younger than draco, but she and the boy were inseparable during their childhood. the blonde girl noticed her brother was treated more lenient and spoiled by their parents. things took a drastic turn when her brother attended hogwarts and he was a completely different person. she tried to live to her parents expectations, but she always seemed to disappoint them. especially her father, who annette has a complicated relationship with. despite her issues with her family, the blonde girl loves them very much. when annette does attend hogwarts she is placed into house slytherin, but she feels like she doesn't belong there. the girl hardly has friends or connects with anyone in her house, so most of her friends belong to other houses. annette enjoys watching quidditch, but she's afraid of heights so has never participated. she befriends hermione granger and luna lovegood, and although some may find the latter odd she enjoys her company. annette first meets cedric when she goes to the 1994 world cup with lucius and draco, managing to sneak off to see her friends. annette instantly clicked with cedric and soon enough develop feelings for him. during the events of the half-blood prince, annette is actually conflicted on whether to stick by her family or remain loyal to her friends. annette despises death eaters and voldemort, but she also cares and loves her family. annette begins to get snubbed by her friends because they believe she'll betray them since she's a slytherin and a malfoy. now everyone knows who her families allegiance lies with, and this ultimately leads her to turn to the dark lord when draco attempts to kill dumbledore since her friends have turned their backs on her. during the battle of hogwarts, she then switches sides again when she sees how insane voldemort is, and fights with her fellow students. in the end, annette stays in communication with her parents and brother, but she ultimately decides to travel for a while after finishing at hogwarts. annette settles down in salem, massachusetts, where she works as an interior designer and an astrologist when she is available for it as she didn't want to completely leave behind her witch life. annette lives with some other witches as roommates, though she eventually does return back to england.
