Piper's POV
I walked over to the Zeus cabin, where Jason was currently napping. And yes I was going to scare him. After watching him sleep for a little while, I mean, he's so adorable when he sleeps! Sorry, Aphrodite moment there. Anyway, I opened the door as quietly as I could. I slowly and quietly closed the door behind me and walked over to the bunk where Jason was sleeping and sat down on the floor next to him. I smiled as I watched the slow rise of his chest. He made this cute little snore that sounded like a little puppy snoring. It was adorable. I stood up and sat next to him on his bed. Then I stood up and leaned over him, yelling, "WAKE UP GRACE, MONSTERS ARE ATTACKING!" In my best Coach Hedge voice.
He woke up with a start and nearly jumped out of bed. He had his sword at the ready and said, "Where?!" And I started cracking up. He then noticed me and groaned. "Geez, Pipes, you almost gave me a heart attack," he said, sitting back down on his bed, "And you wouldn't want a dead boyfriend. Also, I was napping."
"Sorry, I had to," I smiled, sitting next to him, "It was the perfect moment!" Then he leaned over and kissed me. I deepened the kiss and he pulled me closer to him. I broke it off and smiled.
"Well at least now I can kiss you," he smiled. He kissed me again, and this one was shorter and sweeter, the ones I really like. He kissed my forehead and I rested my head on his shoulder. Then, absolutely randomly, 'Best Day of my Life' by American Authors. I laughed and Jason kissed me again.
"Hey do you wanna place bets?" I asked him.
"On what?" He smiled in return.
"Who will be proposed to first, out of our group?" I asked with a smiled, "Because I think it will be Annabeth and Percy."
"Are you sure?" Jason smiled.
"What do you mean?" I asked, "It's obvious, they've been together the longest, they know each other the best, it only makes sense to me."
"Well I had other plans," he smiled.
"What do you mean plans?" I asked, "Any normal person would say ideas."
"Maybe it's because I'm not normal," he smiled.
"We've known that for a long time," I laughed.
"I know," he laughed, kissing me. Then he took my hand and walked me in the middle of the cabin. Then he got on one knee.
"Oh my gods!" I squealed with joy.
He smiled, "Piper McLean, you are the prettiest girl in the whole world. You also have the best personality, sweet, loving, caring, funny, and so awesome. And I love you, and I can't, and won't ever deny that. It would be impossible for me to say so. That is why I am asking you this. Pipes, will you marry me?"
"Of course!" I exclaimed. As he stood up I pulled him into a bear hug. He kissed my forehead and I kissed him full on the lips. He slid the ring onto my finger and smiled.
"Gods, I love you," he smiled, kissing me again.
"Gods, I love you," I said, kissing him again.
